As you are all very well aware, enormous changes are occurring all across the world as the awakening process gathers further momentum and the Tsunami of Love intensifies, calling all of humanity to awaken. It is time for you to awaken, it is essential that you awaken, and as you do you can and will delight in the experiential knowing that you are indeed One, One with each other, and One with your divine Source, Mother/Father/God. Untold joy will fill your hearts as all fear, hatred, bitterness, resentment, self-disparagement, and any sense of “worthlessness,” or of “not being good enough,” just falls away and dissolves in the infinitely powerful “solvent” – Love.


The awareness that there is only Love, that anything else is unreal, illusory, while accepted by many intellectually has not been felt in their hearts. That is now changing. Over the last few years – not decades, let alone hundreds of years – more and more of you have been intending to be only loving with whatever has been arising in your personal lives, and that most powerful intent is driving the implementation of many of the changes that need to be planned and put into effect. 

Conflict has been humanity’s attempted solution to all major problems and issues for far too long, and finally enough of you have realized the absolute insanity of this approach – it just doesn’t work – and so you are changing it, you are choosing Love instead of conflict, instead of fear! Here in the spiritual realms, where we watch over you constantly and respond instantly to your calls, we are thrilled to see this enormous change in behavior and attitude because it is so very effective, way beyond your ability to appreciate as you work with your severely limited human perceptions that depend almost solely on the physical environment to provide you with feedback and confirmation on whether or not what you are doing is effective, or ineffective. 

You need to focus far more on your inner knowing, your intuition, than you have been doing which, as you become accustomed to listening to it, and hearing it, and acting on its guidance and not on your ego’s generally vociferous and fear-driven suggestions, you will find is totally valid. You all have a divine connection, but when you chose to experience separation you also chose to cease being aware of it. Going within daily to your holy inner sanctuary and intending to open to Love and allow It to flow through you will strengthen your knowing that your intuition is valid. And, of course, it is valid because it is your unbreakable connection to Source. 

There is only Source, the divine creative Intent in which all that God creates is eternally and most joyously present. The fact that you are alive and aware that you are alive is the proof, the only proof, that you exist. Bodily sensations are just that, sensations that indicate your body is alive. When your body is laid down because you no longer have use for it those sensations will be no more, they are just temporary like the body. Your true or real self, Self with a capital “S,” has no need of bodily sensations because it is pure awareness, pure consciousness knowing all there is to know in the now moment that, by its very nature, is eternal. 

I keep on reminding you and then stressing the importance of going within daily because it is vitally important that you do so. Going within is choosing most positively to awaken, and I know that you do all want to awaken. Therefore, make a point of heeding my insistence on this. Often, because your human lives are so busy, so driven, although you do intend to go within daily you either forget to do so because “something” comes up, or because you are so busy you just cannot seem to find the time, and so you don’t. But going within daily is THE most important daily commitment that you need to make and honor!

You all chose to be human at this time to assist most powerfully in the awakening process by being aware that it was happening and by giving support to others who had doubts, or by spreading the seeds of awareness to those who seem most soundly asleep or who remain unaware that they are spiritual beings. This is a time of enormous spiritual growth for all of humanity, and you are on Earth as humans to assist with and encourage this growth.

It may seem very demanding at times as the cares and worries of the world generally – poverty, homelessness, addictive behaviors, conflicts, injustice, incurable diseases – and which are constantly reported on the media, seem to suggest that you should be doing something very active in one of those areas to help resolve these longterm issues. Some of you may well be called into action in those areas, however your main life purpose is spiritual, and so, despite the seeming shortage of time, and the many justifiable calls on it, please set time aside daily for this essential spiritual activity. It may seem that you are being inactive, just sitting, often with your mind wandering, but I assure you that this time set aside to go within each day is far more effective than anything else you do. Frequently you just do not get a sense of it, any feedback, which is why I keep reassuring you its importance.

Go within daily, reset the intent to be only loving with whatever arises, and open your heart to allow the Love that never leaves you for even a moment to embrace you. When you allow Love to embrace you you will feel It, and when you feel It your own intent to be only loving strengthens enormously, enlarging the energetic field in which you have your eternal existence, and which interacts continuously with the fields of all those about whom you think and with whom you are in physical contact for even the briefest of moments. 

You are all POWERFUL beings because that is how you were created, and that never changes. You are now being called upon to reclaim that power, instead of pretending that you have none as you imagine yourself as a small and insignificant being in an infinitely vast universe that is unaware of you. You are vaster than the universe! Reclaim the power with which your Father endowed you, and make full use of it to bring humanity to full wakefulness.

