I noticed in last night's Operation Disclosure report the following statement:
"Central Banks and Nations worldwide are being forced to accept the new Quantum Financial System (QFS)."
That raises the following questions: Who or what entity has the power to demand such a thing from Central Banks and nations, and how will such a demand be carried out, enforced? Do citizens of the world's countries have any input in this process? How was this decision made? Who made this decision? Trump involved? Any world leaders involved? What happens if a Central Bank or a country refuses to co-operate? What is the time line for compliance? Does this mean that Central Banks will not be going away?
