Delegates of West Virginia’s House Judiciary Committee took a stunningly drastic step on Tuesday, approving articles of impeachment against every single remaining justice on the state Supreme Court of Appeals, the Hill and other outlets are reporting. Justice Menis Ketchum resigned his job last month and subsequently pleaded guilty on a federal charge of wire fraud.

“I think the overwhelming evidence we saw was there was an atmosphere of entitlement and cavalier disregard for the expenditure of taxpayer money. It’s unfortunate the entire court seems to be infected by that atmosphere.”

To draw attention away from himself when his office renovation came under fire, Loughry approached the FBI “to report his own concerns about spending by other justices of the Supreme Court.” As he went down, he dragged the rest with him.

The Gazette-Mail reports the judge was charged with “mail fraud, wire fraud, making false statements to a federal agent multiple times, obstruction of justice, and witness tampering.” He goes to trial in October.

As Conservative Daily Post reported recently, Loughry’s arrest was a “huge development.” Tuesday’s mass impeachment vote is historically earthshaking.


Lawmakers charged each of the leaders of the state’s judicial branch with separate violations, all of them serious.

A total of 14 articles were divided among four individual judges for things like, “unnecessary and lavish spending of taxpayer dollars, maladministration, corruption, and neglect of duty,” the Charleston Gazette-Mail notes.

Schools in the state suffered and tightened their belts while it is alleged the justices “used state resources and money to line their pockets and fund their lifestyles,” the local paper also reported.


Next, the impeachment articles go to a full session of the state House, then they need a two-thirds majority vote in the Senate before the impeachment trials begin, also in the Senate.

All four of the justices named for impeachment have at least two remaining years on their terms. If convicted, they will be barred from public office in the state.


If the justices are eventually removed from the bench, Governor Jim Justicewould make temporary appointments. The Gazette-Mail relates that “a special election to replace them would take place May 2020.”

During a press conference, Justice admitted the scandal is “a black eye that we don’t need. I’m sure we’ll work our way through it.”

In addition to the charges of lavishly spending taxpayer money to refurbish their offices, the justices allegedly “signed off on a policy to circumvent state law by paying senior status judges as contractors” which let them get around salary limits imposed by the state legislature.

Loughry was the one to start the fight when he had an antique desk moved from the state’s property warehouse to his home office.

He meant to keep it, but when one of the other justices wanted it for herself, he decided to have the movers pick it back up, again at taxpayer expense, several outlets are reporting.

Justice Loughry also hypocritically and illegally billed taxpayers for a trip to the Greenbrier resort in White Sulphur Springs. He was scheduled “to sign copies of his book ‘Don’t Buy Another Vote, I Won’t Pay for a Landslide’ about West Virginia’s history of political corruption.”

The decision to impeach everyone was not one to be made lightly and it wasn’t unanimous. “If we’re talking about overturning the entire court, that’s monumental,” Delegate Barbara Fleischauer (D-Monongalia County), who is the ranking democrat on the committee, observes.

“It’s a huge thing to say the legislature feels we can cause a change in the court that will result in all four members… being chosen by the governor instead of by the people. I just can’t go that far.”

Amy Summers (R-Taylor) disagrees. “I do think the evidence is there, and I think my constituents have reached out to me with enough outrage, especially once the pictures came out and they saw the lavish spending and all the struggles we’ve been through the last few years as a state, trying to fund corrections, trying to give the teachers a pay raise.”


Taxpayers, Summers insists, see that as “a slap in their face.” Also, she says, “it shows very poor judgment.”

A Super New Moon with a partial solar eclipse (the last one of three eclipses) is Saturday, August 11 at 3:57 AM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT).

This New Moon bookends this rare eclipse trio that has given us such an opportunity for change, growth and maturity despite the discomfort and challenge that we may have also experienced. The theme of this new moon is “new directions”. With new insights, hard lessons and a creative outlook, you can use this New Moon to consider a new direction in some area of life.

Take some time to ask these questions: ”What am I completing? What do I need to complete? What truth is allowing me to shift  priorities? What truth is supporting me to cut something loose? How is this making space for a new direction? How can I support my creativity to take advantage of the opportunity?

This eclipse (as the last two were also) is surrounded by intensity, unpredictability and irritability. The suggestion on the August forecast to “stay in your own lane and not get distracted by other peoples drama” is in full force as we navigate around the next few days. Be assertive about your truth and your new direction without being reactive to any judgments or negativity from others. This is your time. Celebrate it by honoring the sun’s energy, your own will, creativity, and ability to manifest a new direction for yourself.

Mercury in retrograde is also in this tight Leonine group of Sun/Moon/Pallas, so as you can see, the mental, thinking and perceiving functions are opened and poised for a reset and a download of new inspiring, high frequency energy when paired with Pallas and rocket fueled by the Sun and Moon in Leo.

