New Assignment For the GCR Committee

Having reviewed the many known evils of basing our currency systems on the value of any standard commodity, we, the Paramount Security Interest Holders and Priority Creditors of every Municipal and Territorial Corporation and franchise on this planet, including the UN Corporation, request that the GCR Committee come up with a Starting Total Trade Value for all known traded commodities and all labor assets as of September 1, 2017.  The purpose of this calculation is to provide a basis for issuance of a new global currency denominated as a tiny fraction of  the Total Trade Value.  This new currency based on our collective commodity and labor assets is being issued into a competitive  free market and not intended to displace any viable national currency, but merely to offer an asset-based alternative to conventional asset-based currencies which in our opinion are too subject to manipulation, scarcity, inelasticity, exclusivity, and other ills. 

Let us simply address the background for this request for the benefit of those uneducated in the subject.

Commodity markets (and commodity-based currencies) are subject to supply and demand, futures selling and trading, seasonal variations, hoarding, market speculation and manipulation, and insider trading.  Money is itself a commodity, which competes in the global marketplace, and rises or falls dependent upon ephemeral factors such as "perceived value" and "public opinion" and attacks by counterfeiters. 

Always, producers of a commodity enjoy very decided advantages over investors in commodities, as producers have a direct ability to influence supply, demand, price, and even future price offerings--- factors that consumers and non-producer investors cannot influence or profit from.  This at the very least creates a severely tilted playing field.

Also, we note that whoever has the most of "the" standard commodity in an asset-based currency system enjoys an unparalleled advantage over all others doing business within that system.  It doesn't matter if we are talking about Arabian oil or Chinese gold or American silver--- whoever owns the most of that particular commodity backing a particular currency has a decided and unfair and unassailable advantage in the marketplace.

We, Americans, (as opposed to United States Citizens with whom we are constantly confused) have always used silver as our preferred commodity to back our asset-based currency known as the United States Silver Dollar and we hereby announce our intention to continue to issue and use our traditional national silver-backed currency, however, we tire of the spectacle of what are essentially rigged storefronts and rigged markets that are designed to exclude people throughout the rest of the world who don't have gold or silver or oil in abundance from an equal participation in both trade and commerce. 

Like all non-producing investors in specific commodities markets--peas, soybeans, cotton, or whatever--- these people and their countries are crippled and dependent upon whatever winds of fortune blow upon commodities they don't possess---gold, silver, platinum, oil, etc., and can't influence and which leave no options that include them as producers.  That is, the absence of a world currency that takes into account all commodities and all labor resources means that producers of all other commodities aren't able to fully or safely participate in the world's currency markets, which then also cripples their participation in the global economy as a whole.  

Our initiative is designed to provide everyone on Earth a safe haven and means of investment in a currency based on assets they and their country produce.  The issuance of this new universal currency, called the True Value Dollar, TVM or TRU (trademarked by the unincorporated United States of America) marks the beginning of an open world economy and world market, one in which actual value is traded for actual value, and in which everyone is a producer unimpeded by any natural lack of any specific standard commodity such as oil, gold, silver, etc. 

The True Value Dollar will be issued through licensed, regulated, and bonded cryptocurrency providers, as well as being made available through our international trade and commercial banks.  We await the GCR Committee's findings and request that they carefully consider our position and our objections to returning to the same kind of corrupt 19th century commodity-backed currency system as our great-grandfathers left behind.  We object to any such unmoderated system of single asset-backed currencies, not for any lack of silver or fear for our long-established currency, but because we already know the evils and limitations of such currency markets and have no need to learn the same lessons all over again

These single asset-backed currencies and the markets dependent on them are patently unfair to over five billion people, and a full 1.2 billion of the world's poorest people are unable to thrive, compete, come to market, access banking services and have currency options that respect and reflect their status as producers.