Como todos ustedes muy bien saben, grandes cambios se están produciendo en todo el mundo como el proceso de despertar reúne más impulso y el Tsunami de amor se intensifica, llamando a toda la humanidad a despertar. Es hora de levantarnos, es esencial que se despierta, y al hacerlo se puede, y se deleitarán en el conocimiento experimental que son de hecho uno, uno con la otra, y otra con su Fuente divina, la Madre / Padre / Dios. alegría incalculable llenará sus corazones, como todo el miedo, el odio, la amargura, el resentimiento, la auto-menosprecio, y cualquier sentimiento de “inutilidad” o de “no ser lo suficientemente bueno”, simplemente se cae y se disuelve en el infinitamente poderoso “solvente” - Amor.


La conciencia de que sólo hay amor, que todo lo demás es irreal, ilusoria, aunque aceptada por muchos intelectuales no se ha dejado sentir en sus corazones. Eso está cambiando ahora. En los últimos años - no décadas, por no hablar de cientos de años - más y más de ustedes han estado con la intención de solamente estar amando con todo lo que ha ido surgiendo en sus vidas personales, y que más poderosa intención es conducir la aplicación de muchas de las cambios que deben ser planificadas y puestas en práctica. 

El conflicto ha sido intento de solución de la humanidad de todos los principales problemas y temas que requieren demasiado tiempo, y finalmente lo suficiente de que ha dado cuenta de la locura absoluta de este enfoque - que simplemente no funciona - y por lo que la están cambiando, se está eligiendo el amor en vez de los conflictos, en lugar de miedo! Aquí, en los reinos espirituales, donde cuida de ti constantemente y responder instantáneamente a sus llamadas, estamos encantados de ver este enorme cambio en el comportamiento y la actitud, ya que es muy efectiva, más allá de su capacidad de apreciar a medida que trabaja con su severidad percepciones humanos limitados que dependen casi exclusivamente en el entorno físico para proporcionarle retroalimentación y la confirmación de si o no lo que está haciendo es eficaz o ineficaz.

Sólo hay Fuente, la intención creativa divina en la que todo lo que Dios crea es eternamente y lo más alegremente presente. El hecho de que usted está vivo y consciente de que estás vivo es la prueba, la única prueba, que existes. Las sensaciones corporales son sólo eso, sensaciones que indican que su cuerpo está vivo. Cuando su cuerpo está establecido porque ya no tiene uso para él esas sensaciones no existirá, son sólo temporales como el cuerpo. Tu ser verdadero o real, auto con un capital “S”, no tiene necesidad de las sensaciones corporales, ya que es la conciencia pura, conciencia pura sabiendo todo lo que hay que saber en el momento presente que, por su propia naturaleza, es eterno. 

Sigo recordando a ti y luego haciendo hincapié en la importancia de ir a diario, ya que es de vital importancia que lo haga. Ir al interior es la elección más positivamente a despertar, y sé que no todos quieren despertar. Por lo tanto, hacer un punto de hacer caso a mi insistencia en esto. A menudo, debido a que sus vidas humanas están tan ocupados, por lo impulsada, aunque tienen la intención de ir a su interior todos los días que o bien se olvida de hacerlo porque “algo” aparece, o porque usted está tan ocupado que parece que no puede encontrar el tiempo, y por lo que no lo hace. Pero ir dentro diaria es el compromiso diario más importante que tiene que hacer y honor! 

Todos ustedes eligieron ser humano en este momento para ayudar con más fuerza en el proceso de despertar al ser conscientes de que lo que estaba ocurriendo y dando apoyo a los demás que tenían dudas, o mediante la difusión de las semillas de la conciencia a los que parecen más profundamente dormido o que siendo conscientes de que son seres espirituales. Este es un momento de enorme crecimiento espiritual para toda la humanidad, y que están en la tierra como seres humanos para facilitar y fomentar este crecimiento. 

Puede parecer muy exigente a veces como los cuidados y preocupaciones del mundo en general - la pobreza, la falta de vivienda, conductas adictivas, los conflictos, la injusticia, las enfermedades incurables - y que se presentan constantemente en los medios de comunicación, parece sugerir que usted debe hacer algo muy activo en una de esas áreas para ayudar a resolver estos problemas a largo plazo. Algunos de ustedes también pueden ser llamados a la acción en esas áreas, sin embargo, su objetivo principal es la vida espiritual, y por lo tanto, a pesar de la escasez aparente de tiempo, y las muchas llamadas justificables en él, por favor, dedicar un tiempo diario para esta actividad espiritual esencial. Puede parecer que usted está siendo inactiva, sentado, a menudo con la mente errante, pero les aseguro que este tiempo reservado para ir dentro de cada día es mucho más eficaz que cualquier otra cosa que haces. Con frecuencia simplemente no tener una idea de ella, ninguna regeneración, que es por lo que dejo de tranquilizar su importancia.

