SPAIN A COUNTRY UNLAWFUL

Spain, before 1711 known as the kingdom of Castile, a country forged by conquest, killing, rape and looting since 1492, when Christopher Columbus discovered the Americas. 

Plundering their conquered regions, causing wars just to satisfy his ego. 
During the dictatorship of Francisco Franco Spain enters with full rights within the United Nations, once dead dictator, in April 1977, his successor, King (illegitimate) Juan Carlos I signed the Treaty of Human Rights of the UN, both the preamble and subsequent articles, the treaty refers to theright to self-determination.

1978, dated December 6 a referendum (the first and only done in full democracy) the Spanish population, tired of wars and oppression accepts the proposal of the Spanish Congress and Senate of a law that hides certain oppressions is celebrated and freedoms controlled by them or their descendants who ruled while there was a dictatorship. 

This law accepted the Spanish people called dela Spanish Constitution. 

This law does not appear in any of its articles the right to self-determination. 

The law of oblivion is not approved for trial for crimes against humanity previous Spanish governments and their descendants, having thousands or millions of people buried in mass graves scattered throughout the Iberian Peninsula.

That said one can say that I recognized Spanish political parties founded on full democracy are illegal and all laws passed are illegal.
