When you think about a specific experience consistently, it turns into a belief.  Your belief is a self propelled engine that conjures the forces of the entire Universe to bring you more confirmation about your belief.  Your belief can generate a powerful momentum that can change worlds. What is your belief about your world? Simply look at your experience in this now moment and you will see your belief reflected in your reality. If you'd like to change your reality, begin to change your belief. Gradually, change your thoughts and things you say out loud. Correct them, and feel the difference of the vibration of them.  Does a thought or statement feel better or worse?
