I am Sananda, which you have known as Yeshua ben Joseph.

The skies are becoming bluer, and the people of the planet Earth are turning face to the sun, feeling the light that bathes you all with the blessing and love of God as they go through their days.

They may feel joyful vibration of your dear Mother Earth, who is celebrating her new birth, His ascension to the 5th dimension.

They are invited to join the energy that will lift and you are sending them to "Prime Creator" to raise their hearts and to help them experience the power of being connected with the heart / mind.

His heart / mind, or as I prefer to say, his * "Core -Heart / Mind" (* Translator's note: there is no literal translation) is the place in your heart where you can think, feel and know the things that your brain alone can not understand.

You are complex beings, humanity and you have the ability to set their neural connections within their bodies in a variety of ways.

Most of you have been trained to adopt the configuration that allows them to think only your brain, bypassing the heart / mind.

It was believed under the influence of his 'influence' "scientific", the "rational" thinking is superior to the ideas and thoughts that are influenced by sentiment.

This arrangement is very unfortunate because it makes it much less intelligent and creative than expected if they had preserved and developed all the 'intelligence of the body' that you were born with them.

As many of you have discovered, meditation is a powerful tool to restore themselves to peace of mind.

Let's talk for a moment how meditation can change your relationship with yourself.

You are familiar with prayer, and feelings that give them calm when they send their prayers and expressions of gratitude to God or other Masters.

We heard your prayers, and we work with what we ask, in collaboration with the Higher Self.

We can not go against his master plan for this life, which monitors your Higher Self, but we do our best to offer love, compassion and acceptance.

As traditionally practiced, prayer is a one-way conversation from you to us.

We want to open that channel to allow communication in both directions now.

The great power of meditation combines a calm and focused attitude similar to prayer, but with open channels to receive communications in response to you.

Prayer is often used for an appeal to us for mercy, or to 'ease-stop' pain in their lives, or the lives of others.

We are not able to respond to such prayers, because these events are not caused only by God, but they are usually a part of the individual plan working in cooperation with God, your Higher Self, your guides and helpers, and Prime Creator.

We will respond immediately to provide relief if the request is sent addresses something that was not meant to be, in your life plan.

Now, meditation is a more open form of communication.

It allows them to reprogram their systems in order to receive a higher wavelength so they can hear our answers to your prayers.

We prefer the more familiar approach.

You may feel strange those of you who feel intimidated by the presence of their teachers, but we want to assure you that none of us wants to be worshiped, or maintained in the distance.

We are here to serve, to teach and to offer them the love of our hearts.

I want to communicate with you, from your heart / mind to my heart / mind, as you might say.

Think of it as similar to attending a seminar or personal tutoring session with your college professor activity.

The teacher is not really different from you, he / she are more advanced in the way of learning, under the long years of study and discipline, and wants to help them with their own progress.

This is how we see our work.

We welcome close communication with those who are willing to move forward in their 'work-work' of the soul.

This soul work always involves some form in the progression I mentioned above: learn to take control of their own feelings and thoughts, healing traumas and painful memories of many lives, releasing old patterns they have learned to regard as "who I am" to make room for the true Self, bright and free they can be.

I urge you to start thinking of yourself as the person who is your Higher Self.

In this image, they embody the sum of all lives, all knowledge and all growth.

Your current personality and set of ideas, thoughts, feelings and beliefs are only ephemeral collection of responses to what they have experienced in this life in particular a small part of the soul that you're- really are.

Start moving backwards themselves to have a long-range perspective of this body, in this short life, and the timeline they have experienced so far.

See life as part of the huge everything is your Cosmic Being, and see the Cosmic Being as a part of all of the great reality that includes all creation.

When you meditate with this vision of yourself in the cosmic whole they will begin to see that they are not a small insignificant speck, not a limited and 'finite-limited' human, with 80 or 90 years of existence.

You are a necessary part in the great wheel of life, a crucial part of the Ascension of the Earth, and a son (a) beloved of Creation.

Every feeling / thought, every action, every life has an irreplaceable role in relation to all others, have touched countless other souls and has been touched (as) by them / them.

There is no insignificant or dispensable be, no events are meaningless or unnecessary, there are no accidents that do not play an important role in the development of the common destiny of humanity.

When they look at themselves, from this perspective, you will begin to understand how we see them.

Each one is precious, every being is unique. Sorry immeasurable love for you, and we hope our ambitious project for the future.

All of you have worked with me on this over many lives here on Earth.

Each of their lives have been the way to progress along the path of the soul to a higher level of illumination.

Here, you have done your own part in creating the tide to lift everyone on the planet.

They have done their part in the interaction with others - their soul mates, friends and acquaintances.

Some of you have agreed with the lives that have challenged other pushing them towards greater independence or greater compassion and tolerance towards others.

Sometimes those who wish to advance their ascension have even made the sacrifice to play the role of oppressor, and who inspire others to organize against oppression and become advocates for a greater good.

You see, this is the powerful irony in the experience of life on Earth.

And so it shows the courage, conviction and the highest level of dedication to the Light when people are put in the most difficult situations.

It is the model that has been adapted for training soldiers will face, popularly known as the "boot camp" toughest challenges of the battle.

Yes, this is the way the Universe sees his stay here, and why are admired in their progress.

We in the higher dimensions can see the trajectory of their efforts. Projects have begun to have a natural urge to keep moving toward fruition at high energies of the current energy wave of the "Lion's Gate" Central Sun.

Acts of kindness made yesterday have already started flying to generate more generosity in others. The actions of those who read these messages are beginning to change the level of the energies of a provisional hope, excited anticipation.

You can all feel something that is 'coming-coming', something exciting and satisfying is about to break through the awareness of themselves and the rest of the world.

It is a time to encourage a moment to question old ideas and old ways, including two major areas: the system of religious beliefs that have become rigid, exclusionary and destructive to human happiness based on love each other and economic belief systems that have allowed and even encouraged the destruction of the same Mother Earth, who has given them life and livelihood for all.