Nueva Asignación Para el Comité GCR

Siempre, los productores de una mercancía gozan de ventajas muy decididas sobre los inversores en materias primas, ya que los productores tienen una capacidad directa para influir en la oferta, la demanda, el precio y hasta las futuras ofertas de precios --- factores que los consumidores y los inversores no productores no pueden influir o beneficiarse . Esto, al menos, crea un campo de juego muy inclinado.

Además, observamos que quien tiene la mayor cantidad de "el" producto estándar en un sistema monetario basado en activos goza de una ventaja sin precedentes sobre todos los demás que hacen negocios dentro de ese sistema. No importa si estamos hablando de petróleo de Arabia o oro chino o plata estadounidense --- quien posee la mayor parte de ese producto particular que respalda una moneda en particular tiene una ventaja decidida e injusta e inatacable en el mercado.

Nosotros, los estadounidenses (a diferencia de los ciudadanos de los Estados Unidos con los que estamos constantemente confundidos) siempre hemos utilizado la plata como nuestro producto preferente para respaldar nuestra moneda basada en activos conocida como el dólar de plata de los Estados Unidos y anunciamos nuestra intención de seguir emitiendo y usamos nuestra tradicional moneda de plata con respaldo de plata, sin embargo, nos cansamos del espectáculo de lo que son los escaparates esencialmente aparejados y los mercados manipulados que están diseñados para excluir a las personas en el resto del mundo que no tienen oro o plata o aceite en abundancia de una participación igualitaria tanto en el comercio como en el comercio.

Three Dangerous Delusions about Korea

They say that most of the world’s real dangers arise not because of what people don’t know but because of what they do «know» that just ain’t so.

As a case in point, consider three things about Korea that the bipartisan Washington establishment seems quite sure of but are far removed from reality:

Delusion 1: All options, including U.S. military force, are «on the table.»

– Everyone knows there are no military «options» the U.S. could use against North Korea that don’t result in disaster. The prospect that a «surgical strike» could «take out» (a muscular-sounding term much loved by laptop bombardiers) Pyongyang’s nuclear and missile capabilities is a fiction. Already impractical when considered against a country like Iran, no one believes a limited attack could eliminate North Korea’s ability to strike back, hard. At risk would be not only almost 30,000 U.S. troops in Korea but 25 million people in the Seoul metropolitan area, not to mention  many more lives at risk in the rest of South Korea and perhaps Japan.

– Hence, any  contemplated U.S. preemptive strike would have to be massive from the start, imposing a ghastly cost on North Koreans (do their lives count?) but still running the risk that anything less than total success would mean a devastating retaliation. That’s not even taking into account possible actions of other countries, notably China’s response to an American attack on their detestable buffer state.

Delusion 2: North Korea must be denuclearized.

– Whether anyone likes it or not, North Korea is a nuclear weapons state outside the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and will remain so. Kim Jong-un learned the lessons of Saddam Hussein and Muammar Gaddafi. Because Kim has weapons of mass destruction, especially nukes, he gets to stay alive and in power. If he gives them up, he can look forward to dancing the Tyburn jig or getting sodomized with a bayonet, then shot. That’s not a difficult choice.

Delusion 3: If the U.S. presses China hard enough, Beijing will solve the problem for us.

– There is no combination of U.S. sanctions, threats, or pressures that will make Beijing take steps that are fundamentally contrary to China’s vital national security interests. (Here, the «vital national security» of China means just that, not the way U.S. policymakers routinely abuse the term to mean anything they don’t like even if it has nothing to do with American security, much less with America’s survival.) Aside from speculation (which is all it is) that China could seek to engineer an internal coup to overthrow Kim in favor of a puppet administration, maintaining the current odious regime is Beijing’s only option if they don’t want to face the prospect of having on their border a reunited Korean peninsula under a government allied with Washington.

