Tienes mucho que esperar y te hemos dado una amplia indicación con una imagen de hacia dónde te diriges. Una y otra vez les hemos informado que la vieja energía está muerta y que ya no están sujetos a sus dictados, y tienen relativa libertad para elegir su propio camino hacia la Ascensión. Por lo tanto, se deduce que las cuestiones se desarrollan de acuerdo con las actividades que tienen lugar en la Tierra, aunque se alienta a mantenerse orientado en la dirección correcta. Fuera del caos aparente y la incertidumbre que existen actualmente, se están produciendo cambios para crear una base para una nueva forma de ver las cosas con miras a lograr la paz permanente en la Tierra. El viaje será casi instantáneo, al igual que ingresar en un gabinete que programe con su destino, y cuando salga, habrá llegado. La mención de estos avances es para hacerle saber que los viejos problemas eventualmente quedarán atrás. Con una vida prolongada y la capacidad de mantener tu cuerpo en su juventud, tendrás tiempo suficiente para disfrutarlo plenamente en las vibraciones más elevadas. No menos importante de todos los viajes fuera del Sistema Solar también será posible. Todas las cosas llegan a tiempo y no se permitirá que nada interfiera con su progreso y desarrollo. 10th August 2018. Mike Quinsey. You have so much to look forward to and we have given you ample indication with a picture of where you are heading. Time and time again we have informed you that the old energy is dead and you are no longer bound by its dictates, and have relative freedom to choose your own path to Ascension. It therefore follows that matters develop according to the activities taking place on Earth, although encouragement is given to keep you pointed in the right direction. Out of the apparent chaos and uncertainty that presently exists, there are changes taking place to create a basis for a new way of looking at things with a view to achieving permanent peace on Earth. You cannot achieve total peace overnight as there was and still is much that needs uplifting. Be assured however, that although it has been difficult to dislodge the dark Ones and their minions, good progress is being made and things should really start to slot into place from the time of a revaluation of the currencies. It remains the key to the commencement of many advantageous and welcome changes that are ready to be introduced. Much happens out of sight, and for many reasons is kept secret for safety reasons as the dark Ones are everywhere but not all of them present a danger to the plans for your freedom. To many peoples surprise President Trump is still in office, and that is because he is making changes that are necessary for the future of not just the USA but the world. It may not seem apparent on the face of it and some of his decisions have caused much concern. But come a time when people look back at his term in office, they will agree that he helped bring in necessary changes that have benefitted the world. Some have not been well received but you have to give sufficient time for the benefits to be appreciated. Major changes nearly always cause much objection and that will always be the case, until the full effects can be fairly judged. Understand that the appointments of those who handle immense power and wealth are now “helped” by the unseen who have a complete picture of the future, and use their influence to guide mankind. As always the final decision is yours, so ensure that the right people are in power that have your wellbeing at heart and not self-aggrandisement. In the last Age many recent appointments were made simply to promote self-greed and personal power. That time has now passed and the best people will be the ones in office that are able to lead you into a new era of joy and happiness. The future is bright and planned to give you a way of life that you are entitled to without the threat of war. Be assured that every soul has a certain degree of influence where the future is concerned. There is a collective energy that has an effect far greater than you can possibly imagine, and it is becoming more positive as time passes. Already it has moved beyond the “war” influence, although those with vested interests in selling weaponry, normally to both sides are still hoping for World War Three. Be assured dear Ones that it has been decreed by the Ancient Ones who oversee your progress, that it will not be allowed. You only have to go back a short time to know that when the silos were on red alert and ready to release their nuclear weapons, they were all made inoperative. That has happened more than once and hopefully the message has now sunk in, that nuclear war will not be allowed – never again. Humans have a habit of looking outside of themselves when things go wrong, and clearly not all problems are necessarily related to their actions. However, some are brought upon them through earlier actions that have incurred a karmic response. So when you question what you have done to deserve problems, realise that nothing of any importance to you happens by chance. The circumstances may appear so, but those who organise karma have to take opportunities as they come up. Often it involves other people and it is not always easy to get them to come together for that purpose. Some situations are so involved that you find it hard to believe that it is pre-arranged. Yet they are to the extent that even the outcome is intended to comply with the lessons to be learnt. You could say that your Guides work overtime to ensure karma is cleared. Your evolution depends on lessons being learnt, that are repeated if you fail the first time around until you do. Realise that karma can be carried forward from one life to another and sometimes it is because you are more able to cope with it. A sensitive issue would be the break-up of a relationship, and even that is planned in advance where lessons are learnt by all involved. So the message is to take your life experiences seriously and do your best to learn from them, and you will not have to go through such experiences again. Although you have been seriously held back, in the long run you will not miss out as once the dark Ones can no longer interfere with your evolution, withheld inventions and advancements will be released. It will be done in such a way that you are not overpowered and are allowed to become familiar with the changes that are more personal. Clearly you will soon take to easier and faster forms of travel, and the constant availability of all the things you need for day to day survival. Furthermore there will come a time when you will be sufficiently powerful and knowledgeable, to create all of your needs by the power of your thought. Travel will become almost instantaneous, much like stepping into a cabinet that you program with your destination, and when you step out you will have arrived. Mention of these advancements is to let you know that the old problems will eventually be put behind you. With extended life and the ability to keep your body in its youthfulness, you will have ample time to fully enjoy it in the higher vibrations. Not least of all travel outside of the Solar System will also be possible. All things come in good time and nothing will be allowed to interfere with your progress and development. By keeping your focus on what the future will bring, you are helping to draw it nearer to fruition. It will also move your attention away from the last Age, and able to forget the difficulties and problems you faced for millennia of time. There is no point or advantage in holding on to your previous experiences. The important thing is that you will have learnt from them and have no further need of them. ¿Qué es el estrés y cómo está afectando tu ser?