Todos ustedes son seres poderosos porque es la forma en que fuiste creado, y que nunca cambia.Ahora estás siendo llamado a recuperar ese poder, en lugar de pretender que usted no tiene ninguno como usted se imagina a sí mismo como un ser pequeño e insignificante en un infinitamente vasto universo que no es consciente de usted. Usted es más vasto que el universo!Recuperar el poder con el que su padre le dotó, y hacer pleno uso de la misma para llevar a la humanidad a la plena vigilia.

June Review

June was an interesting one. With the energies, change was in the air, it has been increasing throughout this year. June brought to light what was within. Hopefully, you found yourself observing with a bit more detachment. It’s not always easy. Don’t expect pure detachment, pure immersion or pure separation constantly. This time is about anchoring a new way and it most often comes in waves. Just keep following your compassion and strength to greater focus on Love.

I’m seeing a new level of empowerment integrating that is holding the energetics of wayshowers/anchors/Lightworkers in greater support as humanity opens and awakens. It’s an interesting experience. Keep doing your internal work (May’s energy was also supporting that clarity) as you strengthen your focus to flow more strongly into the world. We are beginning to live more and more of “Being the change we are waiting for.” Keep up the great work!
July Energies


July brings Time into greater focus. We are living an experience with Time. I capitalize it to add emphasis to its greater nature than just the clock, the seasons or even cycles.

The path of Ascension is about coming into more conscious interaction with the subtle realms. This is a natural progression according to Areon. The subtle realms have always been there, we’ve always interacted with them, we’re just becoming more conscious with it rather than just reacting to life.

Time is part of the subtle realms.

Our emotions and thoughts are our “subtle bridge” according to Areon, the Lyran Council of Time. Our thoughts and emotions are subtle, they are how we communicate directly with the subtle realms. We could call them our perceptions, our beliefs, our disposition, our intentions, our inner realm—they form how we make choices to interact with Life.

As we shift our thoughts and emotions into a conscious clarity, we interact with the subtle realms differently. It requires becoming clear within yourself about your perceptions (receiving life) and your intentions (interacting/giving with life) so that you are focusing toward creating what you desire.

To direct focus requires a clarity and strength of intention. That is different than just thinking certain thoughts or suppressing and directing emotions to manipulate your experience. July will bring more of your intention and clarity into focus as we learn to align our relationship with Time.
Integrating Time

Time is a relationship. It is interacting with us rather than just something that is there—much like the Earth. You know in your core, because you are consciously aware, that we have a relationship with a living conscious Earth. The Earth responds to us, we interact with the Earth. It can seem unresponsive to some, as if it’s just dirt we can move, water we can consume; but you know a greater truth. Earth responds to us (and All Life)—we have a relationship.

Time is also a relationship. It is not just something we experience flowing around us, like the past is done, the present is now and the future hasn’t happened yet. That is currently a truth here. But there are some additional subtle truths about Time that can help us shift our conscious relationship with Time into a higher Truth. I talk about two of them in this month’s video (above).

Integrating Time is about moving beyond just the physical confines of Time and into the malleable, subtle nature of Time. We do this through the rules of the subtle realm—resonance. 

You must become a new resonance.

Integrating Time is about changing your relationship with Time so that you are relating to it differently. The peace that passes all understanding is becoming clearer! Rather than reacting to what is, you remain more genuinely peaceful, knowing all is well. That keeps your energy field (your subtle bridge) more open to change, anchoring your new resonance.



As you remain more peaceful, patient and grounded, you’re emanating a new intention with Life. It speaks of your strength, clarity and inherent wisdom. It is different than unconscious fear reaction, it is different than unconscious fear inaction; it is a strength of knowing all is well so that your neutrality allows a connection of opposites that create the new. Much like the atomic structure example Areon has used for years, it is the inherent pull of Life toward improvement.
Peace is Patience In Action

Did you experience at least a hint of more neutrality within yourself in June? It is an indicator of “the meek” inheriting the Earth. Meek isn’t weak, it is those that are strong enough within that they are not flailing around out of fear trying to appear strong. Action, yes. But from inspiration rather than fear reaction.

This is where you begin to see your relationship with Time change. Your neutrality opens you to change with more ease and more speed (which is the catch-22 of patience). This is why the inner work is SO important. It’s what truly changes you so that you are becoming a higher and higher frequency (density) beingness. The “I Am Becoming that which I Am Becoming.” 
Animal Support 

When we were filming the Monthly Energies, we had some animal support I’d like to share. Sorry, I was a bit jet-lagged and forgot to cover it on film. I was shown ants first. Ant energy is about patience overall. They remind me of the saying, “Before enlightenment: chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment: chop wood, carry water.” They are meticulous, singularly focused and group focused simultaneously, and careful with all they do. They represent patience.

Patience is foundational for changing your relationship with Time.