– After Moscow’s experience with the expansion of NATO following the 1990 reunification of Germany, why would Beijing take credibly any assurances from Washington (of which there is no indication anyway) not to expand into a vacuum created by a collapse of North Korea? Quite to the contrary, it has been suggested that if China refuses to deal with the North Korea problem on Washington’s behalf, then the U.S. would do it on its terms, presenting Beijing (in the description of former U.S. ambassador to the  United Nations John Bolton) with «regime collapse, huge refugee flows and U.S. flags flying along the Yalu River.» Adds Bolton, «China can do it the easier way or the harder way: It’s their choice. Time is growing short.» If under such a scenario U.S. forces end up on China’s border, suggests Bolton, they wouldn’t be leaving anytime soon. Don’t be so sure. In 1950, the last time American forces were on the Yalu River, they weren’t there very long when hundreds of thousands of Chinese soldiers crossed into Korea. Keep in mind that happened when China didn’t have nuclear weapons but the U.S. did.

The seemingly weekly rise and fall of the decibel level of bellicose rhetoric coming out of Washington and Pyongyang obscures the realities behind these three delusions. Little change can be expected from Pyongyang, whose policy at least has the virtue of simplicity: «if you do anything bad to us, we’ll do something really, really bad to you.»

So then, what are the prospects Washington could jump off the hamster wheel and come up with something besides threats and sanctions? The omens are not auspicious. Just before he left the White House, Steve Bannon violated the taboo surrounding Delusion 1: «Until somebody solves the part of the equation that shows me that ten million people in Seoul don’t die in the first 30 minutes from conventional weapons, I don’t know what you’re talking about, there’s no military solution here, they got us.» Then he was gone.

But let’s be optimistic. There have been reports of direct «back channel» contacts between North Korea and the U.S. at the United Nations in New York. Even Bolton suggests that some kind of accommodation could be made to China in the form of a pullback of U.S. forces down to the south, near Pusan, so as to be still «available for rapid deployment across Asia.» (Certainly, that’s one idea. Here’s a better one: how about getting us out of Korea entirely and not having Americans available for deployment across Asia?)

The definitive clarification should have been the Beijing-based Global Times editorial of August 10, 2017 («Reckless game over the Korean Peninsula runs risk of real war»), universally seen as reflecting the position of the Chinese government:

«China should also make clear that if North Korea launches missiles that threaten U.S. soil first and the U.S. retaliates, China will stay neutral. If the U.S. and South Korea carry out strikes and try to overthrow the North Korean regime and change the political pattern of the Korean Peninsula, China will prevent them from doing so».

That means that if Kim attacks the U.S., he’s on his own. If we attack Kim, we’re at war with China. In the latter case, while Russia would not likely directly join the fray we can be sure Moscow would provide China total support short of belligerency. Put mildly, this would not be in the American interest.

There is one, and only one overriding priority that should now guide U.S. policy on Korea. It’s not regime change in North Korea – despite that regime’s loathsomeness – or even the wellbeing of South Korea or Japan. It’s avoiding Kim’s developing a missile system capable of delivering a nuclear weapon to the United States. How close North Korea might be to such a capability is the subject of wildly conflicting estimations. (Regarding the American lives hung out on the DMZ, there’s a simple solution to ensuring their safety – get them the hell out of there.)

But what about South Korea and Japan? Our «alliances» with them are a fiction. The U.S. guarantees their security but other than cooperating on the defense of their own territory they do nothing to safeguard ours, nor can they. The U.S. derives no benefit in continuing to make ourselves a target on account of a place that’s more than five thousand miles from the American mainland.

It’s time that «America First!» meant something. As a start, Washington could take seriously Beijing’s proposal for a double-freeze. On the one hand, Pyongyang would suspend its nuclear and missile programs, in particular halting tests of weapons with potential intercontinental range. Washington and Seoul would suspend joint military exercises, including practicing so-called «decapitation strikes« aimed at North Korea’s leadership.

If protecting our own territory and people is American officials’ top priority, and  not, as they implausibly claim, «regime change» in North Korea, it’s hard to see why a double-freeze would not be a sensible first step. It would be largely up to China to see that the North Koreans complied with their part of the deal. If they did, perhaps it could lead towards a long-overdue settlement of this Cold War-era standoff and, in time, a reunited, neutral Korea. If not, all bets are off – but we’d be hardly worse off than we are now.

