After several acts of violence with many dead in Hanau, a letter of confession and a

video were found according to information from security circles. 

Both are now being evaluated. Apparently the perpetrator had a right-wing extremist

motive.

Following the massacre in the Hessian city of Hanau, police have now reported that a confessional video of the suspected perpetrator is available, as reported by "Bild". The newspaper reported that this is supposed to show that the perpetrator had a right-wing extremist motive.

According to information from security circles, the suspected perpetrator of Hanau published a video on Youtube a few days before the crime. 

In this video, the man speaks in fluent English of a "personal message to all Americans. 

The clip, which could still be seen on the internet on Thursday morning, was

obviously shot in a private apartment, and was put on the net a few days ago. 

In it the man says that in the USA there are underground military facilities where children are mistreated and killed. There they would also pay

homage to the devil. American citizens should wake up and "fight now" against these conditions. 

The video does not contain any reference to an imminent own act of violence in Germany. 

While the security forces initially did not explain anything about the motive for the crime, which resulted in a total of eleven deaths, various media reported that it was a

right-wing extremist background. 

In the Hessian city nine people were shot dead in two different places on Wednesday evening. 

Hours after the crime, police discovered the body of the alleged shooter in his apartment. 

Special forces also found another dead person there. 

Currently there are no indications of further

perpetrators," the police reported on Twitter early

Thursday morning.

Fears have been growing in recent months that Germany could be seeing a downturn in its economy boom, with the government this week slashing growth forecast for next year. Blame has pointed toward trade frictions, with Germany being particularly sensitive to movements in the United States-China trade war, as well as political uncertainty surrounding Britain leaving the European Union (EU) and the terms of Brexit. Ifo chief Clemens Fuest forecast Germany as being braced for a “lean festive season”.

Ifo economist Klaus Wohlrabe said the German economy was slowing but there was no recession in sight.

This week saw Economy Minister Peter Altmaier acknowledge a slowdown in growth in recent months as he predicted economic expansion of around 1.5 to 1.6 percent, below his previous forecast of 1.8 percent.

Mr Altmaier told members of Germany’s foreign press association in Berlin: “Growth somewhat slowed in the past months as it did in many other countries.

“For the year as a whole, we’ll have growth of around 1.5 percent to 1.6 percent.”

However, the government expects fortunes to reverse and the economic powerhouse to enter its 10th year of expansion in 2019, Mr Altmaier added.

In April, the German government had predicted economic growth of 2.3 percent for this year.

This forecast was downgraded in October to 1.8 percent.

Mr Altmaier added: “With concern, we see the trade conflict between the United States and China, and we hope that it will be solved.

“We also hope that the trade tensions between Europe and the US can also be solved.”

A slump in car production was noted as having dragged down levels of exports, caused by new pollution tests that were introduced back in September.

The new WLTP emissions testing regime was brought into effect after the Volkswagen ‘dieselgate’ scandal, which saw millions of diesel motors fitted with "defeat devices" which could identify when they were being emissions tested.

It is believed the slump in the German auto sector was down to some car models not having timely approval for a new registration, forcing manufacturers to throttle production.

Last month it was revealed that the German economy has shrunk for the first time in three years, having last declined in the first quarter of 2015.

Gross domestic product (GDP) contracted in the third quarter compared to the previous quarter by 0.2 percent, according to the Federal Statistical Office.

On August 5th, 1914 (The day after the Declaration of war in Europe) the Currency and Bank Notes Act was passed in Europe, On the 7th August,= 1914, in order to avoid a run on the banks, the Treasury issued Treasury Notes signed by John Bradbury – a form of national credit backed by the credit of the nation.

 It required that the Treasury immediately restart issuing such interest-free money, based upon the wealth, integrity and potential of the country. Such an initiative would completely remove the hold the banks have over the nation, and would kickstart a productive economy.

This allowed the Treasury to issue currency notes of £1 and 10/-.the “Bradbury Banknote”. These notes had full legal tender status and were convertible for gold through the Bank of England. The Chancellor of the day, Lloyd George, just a few hours after the midnight Declaration of War, touched on the need to preserve the country’s gold. The issue of notes for one pound and for ten shillings were to circulate “As fully as sovereigns and half-sovereigns are current and shall be legal tender in the United Kingdom for the payment of any amount”. Thomas De La Rue and Company assisted Waterloo Brothers and Layton to produce the ten shilling note.

The relevance to the above paragraphs and England’s efforts in 1914 is that it set the precedence for an interest free currency and relieves the hold that banks have on the economies of the world and would apply to all currencies in circulation.

In direct contrast is the 1913 Federal Reserve Act employing fractional banking policies, which ultimately created the Central Bank banking systems. Currently 62 families control more wealth than 3.5 BILLION of the world’s population. Inequality is a drastic understatement. The BIS (Bank of International Settlement) is a privately owned bank that oversights 60 Central banks including the following: The Bank of England, the Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank. The BIS controls 95% of global wealth. The BIS was created as a control bank that would oversight the damage reparation settlements of Germany and its allies for WW1. It then morphed into the demon financial control center we see today.

