65 GUIDELINES FOR TAMING YOUR EGO AND REALIZING YOUR SOUL

Just today I read this, I share:
One's Ego Can Only Aggravate This Crisis - La Prensa Latina Media

If you talk to people you don't trust, don't breathe through your mouth. Keep it
closed and inhaled only through the nose.

In the place where you live, you consecrate a small place to the sacred...

Create your own site and your own audience...

At least once a day sit still, stopping your words, your
emotions and desires: observe your inner events as if you were sitting
on a bank watching a river go by...

You eat in moderation at other people's homes.

Where you've been invited, you always arrive with a gift...

Never give a gift by worrying about what the recipient did
of him...

Never let dirt or mess in your kitchen...

Don't turn a pain into suffering: let it come, let it go, don't get
hold on to it...

Don't forget your dead loved ones, but give them a limited space that
prevent invasion all your life.

Every night, before you go to sleep, review your day and judge your actions with
objectivity...

Don't imitate or copy, absorb and transform...

If you don't have the faith and you want to get it, imitate it...

Give, but do not force to receive...

Become a total offering...

Accept without envy the values of the other...

Don't dress up with fake personalities to be admired...

Don't make anyone feel guilty and accept that you're complicit in everything that happens to you...

I know what you are in the present, put the past behind you, don't blame yourself.

Live on money earned by yourself with pleasure...

It eliminates all anxiety about the future.

When you get sick, instead of hating that evil, consider it your Master...

If you promise, keep...

Stop asking and start thanking...

To get something, you really want to get it...

Get to hand out...

Never criticize their loved ones.

Don't brag about love affairs...

Abandon your physical, sexual, emotional and mental habits, seek
constantly changing...

Don't take pictures with famous people.

If you hesitate between doing and not doing, take the risk of doing, accepting the possibility
fail...

If you want to succeed, learn to fail.

Learn to criticize yourself and also learn to congratulate yourself.

Act for the pleasure of acting and not for what this action may do to you
win...

If you don't want to make mistakes, you'll never achieve perfection...

Never make an activity or another being the reason for your existence:
Give yourself over to your own life, don't delegate your power.

Don't answer to anyone: be your own judge.

Do not adorn yourself with other people's ideas.

Don't look with disguise, always look directly...

Don't commit yourself to ideas you don't believe in, even out of necessity
to get a job...

When talking to someone, do not interrupt them until they have expressed their
idea. While you're listening to it, don't contradict or approve it mentally: listen to it

without having any opinions. When you are silent, you freely consider what he has said and react as your conscience dictates.

When someone is triumphant in front of an audience, don't go into their territory
to contradict him in order to steal that audience.

Never speak of yourself without granting you the possibility of change.

Don't define yourself by what you possess...

Never state anything without saying at the end "To a certain extent, on such a date and in such a
place"...

Don't give advice without warning: "According to what I believe and as far as I
I know, at the risk of being wrong."

Never talk about yourself as if you were a limited entity, as long as you act
think that you don't exist individually, that what you do is driven
by collective forces...

Don't define someone by their race, their sex, their profession, their ideas, just don't define them...

Stop talking badly about others or the world: when you are asked for your opinion
about something or someone just say their qualities. If you don't find qualities in him, shut up...

If someone tells you that you have committed a fault and they are right, don't argue with them and
immediately recognizes that flaw...

In conversations, try not to talk about you and events
temporary, talk about issues...

Don't answer "It's not true", say better "I believe something else"... 🐞

Don't talk by sounding your voice in your head or your nose or your throat,
make it resonate in your chest: use the voice of the heart...

When you are asked a question do not force yourself to give an answer: you can
shut up, make a gesture, or replace the answer with another question...

Don't touch the other person's body to take something from him or her or to lower it: touch it to
accompany him...

Treat each other the way you want to be treated...

When you provide a service, don't complain and don't make your efforts stand out: yes
you decide to help or work for someone else, do it with pleasure without waiting
thanks...

Never see someone just to fill your time...

Do as many positive acts for each other and the world as possible in
for free and anonymously...

Don't try to be all things to all people: give them the freedom to look to others for what
that you can't give him. Give yourself that right...

Don't stop your children from going further than you, accept the way they
choose.

Let them grow how and where they want...

Don't brag about your weaknesses with sympathy...

Only by accepting that nothing is yours will you own everything.

Be prepared to work for your evolution until the last moment of your life...

NATIVE AMERICAN CODE OF ETHICS

Native American Code of Ethics
1. Rise with the sun to pray. Pray alone. Pray often. The Great Spirit will listen, if you only speak.

2. Be tolerant of those who are lost on their path. Ignorance, conceit, anger, jealousy and greed stem from a lost soul. Pray that they will find guidance.

3. Search for yourself, by yourself. Do not allow others to make your path for you. It is your road, and yours alone. Others may walk it with you, but no one can walk it for you.

4. Treat the guests in your home with much consideration. Serve them the best food, give them the best bed and treat them with respect and honor.

5. Do not take what is not yours whether from a person, a community, the wilderness or from a culture. It was not earned nor given. It is not yours.

6. Respect all things that are placed upon this earth - whether it be people or plant.

7. Honor other people's thoughts, wishes and words. Never interrupt another or mock or rudely mimic them. Allow each person the right to personal expression.

8. Never speak of others in a bad way. The negative energy that you put out into the universe will multiply when it returns to you.

9. All persons make mistakes. And all mistakes can be forgiven.

10. Bad thoughts cause illness of the mind, body and spirit. Practice optimism.

11. Nature is not FOR us, it is a PART of us. They are part of your worldly family.

12. Children are the seeds of our future. Plant love in their hearts and water them with wisdom and life's lessons. When they are grown, give them space to grow.

13. Avoid hurting the hearts of others. The poison of your pain will return to you.

14. Be truthful at all times. Honesty is the test of ones will within this universe.

15. Keep yourself balanced. Your Mental self, Spiritual self, Emotional self, and Physical self - all need to be strong, pure and healthy. Work out the body to strengthen the mind. Grow rich in spirit to cure emotional ails.

16. Make conscious decisions as to who you will be and how you will react. Be responsible for your own actions.

17. Respect the privacy and personal space of others. Do not touch the personal property of others - especially sacred and religious objects. This is forbidden.

18. Be true to yourself first. You cannot nurture and help others if you cannot nurture and help yourself first.

19. Respect others religious beliefs. Do not force your belief on others.

20. Share your good fortune with others. Participate in charity.