Next a bunny came racing through where we were filming. Rabbit energy represents abundance and dealing with fear. They multiply greatly, but they are food for a lot of animals, so they are constantly aware of their surroundings. With this, I was shown that we have a natural response that alerts us to danger, but we are also supported for survival which we can empower into thriving. This bunny message was also shown to me as not responding with fear when it’s not necessary. Many are fearful right now when it’s not actually serving improvement.

Finally, I was shown doves. It was a specific pattern of two doves where one was always following the other. There was a time that only one was visible and I wondered why the pattern changed. Then the second one came in behind it again. I was reminded of the parable of the footprints on the sand. We are always supported for our growth. At times that support is obvious, at other times it seems like it’s not there because our pain is so dominant. But it’s there. Just giving us the support in a different way through that challenging time.



Life is always supporting you for your thriving. Your work is to find the patience (ant) to keep building within the rules of this dimensional expression, for that is how you move beyond it. Don’t let fear overtake you, you are supported for abundance (bunny). “Behind” you is the loving support that brings peace (dove), first within you, then within your interactions, then within the human experience. It doesn’t happen overnight. Back to patience. That fear response can flush out those that have been hiding, whether out of fear or out of deception. But you are supported, by a loving peace that knows your infinite worth and capability.
The Year of The Empowered Sovereign

As you are Integrating Time, you are discovering your innate divinity—that you always had the keys of the kingdom within you. This is what this inner clarity and strength is about. It is abou8t [sic] recognizing your Empowered Sovereignty—that royal blood runs through the veins of All Life, no matter what some have tried to distort with privileged ability and dominance. Even water, flowing through the veins of Earth, is a sacred gift of Life.

Integrating Time is you, becoming a new relationship with Life. It is you, holding within you the wisdom of experience from the past. It is you, becoming the infinite potentials of the future. It is you, with the courage and power of your present moment, allowing your free will to anchor a new resonance of your sacred flow with Life.

As that deluge of Love emanates from you, the world becomes nourished with Divine Love. It no longer just follows behind, supporting you; it is you. Your actions, inactions and reactions become saturated with empowering Love, as your Divine Will creates the future of humanity. Not through the old lessons of privileged dominance, but through the laws of nature.

As you connect the rules of the subtle and physical realms, you are integrating beyond duality. This changes the human experience from the separation that fear creates into the connection and thriving that Love nourishes. Are you nourishing yourself? Are honoring your needs? Are you focusing your inner realms into authentic empowerment and creation?

This is your Time.

You are Divine. You are Sacred. It’s Time to let that Truth flow into all you do and nourish a new Loving, empowered experience anchoring in this world. Thank you for the brilliant Light you are! Happy July!

Julio trae Tiempo en mayor concentración. Estamos viviendo una experiencia con el tiempo. Me capitalizarla para añadir énfasis a su mayor naturaleza que apenas el reloj, las estaciones o incluso ciclos. El camino de la Ascensión se trata de entrar en interacción más consciente con los reinos sutiles. Esta es una progresión natural de acuerdo con Areon. Los reinos sutiles siempre han estado ahí, siempre hemos interactuado con ellos, sólo estamos volviendo más consciente con ella en lugar de simplemente reaccionar a la vida. El tiempo es parte de los reinos sutiles. Nuestras emociones y pensamientos son nuestro “puente sutil”, según Areon, el Consejo de Lira del Tiempo. Nuestros pensamientos y emociones son sutiles, que son la forma en que nos comunicamos directamente con los reinos sutiles. Podríamos llamarlos nuestras percepciones, nuestras creencias, nuestra disposición, nuestras intenciones, nuestro reino-que forman interno cómo tomamos decisiones para interactuar con la sucedido. Esto es actualmente una verdad aquí. Sin embargo, hay algunas verdades sutiles adicionales acerca del tiempo que puede ayudarnos a cambiar nuestra relación consciente con el tiempo en una nueva intención con la Vida. Habla de su fuerza, la claridad y la sabiduría inherente. Es diferente a la reacción de miedo inconsciente, que es diferente a la inacción miedo inconsciente; Es una fuerza de saber que todo está bien para que su neutralidad permite una conexión de opuestos que crean el nuevo. Al igual que el ejemplo de estructura atómica Areon ha utilizado durante años , es la paciencia. La paciencia es fundamental para cambiar su relación con el tiempo. A continuación vino un conejo corriendo por donde estábamos filmando. La energía de conejo representa la abundancia y tratar con el miedo. Se multiplican en gran medida, pero son alimento para muchos animales, por lo que son constantemente conscientes de su entorno. Con esto, yo estaba demostrado que tenemos una respuesta natural que nos alerta al peligro, sino que también cuentan con el apoyo para la supervivencia cual podemos potenciar en próspero.Este mensaje conejito también se mostró a mí como que no responde con miedo cuando no es necesario. Muchos tienen miedo en este momento cuando no está hecho al servicio de la mejora. Por último, se me mostró palomas. Era un patrón específico de dos palomas,