Tres delirios peligrosos sobre Corea

Dicen que la mayoría de los peligros reales del mundo surgen no por lo que la gente no sabe sino por lo que ellos saben que simplemente no es así.

Como ejemplo de ello, considere tres cosas sobre Corea que el establishment bipartidista de Washington parece bastante seguro pero está muy alejado de la realidad:

Delirio 1 : Todas las opciones, incluida la fuerza militar estadounidense, están "sobre la mesa".

- Todo el mundo sabe que no hay "opciones" militares que Estados Unidos podría usar contra Corea del Norte que no resulten en un desastre. La perspectiva de que una «huelga quirúrgica» podría «sacar» (un término que suena  mucho a los bombarderos de ordenadores portátiles ) Las capacidades nucleares y de misiles de Pyongyang son una ficción. Ya impracticable cuando se considera contra un país como Irán, nadie cree que un ataque limitado podría eliminar la capacidad de Corea del Norte para atacar, duro. En riesgo estarían no sólo cerca de 30.000 soldados estadounidenses en Corea, sino 25 millones de personas en el área metropolitana de Seúl, por no mencionar muchas más vidas en riesgo  en el resto de Corea del Sur y tal vez Japón.

- Por lo tanto, cualquier contemplado EE.UU. huelga preventiva  tendría que ser masiva desde el principio, imponiendo un costo horrible a los norcoreanos (¿cuentan sus vidas?), pero aún corriendo el riesgo de que nada menos que el éxito total significaría una devastadora represalia. Eso ni siquiera tiene en cuenta las posibles acciones de otros países, en particular la respuesta de China a un ataque estadounidense contra su detestable estado amortiguador.

Delirio 2 : Corea del Norte debe ser desnuclearizada.

- Si a alguien le gusta o no, Corea del Norte es un estado de armas nucleares fuera del Tratado de No Proliferación Nuclear y lo seguirá siendo. Kim Jong-un aprendió las lecciones de Saddam Hussein y Muammar Gaddafi. Porque Kim tiene armas de destrucción masiva, especialmente armas nucleares, él consigue permanecer vivo y en energía. Si él los da para arriba, él puede mirar adelante a  bailar el jig de Tyburn  o conseguir sodomizado con una bayoneta , luego disparó. Eso no es una elección difícil.

Delusion 3 : Si los EE.UU. presiona a China lo suficiente, Beijing resolverá el problema para nosotros.

- No hay una combinación de sanciones, amenazas o presiones de Estados Unidos que hagan que Pekín tome medidas que son fundamentalmente contrarias a los intereses vitales de seguridad nacional de China. (Aquí, la «seguridad nacional vital» de China significa exactamente eso, no la forma en que los políticos estadounidenses abusan sistemáticamente del término para significar algo que no les gusta aunque no tenga nada que ver con la seguridad estadounidense y mucho menos con la supervivencia de los Estados Unidos. Aparte de la especulación (que es todo lo que es) que China podría tratar de diseñar un golpe interno para derrocar a Kim en favor de una administración títere, mantener el actual régimen odioso es la única opción de Beijing si no quieren hacer frente a la perspectiva de tener en su frontera una península coreana reunificada bajo un gobierno aliado con Washington.

- Después de la experiencia de Moscú con la expansión de la OTAN después de la reunificación de Alemania en 1990, ¿por qué Pekín tomaría creíble cualquier garantía de Washington (de la cual no hay ninguna indicación de todos modos) para no expandirse en un vacío creado por un colapso de Corea del Norte? Por el contrario, se ha sugerido que si China se niega a tratar el problema de Corea del Norte en nombre de Washington, entonces Estados Unidos lo haría en sus términos, presentando a Pekín (en la descripción del ex embajador de los EE.UU. Naciones Unidas John Bolton ) con «el colapso del régimen, los enormes flujos de refugiados y las banderas de los Estados Unidos que vuelan a lo largo del río Yalu». Agrega Bolton, «China puede hacerlo de la manera más fácil o más difícil: es su elección. El tiempo es cada vez más corto. »Si bajo este escenario las fuerzas estadounidenses terminan en la frontera de China, sugiere Bolton, no saldrían pronto. No estés tan seguro. En 1950, la última vez que las fuerzas estadounidenses estaban en el río Yalu, no estuvieron allí mucho tiempo cuando cientos de miles de soldados chinos cruzaron hacia Corea. Tenga en cuenta que sucedió cuando China no tenía armas nucleares, pero los EE.UU. sí.