La presencia de estrés crea una apariencia de desconexión y separación dentro de tu ser y al Creador. Puede sentirse aislado, solo, sin apoyo, experimentar una falta de confianza en usted mismo y la presencia continua del Creador, una sensación de desconexión con su intuición, mente consciente, guías y verdadero yo. El estrés puede crear sentimientos de querer renunciar, huir, esconderse, culpar al mundo exterior o a ti mismo, juzgarte a ti mismo y usar la ira como tu poder. Cuando experimentas estrés, no puedes relajar todo tu ser y conectarte con la guía y la verdad dentro de tu ser. En cambio, actúas y reaccionas a partir de las heridas que tienes dentro de ti, lo que te causa más angustia, malestar y una sensación de separación de los demás. Algunas formas de estrés pueden alentarlo a lograr sus objetivos, para ir más allá de las limitaciones y los límites. El estrés del que estoy hablando puede ser continuo y puede ser paralizador de una manera u otra.

Cuando el estrés es aparente dentro de su ser, esto es una confirmación de una percepción falsa de usted mismo y / o de sus alrededores, así como una desconexión de su poder y luz interna. Tu percepción falsa ha sido creada por ti para permitirte involucrarte y reconocer las heridas que tienes dentro de tu ser y estás listo para ser liberado. El estrés que está experimentando es la energía de las heridas que se conectan por completo con usted y también puede ser causada por su falta de voluntad para reconocer las heridas. Tus heridas pueden ser de esta vida o vidas diferentes, la energía no resuelta dentro de tu ser permanece dentro de ti tratando de encontrar una manera de ser liberado o curado. Ciertas situaciones ocurren en su realidad o perciben las cosas de cierta manera con el fin de dirigir su atención a la energía que están sosteniendo y que requiere ser liberada,

Cuando el estrés permanece y se ignora, esto puede causar un deterioro en la mente, el equilibrio emocional y la salud y el bienestar del cuerpo físico, además de limitar la forma en que vives tu vida.

El propósito del estrés

El estrés es una advertencia de que estás energizando una percepción falsa, y esto está activando una herida dentro de tu ser. El estrés te alerta que se requiere curación, y una nueva conciencia está esperando a que amanezca dentro de ti. Podrías decir que el estrés te señala que estás listo para moverte a un nuevo nivel de conciencia de ti mismo como ser espiritual y expresión del Creador.

No hay necesidad de tratar de eliminar la reacción del estrés dentro de su ser, ya que esto solo creará confusión interna. Si el estrés se experimenta por unos momentos y luego reaccionas para liberar la herida interior o la energía que se activa y reconocer la percepción falsa, recibiendo la verdadera percepción, entonces el estrés ha logrado su propósito. Cuando permite que el estrés permanezca dentro de su ser durante días, meses o incluso años sin tomar medidas, entonces está utilizando indebidamente el propósito del estrés y causando más dolor. Cuanto más reconozcas el estrés, liberando y sanando aquello a lo que estás dirigiendo tu atención, menos estrés manifestarás porque estás dirigiendo y limpiando las heridas dentro de ti, por lo tanto, experimentando una mayor paz y equilibrio. Su cuerpo o ser ya no necesita actuar con tanto vigor para llamar su atención porque está escuchando y observando las energías dentro de usted y las percepciones que constantemente hace de sí mismo y del mundo que le rodea. Debido a una mayor conexión con tu equilibrio interno y tu paz, percibes el mundo dentro y alrededor de ti desde el espacio de verdad y claridad dentro de ti.

¿Alguna vez leyó algo o escuchó a alguien decir algo, reaccionó negativamente solo para darse cuenta de que lo leyó mal o lo interpretó mal y lo interpretó como algo diferente a la intención original? Estás leyendo u oyendo de heridas dentro de ti, estás percibiendo tu realidad de esas heridas y luego estás reaccionando por las heridas. Solo cuando comienzas a despejar las heridas que percibes de la verdad dentro de ti.