Jupiter in Scorpio 14º squares the ‘Leonine group’ suggesting the power signs (fixed) can precipitate crisis or unexpected behind the scenes opportunities to gather power.  Despite Jupiter’s (think Zeus, The King) challenging confrontation with the Sun/Moon group, it is also trining Neptune (15º Pisces retro) for the second of three times ~ Notably big medicine of the spiritual, imaginal and artistic type.  Leo is about our radiant hearts, courage to sing our own song, and be the leader and focus of attention when called on, but it is equally about our ego selves and how we act out our needs for love, recognition and attention.  Jupiter is empowering us to ask the big questions of our Leonine aspect. Namely, are you strong enough to keep your ego in service to your wide-open heart? Or, is your ego compelled to get love and recognition in all the wrong places?  Self-aggrandizement, vanity, pride (camouflaging your true needs).  Jupiter’s trine to Neptune is our opening to draw down our most compassionate, loving, conscious, and fluid self into our emotional circuits from a soul level.  Can you hold more courage and more love?

Mars at 0º Aquarius (retrograde) has it’s own questions to ask.  Mars is our warrior energy and likes to have a task or mission to accomplish.  Out of bounds and retrograde is an odd predicament for Mars who likes to ‘only go straight’ and doesn’t get into this situation very frequently.  Ask yourself,  “Just why did I choose to incarnate in these challenging transitioning times?  What are my gifts?  What am I here to do?  What is my mission?”  And since you chose to accept the assignment, get on with it!  Avoid getting distracted by the drama that surrounds you.  We are all spiritual warriors for the good of the whole now.

With Black Moon Lilith at the exact same degree as Mars, 0º Aquarius, forces working at the subliminal levels, the hidden and mysterious, are finding a voice through Mars.  With Mercury, Mars, Saturn, Neptune, Pluto and now Uranus all retrograde, we are being called deeply inward.  Perhaps we are to heed Black Moon Lilith’s feminine beaconing to seek what is below words and images, to tap into our body wisdom, our centeredness, our wildness.  Mars and Black Moon Lilith meet now at this eclipse at the exact degree of the potent conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter on Solstice in December 2020 triggering our preparation for that shift point in our collective soul.

Leo is our natural inner leader, performer, and guide to pure joy and pleasure, ruler of our inner child and free expression of who we are in our divine essence, and teacher of generosity and sharing and ruler of the heart that most magnificent center of our beings.  Use this medicine to guide you through this last eclipse of a truly potent season of transformation and call to be all we can be.

What am I doing here? – The Council

One of the questions most commonly asked these days is “What am I doing here?” Another is “What am I supposed to be doing?” We have discussed this many times, through many channels. But you continue to ask, so, we will assume that either you have not seen the answers or you did not like them.

You learned at a very young age that not liking something, on your plane, did not change it very much. You may, therefore, not like our answers. But as they are true, they will not change very much. We will, however, explain them in differing ways to amuse you, and perhaps allow you to expand your understanding.

For the purposes of this discussion today, let us begin by saying that when we say ‘you’ in this message, we intend it to mean everyone in a body who is trudging around carrying a bag of confusing ideas and responding to life with equally confusing emotions. Sometimes your ‘What am I dong here?” is almost a scream.

Well, as you would say, chill out for a bit and we will explain something that may make you understand why you volunteered for this duty. “Did NOT!” Oh yes, you did.

Now remember, you means all of you.

You were here when this world was even more of a jewel then she is now. You were here when life upon her was very much a paradise and you were far higher in consciousness than you are now. Your current state is an aberration, you see. You were here when ‘The Fall” occurred. It was not very much like what your stories say it was, but it did happen.

You have come back over and over again, living, working, loving, hating, birthing, killing, and everything else you can imagine. Each of you has done it all, been it all, and seen it all. Why?

You want your paradise back. And you want to be, once again, who you KNOW you are.

This long, immensely difficult, journey has taught you, collectively, what you don’t want, and how to create what you do want. Experienced as each of you, you do not quite see that yet. But you are beginning to, and you will. And you are not very likely to allow this experience to happen on your watch again.

Now, some of you are called Wanderers, Warriors for the Light. You have served in this capacity of consciousness raisers many times, in many places. You also have been here before. But this time, there are billions of others who have raised their consciousness enough to push through to what you call ascension.

Of course you are all experiencing a great deal of help with this, whether you know it or not. But that is all in the plan. You knew that all of these alignments and all of this ‘outside’ help would be employed. You, your planet, your solar system, and even your galaxy are moving into an entirely new environment. Such conditions as you are moving out of at this time cannot exist where you are heading. You will have your paradise back.

But this last effort is teaching you something that you have forgotten, something very important. We can tell you what it is, but intellectual understanding is not what it is about. You are relearning who you truly are and what you are capable of, never to forget it again.

A certain very advanced soul asked you a question once, and it was recorded in one of your texts. The question was, “Know ye not that ye are gods?” And until now, very few of you do. That is in the process of changing. THAT is why you are here. That is what you are doing.

