Judy Note: Where we think we are as of early morning Mon. Dec. 17:

A. RV/GCR: 

* As of Thurs. Dec. 13 a temporary information blackout was in force, while Exchange/ Redemption Center Staff remained on High Alert.

* Evidently at a Sat. Dec. 15 meeting in Reno between the Elders and IMF, they authorized the GCR/RV payment schedule to begin on Mon. Dec. 17, Tues. Dec. 18 and Wed. Dec. 19.

*Zim payments were scheduled to be completed by Sat. Dec. 22, with HSBC as the only approved Payee Bank. The General Public would begin their exchanges in early Jan. 2019.

*The GCR/RV would be followed by unsealing of over 66,568 indictments that would trigger the Stock Market to crash. As of early morning Mon. Dec. 17 before opening both the Stock Market and Crypto Currencies remained in free fall – as they had for the past four weeks.

* It has been reported that China and Iraq have been exchanging for close to four weeks, private bank exchanges in the US have been going on since Mon. Dec. 3, the GCR/RV formally initiated in Hong Kong on Mon. Dec. 10, while as of Wed. Dec. 12 the new US Treasury Notes were live on bank screens as being gold/asset-backed, plus Paymasters, Tiers 1, 2, 3, Tier 4 Group A and certain Humanitarian Projects have been paid out.

*During this RV/GCR there would be a transition period of around two weeks where unsealing of over 66,568 indictments would instigate mass arrests – some of which were on an estimated ¾ of members of Congress. Q said that the FISA declassification would “bring down the House” and the Dec. 11 Intel Report stated: “U.S. government officials listed in the sealed indictments have been given notice of imminent criminal prosecution and a lifetime at GITMO.”

*By year’s end Central Banks would be reorganized, the Federal Reserve and IRS would be eliminated and we could expect announcement of the US Restored Republic, GESARA Law and a new Flat Tax System - said to be 17% on newly bought items only, with no tax on medicine and food. On Jan. 2 2019 Federal courts across the nation would begin trials for those arrested, Military Tribunals would start for those sent to GITMO, while new US elections were expected to be completed sometime in April-May 2019.

1. On Sat. Dec. 15 there was a meeting in Reno between the Elders and IMF to finalize the official payment schedule.

2. At the meeting it was verified that the GCR/RV payment schedule would begin Mon. Dec. 17, Tues. Dec. 18 and Wed. Dec. 19.

3. Zim payments would need to be completed by Sat. Dec. 22.

4. HSBC and CS in Zurich was the only approved Payee Bank.

1. The IRS has been gutted and most of its work force laid off. It has no contract and no real purpose.

2. As the Grace Report revealed in 1980, all the money collected by the IRS didn't even pay interest on a National Debt of the Territorial United States.

3. We were misled into assuming that our tax dollars were paying for public services, but that paradigm went out in the 1930's. The only function of tax payments extorted out of the majority of Americans appeared to be to act as a "valve" to control the money supply and moderate growth of inflation.

4. Inflation continued to act as a merciless silent tax and to gnaw away at the value of the U.S. fiat domestic currency, but those annual collections slowed the process down to the Frog Boiling Temperature preferred by the banks, who wanted to milk embezzlement and racketeering and keep "the Natives" from figuring it all out as long as possible.

5. The Federal Reserve building in NYC was boarded up. Many of the IRS Offices have closed their doors. Their mail was being forwarded. They can't find enough Americans who would work for them. All the "agents" have false names, but now the false names are like: "Amber Gouderaineroneff" and "Malcolm Flackenbuster," plus they tended to have foreign accents.

6. They were still trying to claim that there was some kind of a war on somewhere as justification for not ending The Victory Tax that should have ended with no questions asked, in 1945.

7. Members of Congress knew that the government wasen’t funded with tax dollars. Except for Slush, there hasn't been a rational excuse to continue collecting taxes since the Federal Reserve bankrupted the trademarked Federal Reserve System in 2009, but they've kept up the fraud and racketeering just the same.

8. It's all been business as usual until now: the Municipal Government has been left unfunded and without a contract for cause.

9. Organized crime networks have been discovered in Arkansas, Nevada, New York, California and elsewhere which operate internationally and have ties to everything from gambling and prostitution to drugs and back again. Think George Soros, Chicago racketeers under Rahm Emmanuel and the New York Mob operating out of Nevada. In far too many of these cases the local police were either incompetent, or colluding.

10. Think of the IRS, FEMA, DOJ, BATF, FBI, CIA. These "agencies" were formed back in the 1930's by the Roosevelt Administration and were municipal corporations. They have been operating on our shores as foreign "service" organizations under the control of a foreign government - the Municipal United States oligarchy run by the US Congress - which was supposed to limit its operations to the ten square miles of the District of Columbia.