El aparentemente semanal aumento y caída del nivel de decibelios de la retórica belicosa que sale de Washington y Pyongyang oculta las realidades detrás de estos tres delirios. Pocos cambios se pueden esperar de Pyongyang, cuya política tiene por lo menos la virtud de la simplicidad: "si nos haces algo malo, haremos algo muy malo para ti".

Entonces, ¿cuáles son las perspectivas de Washington podría saltar de la rueda de hámster y llegar a algo más que amenazas y sanciones? Los augurios no son auspiciosos. Justo antes de abandonar la Casa Blanca,  Steve Bannon violó el tabú que rodeaba a Delusion 1 : «Hasta que alguien resuelva la parte de la ecuación que me muestra que diez millones de personas en Seúl no mueren en los primeros 30 minutos de las armas convencionales, no sabes de lo que hablas, no hay solución militar aquí, nos han conseguido. Entonces se fue.

Pero seamos optimistas. Se ha informado de contactos directos entre Corea del Norte y Estados Unidos en las Naciones Unidas en Nueva York. Incluso Bolton sugiere que se podría hacer algún tipo de acomodación a China en forma de un retroceso de las fuerzas estadounidenses hacia el sur, cerca de Pusan, para estar todavía disponibles para un rápido despliegue en toda Asia "(Ciertamente, esa es una idea Aquí está uno mejor: ¿qué tal si nos sacamos de Corea por completo y no tenemos a los estadounidenses disponibles para el despliegue a través de Asia?)

La aclaración definitiva debería haber sido la  editorial Global Times de Pekín  del 10 de agosto de 2017 (« Juego imprudente sobre la Península Coreana corre el riesgo de una verdadera guerra»), considerada universalmente como reflejo de la posición del gobierno chino:

"China también debe dejar claro que si Corea del Norte lanza misiles que amenazan primero el suelo estadounidense y los Estados Unidos retalia, China permanecerá neutral. Si EEUU y Corea del Sur llevan a cabo huelgas e intentan derrocar al régimen norcoreano y cambiar el patrón político de la Península Coreana, China evitará que lo hagan ".

Eso significa que si Kim ataca a Estados Unidos, está solo. Si atacamos a Kim, estamos en guerra con China. En este último caso, aunque Rusia probablemente no se uniría directamente a la lucha, podemos estar seguros de que Moscú proporcionaría a China un apoyo total que no sea beligerante. Poco a poco, esto no sería del interés americano.

Hay una, y sólo una prioridad primordial que ahora debe guiar la política de EE.UU. en Corea. No es un cambio de régimen en Corea del Norte - a pesar de la aversión de ese régimen - ni siquiera el bienestar de Corea del Sur o Japón. Evita que Kim desarrolle un sistema de misiles capaz de entregar un arma nuclear a los Estados Unidos. La cercanía de Corea del Norte a tal capacidad es objeto de estimaciones muy conflictivas. (En cuanto a las vidas americanas colgadas en la DMZ, hay una solución simple para garantizar su seguridad - conseguir que el infierno fuera de allí.)

Pero ¿qué pasa con Corea del Sur y Japón? Nuestras «alianzas» con ellos son una ficción. Los Estados Unidos garantizan su seguridad, pero aparte de cooperar en la defensa de su propio territorio, no hacen nada para salvaguardar la nuestra, ni tampoco. Los Estados Unidos no obtienen ningún beneficio al continuar haciéndonos un blanco a causa de un lugar que está a más de cinco mil millas del continente americano.