In the being, humanity, that you are a part of, you have an important part to play. The part you have to play is YOUR part. And without your part being played, the entire play would be changed. Do not judge yourself as anything less than any other, for you are not. Do not judge yourself as any more than any other, for you are not. You are simply, and always, divine creations of Source from which you come, whatever you choose to call that. Raise your heads and BE that.

You chose to be here because, after all of your efforts, you were not about to miss the final act. Enjoy this! Congratulations.

¿Qué estoy haciendo aquí? - El Ayuntamiento

Una de las preguntas más frecuentes en estos días es "¿Qué estoy haciendo aquí?" Otra es "¿Qué se supone que debo hacer?" Hemos discutido esto muchas veces, a través de muchos canales. Pero continúas preguntando, entonces, asumiremos que o no has visto las respuestas o no te gustaron.

Aprendiste desde muy joven que no le gustaba algo, en tu avión, no lo cambiaba demasiado. Por lo tanto, puede que no te gusten nuestras respuestas. Pero como son verdad, no cambiarán mucho.Sin embargo, los explicaremos de diferentes maneras para entretenerlo y quizás permitirle ampliar su comprensión.

A los efectos de esta discusión hoy, comencemos diciendo que cuando decimos 'usted' en este mensaje, se pretende que signifique todos en un cuerpo que está penosamente en torno a la realización de una bolsa de ideas confusas y respondiendo a la vida con la misma confuso emociones.A veces tu "¿Qué soy yo aquí?" Es casi un grito.

Bueno, como diría, relájese un rato y le explicaremos algo que puede hacerle comprender por qué se ofreció para este trabajo. "¡NO!" Oh, sí, lo hiciste.

Ahora recuerden, ustedes se refieren a todos ustedes.

Estuviste aquí cuando este mundo era aún más una joya que ella ahora. Estuviste aquí cuando la vida sobre ella era en gran medida un paraíso y estabas mucho más elevado en conciencia de lo que estás ahora. Su estado actual es una aberración, ¿sabe? Estuviste aquí cuando ocurrió 'The Fall'. No se parecía mucho a lo que dicen sus historias, pero sucedió.

Has vuelto una y otra vez, vivir, trabajar, amar, odiar, parto, matando, y todo lo que se pueda imaginar. Cada uno de ustedes lo ha hecho todo, lo ha sido todo y lo ha visto todo. ¿Por qué?

Quieres recuperar tu paraíso. Y quieres ser, una vez más, quien SABES que eres.

Este viaje largo, inmensamente difícil, le ha enseñado, colectivamente, lo que no quiere y cómo crear lo que desea.Experimentado como cada uno de ustedes, aún no lo ven del todo.Pero estás empezando a hacerlo, y lo harás. Y no es muy probable que permita que esta experiencia vuelva a estar bajo control.

Ahora, algunos de ustedes se llaman Wanderers, Warriors for the Light. Has servido en esta capacidad de creadores de conciencia muchas veces, en muchos lugares. También has estado aquí antes. Pero esta vez, hay miles de millones que han elevado su conciencia lo suficiente como para avanzar hacia lo que ustedes llaman ascensión.

Por supuesto, todos ustedes están experimentando una gran cantidad de ayuda con esto, ya sea que lo sepan o no. Pero eso está todo en el plan. Sabía que todas estas alineaciones y toda esta ayuda 'externa' se emplearían. Tú, tu planeta, tu sistema solar e incluso tu galaxia se están moviendo hacia un entorno completamente nuevo. Las condiciones en las que te estás mudando en este momento no pueden existir hacia donde te diriges. Tendrás tu paraíso de vuelta.

Pero este último esfuerzo te está enseñando algo que has olvidado, algo muy importante. Podemos decirle lo que es, pero la comprensión intelectual no es de lo que se trata. Estás volviendo a aprender quién eres realmente y de lo que eres capaz, nunca más lo olvidarás.

Un cierto alma muy avanzada le hizo una pregunta una vez, y fue grabada en uno de sus textos. La pregunta fue: "¿No sabéis que sois dioses?" Y hasta ahora, muy pocos de ustedes lo hacen. Eso está en proceso de cambio. ESO es el motivo por el que estás aquí. Eso es lo que estas haciendo.

En el ser, la humanidad, de la que eres parte, tienes una parte importante que jugar. La parte que debes tocar es TU parte. Y sin que tu parte sea reproducida, toda la obra cambiará. No te juzgues a ti mismo como algo menos que cualquier otro, porque no lo eres.No te juzgues a ti mismo más que a cualquier otro, porque no lo eres. Eres simplemente, y siempre, creaciones divinas de la Fuente de la que vienes, como quieras llamar eso. Levanta la cabeza y se eso.

Eligió estar aquí porque, después de todos sus esfuerzos, no iba a perderse el acto final. ¡Disfruta esto! Felicidades.
