Sophia Love - Miracles. Angels. The shift - 11/2/2018
This is the true story of a shift. It took place on October 28th, 2018, at approximately 2:00 PM Central Standard time in the United States.
At that moment, and for no obvious reason, the van I was riding in, along with most of my family, 7 people, careened at 70 mph into a guard rail and then the cement base of a utility pole. I’ve been told we were airborne at one point and that the van resembled an accordion when it stopped. I believe I left my body. There were no fatalities and I’ve been told by more than one being that we were intentionally saved; a miracle.
One of us, a 21-year-old beautiful man, has already undergone surgery and will require more before his body is completely healed. Please pray for our friend P.E.
What do you do when something like this happens? For me, I pick up my pen and write. I write out loud now to share an insight. It comes from the place I am in right now; a new life on a planet in which nothing looks or feels the same, yet somehow has everything still in it.
I may still be in shock, yet most of my conversations since Sunday center around love, relationship, honesty and “other”. I have so many stories of angels, some of them human, some of them unseen.
Those of us in this accident are now altered in ways unseen and beyond our blackened eyes.
I don’t know where we go from here.
If you asked me right now what life will be like after we move into another frequency, or shift into another dimension or relocate to the new earth, I’d tell you that:
Physically it looks pretty much the same.
Mentally it feels like an avalanche of new thoughts are cascading and struggling to find a place to settle.
Emotionally it is crystal clear what matters. What matters is love. Each time, every conversation, all of your entrances and exits.
Spiritually there is a calm.
Because this comes packaged with horrific trauma, there is fear, anger and confusion wrapping it all up. There is a feeling of frozen.
My world has stopped for now. Yet what’s in it that continues, is love.
Does this make sense? All of my most recent telepathic interactions seem to have foretold and then explained this event. I do not label it “event” lightly; it changes everything in my world.
I’ll share a few words from those personal conversations, it feels as if they are meant for us all…

Ancient Energy at Your Core
While re-establishing our connection with you and reawakening the contract of service we wish to provide to your soul allows you to access ancient wisdom, knowingness and truth within your being, there is a deeper activation taking place. Within your soul and the core of your soul, even within the core of your soul group there is stored ancient wisdom and truth. Ancient wisdom and truth are the knowledge, techniques, energies and understanding which no longer exist upon the Earth and sometimes within the Universe of the Creator. It is civilisations, their purpose and teachings which your soul and even your soul group has forgotten. This wisdom and truth can be so ancient that it holds keys of energy and even DNA stands of light which manifested during the original expressions of the Creator. While some of this wisdom and knowingness is no longer essential or needed upon the Earth and the inner planes, there are aspects which need to be rediscovered to create a wholeness and completeness in the knowledge of humanity and beings upon the inner planes. Akin to key pieces of wisdom that complete the larger picture of all that is the Creator that is awakening and downloading within your being.
This ancient and much needed energy is hidden at the core of your soul, it has been long forgotten. When activated it will also reawaken a new energy surge and cycle within your being which will assist in empowering your sensitivity to and awareness of your spiritual abilities, your guides, your ascension process and the inner planes of the Creator’s Universe. When an aspect of the Creator is hidden, even if it is wisdom or conscious awareness, it creates a blockage in your energy system restricting the full flow of your power, vitality and light. While this may go unnoticed through several incarnations, generations and civilisations without causing any problems to your ascension process and the expansion of your being, there will come a point when your vibration can no longer tolerate the blockage, causing healing and a release to take place. Knowing you need to eat healthily while fighting cancer is one thing, but knowing how to do it is another.
Liz Nyce, a certified oncology dietitian with UCHealth’s Oncology Support Services in northern Colorado, said a plant-rich menu high in vitamins and minerals is best for anyone but especially those battling or trying to prevent a recurrence of cancer. She provided these tips about the best foods to eat — as well as those best to avoid — to fight or prevent cancer.
A non-starchy focus
Non-starchy vegetables and fruits protect against cancers of the mouth, pharynx, larynx, esophagus, stomach and lung, Nyce said.
Eat five to 10 servings of non-starchy vegetables and fruits daily, and select a large variety from the “rainbow” of choices for optimum benefit, as the non-nutrient substances (known as phytochemicals) from plant foods seem to work independently as well as synergistically to decrease risk. Phytochemicals are found in numerous plant foods, including tomatoes, citrus fruits, berries, peppers, carrots, broccoli, cabbage and soy beans. Cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli, cauliflower, kale, Brussel sprouts and cabbage, are especially high in vitamins and minerals. Potatoes, corn, peas and bananas are considered starchy.
Add a little flavor
Allium vegetables, such as garlic, onions, leeks, shallots and chives, are rich in sulfur compounds and defend against stomach as well as prostate cancer, according to some studies.
Garlic and foods that contain dietary fiber/whole grains, such as whole-grain cereals and breads, prunes, berries, kidney beans and other legumes, fresh fruits and vegetables, and brown rice, protect against colorectal cancer.
Certain nutrients like lycopene – at its highest in foods with cooked tomatoes – as well as whole-food soy sources, such as miso, tempeh, tofu, soybeans, soy nuts and soy milk, are known for fighting prostate cancer.
Pump up the fiber
Nyce said adults should consume between 25 and 38 grams of fiber a day. A diet high in fiber is especially important to fend off breast, colorectal and prostate cancers. So, stock up on those beans, lentils and legumes.

Alcohol is linked with head, neck, gastrointestinal and breast cancers, so women should drink no more than 12 ounces of beer, 5 ounces of wine or 1.5 ounces of liquor a day, and men no more than twice that.
Minimize saturated fats from high-fat dairy products, such as whole milk and ice cream, as well as from baked goods, and solid fats such as butter, Nyce said. The healthy fats — monounsaturated and polyunsaturated — are found in nuts; seeds; fatty fish, such as salmon; avocados, and other types of oils.