¡Es hora de que "América Primero!" Significara algo. Como punto de partida, Washington podría tomar en serio  la propuesta de Beijing para una doble congelación . Por un lado, Pyongyang suspendería sus programas nucleares y de misiles, en particular deteniendo los ensayos de armas con potencial alcance intercontinental. Washington y Seúl suspenderían los ejercicios militares conjuntos, incluyendo la práctica de las llamadas « huelgas de decapitación » dirigidas a los dirigentes de Corea del Norte.

Si la protección de nuestro propio territorio y de nuestra gente es la principal prioridad de los funcionarios estadounidenses, y no, como pretenden implausiblemente, «cambio de régimen» en Corea del Norte , es difícil comprender por qué un doble congelamiento no sería un primer paso prudente. Correspondería en gran parte a China ver que los norcoreanos cumplieron con su parte del acuerdo. Si lo hicieran, tal vez podría conducir a un establecimiento desde hace mucho tiempo de este enfrentamiento de la era de la Guerra Fría y, con el tiempo, una Corea reunificada y  neutral  . Si no, todas las apuestas están apagadas - pero estaríamos apenas peor que somos ahora.

I am Sananda and I am here to help and support you with your new task on Earth. It is big task that you have taken on. Many mantles rest on your shoulders. You have now started to remove some, so that the burden has eased a little from your shoulders. However, there is quite a lot to do and you assiduously continue with your work. There are many people that are affected by the work that now has started on Earth. It is not only people. It is also our beautiful nature and all the animals that live here. There are many who are affected by your work so you have to move forward gently.

It is not easy to wake up and come out of the slumber of this society. It has a steady hold of your soul and your thoughts. A little seed that take root can however do wonders and you have seen this many times – Plants that grow in the most inaccessible places without worrying about if it appears as if there is neither soil nor water. You have seen many seeds now dear children on Earth and they grow a little everywhere now in both good soil and not such good soil. It is a joy to see and we are all so happy and thankful for this.

Events that you do not expect will take place, but it will be only for the general good. Look in the sky. Look in your heart and you will find the insight and the understanding there. It will soon rain down manna from Heaven so be alert and be prepared dear children. Your work for the humanity has already started, but it will escalate so go within as often as you can. You can find the answers there. It can be good to still yourself awhile every day and listen inside. In these times of change everything changes so fast that it can be hard to keep up, if you are not secure within your self. In there everything is a little more still and calm and goes in a more harmonic flow than it might be doing on the outside. We have talked about this quite often and insistently, but never the less it seems to need be repeated in order for you to understand how important it really is.

I am Sananda and I gladly help you to heal your bodies. There is a whole team up here that have healing abilities and all are available to help Earth and its beings to heal their bodies. The body has sometimes needed help to help itself so that its own healing ability can get started. The body has a wonderful healing ability as long as it receives permission to use it. Some toxins need to be cleansed and it needs much love if it has received too little of this. Yes, we all need love and there is no difference between body and soul as far as this is concerned. Everything that lives and grows need love, so be lavish about this dear children on Earth. Give yourselves so much love that there is love left over and can be given to others.

There is much love that washes over today from all our heavenly hosts and our loving Father and Mother God. We are blessed and the blessings are flowing over Earth today and are taken up by everything that is growing and sprouting there. This is of course also true for you dear children on Earth You are affected by the love that exists around you now in many different ways. More of you are waking up, new abilities are discovered and a great hopefulness and harmony enters into your lives. Some might find it challenging in their newly awakened life, but it will pass faster for you than it did for those that have been awake for a while. The collective field has already been filled with so much love that it becomes easier to find the heart and the harmony within one self. You have changed your whole humanity. You carry your sisters and brothers with you into the new beautiful reality that now is yours.

With these words I leave you so you can reflect on the answers in your hearts.
