The Infinite Spirit has full power to convey many of its powers and prerogatives to its coordinated and subordinate personalities and agencies.

The first creative act of Deity of the Infinite Spirit, working apart from the Trinity, but in some undisclosed association with the Father and the Son, was personalized in the existence of the Seven Ruler Spirits of Paradise, the distributors of the Infinite Spirit to the universes.

There is no direct representative of the Third Source and Center in the governing centers of a superuniverse. Each of these seven creations depends on one of the Seven Ruler Spirits of Paradise, which acts through the seven Reflective Spirits located in the capital of the superuniverse.

The next and continuing creative act of the Infinite Spirit is revealed, from time to time, in the production of Creative Spirits. Each time the Universal Father and the Eternal Son become parents of a Creator Son, the Infinite Spirit becomes the parent of a Creative Spirit of a local universe that becomes the most intimate associate of that Creator Son in all subsequent universal experience .

As it is necessary to distinguish between the Eternal Son and the Creator Sons, in the same way, we have to differentiate between the Infinite Spirit and the Creative Spirits, the universal coordinators of the Creator Sons. What the Infinite Spirit is for all creation, a Creative Spirit is for a local universe.

The Third Source and Center is represented in the great universe by a vast set of ministering spirits, messengers, teachers, adjudicators, assistants and advisors, as well as supervisors of certain circuits of physical nature, moral and spiritual. Not all these beings are personalities in the strict sense of the term. The personality of the variety of finite creatures is characterized by:

1. Self-consciousness subjective.

 2. Objective response to the personality circuit of the Father

There are creative personalities and personalities creatures, and besides these two fundamental types there are personalities of the Third Source and Center, beings that are personal to the Infinite Spirit, but that are not qualifyingly personal for the creatures. These personalities of the Third Source do not form part of the personality circuit of the Father. The personality of the First Source and the personality of the Third Source can be put in contact with each other; It is possible to get in touch with every personality.

The Father grants personality for his personal free will. We can only guess why he does it, and we do not know how he does it. Nor do we know why the Third Source grants a non-Father personality but the Infinite Spirit does it in its own name, in creative conjunction with the Eternal Son and in many unknown ways for you. The Infinite Spirit can also act for the Father in the personality grant of the First Source.

There are numerous types of personalities from the Third Source. The Infinite Spirit grants personality of the Third Source to numerous groups that are not included in the personality circuit of the Father, such as certain directors of power. Likewise, the Infinite Spirit treats as personalities to numerous groups of beings, such as the Creative Spirits, who make up a class for themselves in their relationships with the circumcised creatures of the Father.

Both the personalities of the First Source and those of the Third Source are endowed with everything and even more than what man associates with the concept of personality; They have minds that encompass memory, reason, judgment, creative imagination, association of ideas, decision, election, and numerous additional intellectual powers totally unknown to mortals. With few exceptions, the orders revealed to you have defined form and individuality; They are real beings. A majority of them are visible to all orders of spiritual existence.

Even you will be able to see your spiritual associates of the lowest orders as soon as you are released from the limited vision of your current material eyes and have been endowed with morontial form with their greater sensitivity to the reality of spiritual things.
The functional family of the Third Source and Center, as revealed in these documents, is divided into three broad groups:

I. The Supreme Spirits. A group of composite origin that includes, among others, the following commands:

1. The Seven Ruler Spirits of Paradise.

2. The Reflective Spirits of the Superuniverses.

3. The Creative Spirits of Local Universes.

II. The Directors of Power. A group of creatures and control agencies that works throughout the organized space.

III. The Personalities of the Infinite Spirit. This designation does not necessarily imply that these beings have personalities of the Third Source, although some of them are unique among volitional creatures. They usually group into three main rankings:

1. The Highest Personalities of the Infinite Spirit.

2. The Messengers of Space.

3. The Ministers of Time Spirits.

These groups serve in Paradise, in the central or residential universe, in the superuniverses, and include orders that work in the local universes, even in constellations, systems and planets.

The spiritual personalities of the vast family of the Divine and Infinite Spirit are forever dedicated to the service of the ministry of the love of God and the mercy of the Son for all the intelligent creatures of the evolutionary worlds of time and space. These spiritual beings constitute the living scale by which the mortal man can ascend from chaos to glory.