The reason I point this out is that we only focus on the USD while in fact there is a global awareness of currency inequities and the GCR/RV is a global agenda not just for US and Western interest. By a sovereign issuing their own asset backed currency based on the wealth and integrity of the country, most all global debt issues and the vertical effects such as poverty and damaging fiscal policies, would literally be eliminated overnight. The Republic would naturally be restored without need for drastic changes in governmental and constitutional law and the enforcement efforts and time it would require to integrate those changes. We need to eliminate bad laws, not create their replacements. We don’t need to dismantle and take from the wealthy, we need to lift up the poor. To tear it all down with the concept of rebuilding from a fresh slate would be catastrophic to global economies and may never be accomplished. That borders on a scorched earth mentality and defines why we have wars.

The formation of the Deep State agendas were a product of the monster they created. The Deep State players and agendas will dissolve under transparency and equality for all. Everyone knows how to fix it by the least intrusive means possible. Asset back their currencies and everything else will fix itself.

The only arguments left now are who has the authority to release these funds. All the tools and means to accomplish this task are in place. A compromise must be reached where all parties can get through their power struggles for the benefit of humankind. Soon. Based on the information I received last week, by all accounts the GCR/RV should have engaged. All information pointed to it. Not only did I drink the ‘kool-aid’, I guzzled it. Then, because of the way my mind works, I started asking question. Understand that the information I receive comes from both sides of the aisle. I consider myself somewhat neutral. All sides provide a compelling argument on who and why they have the authority, they say they have. Then it dawns on me, why is this information being presented and in the manner in which it is presented? This is well constructed and articulated Intel. There must be resources applied to construct this information and deliver it in such a plausible continuity. In other words, it makes sense. However, what is the purpose? Answer. To control the narrative. Then you have to wonder who and why wants the narrative controlled. Is it the Agencies, the governments, the Deep State, The Cabal, or all of them and then some? The why? To supply information so questions aren’t asked. They are answered before they can be asked.

Bottom-line, take the intel providers and their narratives with a grain of salt. Look to the currency exchanges. When they stop or postpone currency sales, that is a prerequisite of the GCR/RV.

Presidential Executive Order Promoting Free Speech and Religious Liberty
              ----------------------

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, in order to guide the executive branch in formulating and implementing policies with implications for the religious liberty of persons and organizations in America, and to further compliance with the Constitution and with applicable statutes and Presidential Directives, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1.  Policy.  It shall be the policy of the executive branch to vigorously enforce Federal law’s robust protections for religious freedom.  The Founders envisioned a Nation in which religious voices and views were integral to a vibrant public square, and in which religious people and institutions were free to practice their faith without fear of discrimination or retaliation by the Federal Government.  For that reason, the United States Constitution enshrines and protects the fundamental right to religious liberty as Americans’ first freedom.  Federal law protects the freedom of Americans and their organizations to exercise religion and participate fully in civic life without undue interference by the Federal Government.  The executive branch will honor and enforce those protections.

Sec. 2.  Respecting Religious and Political Speech.  All executive departments and agencies (agencies) shall, to the greatest extent practicable and to the extent permitted by law, respect and protect the freedom of persons and organizations to engage in religious and political speech.  In particular, the Secretary of the Treasury shall ensure, to the extent permitted by law, that the Department of the Treasury does not take any adverse action against any individual, house of worship, or other religious organization on the basis that such individual or organization speaks or has spoken about moral or political issues from a religious perspective, where speech of similar character has, consistent with law, not ordinarily been treated as participation or intervention in a political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) a candidate for public office by the Department of the Treasury.  As used in this section, the term “adverse action” means the imposition of any tax or tax penalty; the delay or denial of tax-exempt status; the disallowance of tax deductions for contributions made to entities exempted from taxation under section 501(c)(3) of title 26, United States Code; or any other action that makes unavailable or denies any tax deduction, exemption, credit, or benefit.

Sec. 3.  Conscience Protections with Respect to Preventive-Care Mandate.  The Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Labor, and the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall consider issuing amended regulations, consistent with applicable law, to address conscience-based objections to the preventive-care mandate promulgated under section 300gg-13(a)(4) of title 42, United States Code.

Sec. 4.  Religious Liberty Guidance.  In order to guide all agencies in complying with relevant Federal law, the Attorney General shall, as appropriate, issue guidance interpreting religious liberty protections in Federal law.

Sec. 5.  Severability.  If any provision of this order, or the application of any provision to any individual or circumstance, is held to be invalid, the remainder of this order and the application of its other provisions to any other individuals or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.

Sec. 6.  General Provisions.  

(a)  Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:

(i)   the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or

(ii)  the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.

(b)  This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.

(c)  This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

In an article posted on its website, the Stiftung Wissenschaft advisory group und Politik (SWP) warns the government of Angela Merkel about the possible consequences of Puigdemont extradition and has called for evaluation. The alert SWP now no longer a conflict affecting a particular region, but Germany, like it or not, it's "star of the Catalan crisis". As stated in the elnacional.cat portal, the advisory group would try to push for a negotiated solution between Barcelona and Madrid. 

On its website, the SWP Merkel warns that you should not act upon the decisions taken by the German courts. Doing "is interpreted as an element of political persecution against independence movements" and Germany can not afford this lack of recognition of freedoms and democratic rights as the core of the union of states of the European Union.  

The SWP recognizes that the task of internationalization of Catalan process have conducted exiled members and the same President Puigdemont is giving positive results for the independence group. European states have been unwilling to intervene in the conflict between Catalonia and Spain and now have no choice but to participate.
