In this moment, the Universe wants You to know

Dear Beautiful, Judgment is released by loving the one who judges. As judgment is recognized as a way in which your most insufferable parts request the love they feel afraid or unworthy to receive, the more self-worth elevates over time. As this occurs, insufferable parts find safety in being vulnerable and are able to process wounds of the past as they learn to trust the love only you can offer. From this space, there become fewer requests for love (surfacing as judgments)-- since those parts are becoming more aware of love as a reality always dwelling within them due to your evolving self-compassion and kindness. As this occurs, there is no longer a need for judgment to occur, since the one utilizing judgment as an attention seeking device has remembered how whole and complete one already is, despite the past or any current circumstances.
