MEDITATION TO OPEN THE SIXTH CHAKRA AND THE THIRD EYE

A very simple and powerful meditation which I call ' Kintopran a' designed to open the 6th chakra and third eye in addition to unlock the 6th chakra if it is locked and fill energy helping the development of the 3rd Eye.

We must understand that 'Open the 6th chakra' and 'Opening the 3rd Eye' is not the same.

MEDITACIÓN PARA ABRIR EL SEXTO CHACRA Y EL TERCER OJO

Una meditación muy sencilla y poderosa a la cual llamo ‘Kintoprana’ diseñada para abrir el 6to chacra y el tercer ojo además de desbloquear el 6to chacra si está bloqueado y llenarlo de energía ayudando al desarrollo del 3er Ojo.

Tenemos que entender que ‘Abrir el 6to chacra’ y ‘Abrir el 3er Ojo’ no es lo mismo.

Abrir el 6to chacra es abrir la rueda de energía la cual da camino hacia el 3er Ojo y sus habilidades psíquicas.

Para abrir el 6to chacra es recomendable tener los cinco chacras anteriores a este abiertos (desde el 1er chacra hasta el 5to chacra abierto) para hacer el proceso más suave y efectivo.
Una vez que los cinco chacras anteriores estén abiertos procedemos a buscar un lugar tranquilo en donde hacer la meditación en paz y tranquilidad sin ningún tipo de distracción. Una vez en el lugar adecuado para ejecutar la meditación, procedemos al siguiente paso.

La relajación es muy importante para esta meditación y determina un gran porcentaje de su efectividad. Para empezar la meditación tomamos una postura en la cual nos sentimos relajados y con la columna vertebrar recta (pueden acostarse, o meditar en posición de loto o en una silla). Empezamos el proceso de relajación. Respiramos profundamente a través de nuestra nariz llenando abdomen primero y luego nuestros por pulmones con aire 6 segundos, mantenemos el aire dentro de nuestro cuerpo por 6 segundos y dejamos ir el aire por 6 segundos. Repetimos el proceso tantas veces como sea necesario hasta que se relaje el cuerpo. [No es necesario que respire por 6 segundos, puede hacerlo por la cantidad de tiempo en la que se sienta cómodo]. Una vez relajado el cuerpo procedemos al siguiente paso.

Visualizamos el 1er chacra base en el tronco de nuestra columna vertebral, cuando inhalamos aire el chacra brilla y cuando exhalamos el aire la energía del chacra se expande, entre mas inhalamos el chacra brilla mas hasta que brilla como un sol. Luego procedemos a llevar la energía al 2do chacra y repetimos el mismo proceso anterior. Repetir el mismo proceso con cada chacra con sus respectivos colores hasta llegar al 5to chacra .

Una vez que llevemos la energía desde nuestro 5to chacra a nuestro 6to chacra visualizaremos una pequeña rueda de energía color índigo la cual comienza a crecer y a brillar mas y mas cada vez que inhalamos y exhalamos; Cuando inhalamos la rueda de energía brilla más y más, y cuando exhalamos la rueda de energía crece. Cuando la rueda brille como un sol y jira al sentido de las manecillas del reloj el chacra se abrirá. Puede sentir un calor en su cabeza, un dolor o tensión en su tercer ojo, puede sentir un torrente de energía, las sensaciones varían. Procedemos al siguiente paso una vez que el chacra este abierto.

Para abrir el 3er Ojo visualizamos un punto de color índigo en nuestro entrecejo, luego visualizamos energía índigo proveniente del universo la cual entra en nuestro tercer ojo cada vez que inhalamos profundamente, exhalamos y el punto crece y brilla como un sol, repetimos este proceso hasta que el punto tenga un tamaño de 1cm. Nos mantenemos visualizando esas energía índigo de universo entrando en nuestro 3er Ojo cuando inhalamos, luego la energía índigo se convierte en energía blanco dorada la cual entra en nuestro tercer ojo cuando inhalamos y cuando exhalamos el 3er Ojo brilla mas y mas.

Ahora nos concentramos en la glándula pineal la cual esta localizada en el medio de nuestro cerebro.

Visualizamos la glándula pineal brillando de un color índigo.

Visualizamos energía índigo entrando a través de nuestro tercer ojo y dirigiéndose hacia nuestra gandula pineal. [(6to Chacra—-> Glándula Pineal—->Tercer Ojo)]
Eventualmente la energía índigo se transforma en energía color blanco dorado.

Nos mantenemos visualizando la energía blanco dorado siento transferida desde nuestro 3er Ojo hacia nuestra glándula pineal cada vez que inhalamos aire. Visualizamos la glándula brillando como un sol. Repetir este proceso cuantas veces se sienta que sea necesario [Puede experimental algunos dolores de cabeza, jaqueca, mareo, adormecimiento, molestia en el entrecejo, entre otras sensaciones las cuales dependen del desarrollo psíquico del individuo. Una vez que esta mediación sea practicada y en el entrecejo no sienta molestia significara que su tercer ojo se a abierto por completo.]

Una vez desee terminar la meditación solo tiene que respirar profundo y comenzar a mover los dedos de sus pies y los demás miembros de su cuerpo lentamente recobrando la sensación del cuerpo.

Repetir esta meditación cuantas veces sea necesario para abrir el 3er Ojo con una diferencia de 24horas de haber echo la meditación, una vez abierto el 3er Ojo se puede efectuar esta meditación cuantas veces desee. También hacer esta meditación para fortalecer su 6to chacra.