Limpiando el estrés de todo tu ser

Es importante experimentar esta práctica tanto como sea posible hasta que notes que cuando el estrés se activa dentro de ti se activa de una manera más tranquila. Con la repetición, debe notar una sensación de ligereza y una mayor sensación de libertad en su interior.

Yo, Saint Germain, te animo a que te acuestes y menciones la siguiente invocación, colocas algunos cristales de cualquier tipo alrededor de tu cuerpo como si estuvieras en el aura de tu cuerpo a tu lado. Al final de la meditación, limpie los cristales con agua, salvia, intención o como lo desee, para liberar la energía del estrés que ha sido absorbida por los cristales. Lograr esto cada vez. Esto también se puede lograr en un baño de agua con un poco de sal añadida y cristales.

Healing and Releasing Stress by Saint Germain

Stress is a general word that covers a multitude of feelings and inner experiences. Anxiety, tension, worry, nervousness, and trauma can all be described as stress and yet each can be a completely different experience and have different impacts upon your entire being. Stress can be experienced in certain areas of your body, mind or emotions or as a full body experience. Stress is a reaction within you which can take place due to thoughts, emotions, memories of the past, fears of what could happen, a traumatic situation of the present or can seem to manifest due to situations within your reality. Stress is such a common experience in everyday reality that people believe it to be a normal and natural aspect of existence upon the Earth. There are many types of stress and many ways in which stress can be activated. However, I, Saint Germain, wish to share some insights with you to aid the release and healing of stress within your entire being.

Rather than looking into the causes of stress, I, Saint Germain, wish to engage with the presence of stress within your being, how it influences you while supporting you in releasing stress from your being to recognise the light, truth and presence of the Creator within you.

What is Stress and How is it Impacting Your Being?

The presence of stress creates an appearance of disconnection and separation within your being and to the Creator. You may feel isolated, alone, without support, experience a lack of trust in yourself and the continuous presence of the Creator, a feeling of disconnection with your intuition, conscious mind, guides and true self. Stress can create feelings of wanting to give up, to flee, to hide, to blame the outside world or yourself, to judge yourself and to use anger as your power. When you are experiencing stress, you are unable to relax your entire being and to connect with the guidance and truth within your being. Instead, you act and react from the wounds you are holding within you which causes you more distress, upset and a feeling of separation from others. Some forms of stress can encourage you to achieve your goals, to move beyond limitations and boundaries. The stress I am speaking of can be continuous and can be paralysing in some way or another.

When stress is apparent within your being, this is a confirmation of a false perception of yourself and/ or surrounds as well as a disconnection from your power and inner guiding light. Your false perception has been created by you to allow you to engage with and recognise wounds you are holding within your being and are ready to be released. The stress you are experiencing is the energy of the wounds fully connecting with you and can also be caused by your unwillingness to recognise the wounds. Your wounds may be from this lifetime or different lifetimes, energy unresolved within your being remains within you trying to find a way to be released or healed. Certain situations occur in your reality or you perceive things in a certain way in order to direct your attention to the energy you are holding onto that requires to be released, bringing you back to balance with yourself and the Creator.

When stress remains and is ignored this can cause a deterioration in the mind, emotional balance and the health and wellbeing of the physical body as well as limiting the way you live your life.

The Purpose of Stress

Stress is a warning that you are energising a false perception, and this is activating a wound within your being. Stress alerts you that healing is required, and a new awareness is waiting to dawn from within you. You could say that stress signals to you that you are ready to move to a new level of awareness of yourself as a spiritual being and expression of the Creator.

There is no need to try to eliminate the reaction of stress within your being as this will only create inner turmoil. If stress is experienced for a few moments and then you react to release the inner wound or energy being activated and recognise the false perception, receiving the true perception then stress has achieved its purpose. When you allow stress to remain within your being for days, months or even years without taking action, then you are misusing the purpose of stress and causing yourself further pain. The more you recognise stress, releasing and healing that which it is directing your attention to, the less stress will manifest because you are addressing and cleansing the wounds within you, therefore experiencing greater peace and balance. Your body or being no longer needs to act with such vigour to get your attention because you are listening to and observing the energies within you and the perceptions you make constantly about yourself and the world around you. Due to a greater connection with your inner balance and peace, you perceive the world within and around you from the space of truth and clarity within you.

Have you ever read something or heard someone say something, reacted negatively only to realise you misread or misheard and interpreted it as something different to the original intention? You are reading or hearing from wounds within you, you are perceiving your reality from those wounds and then reacting from the wounds. It is only when you begin to clear the wounds that you perceive from the truth within you.

Cleansing Stress from Your Entire Being

It is important to experience this practice as much as possible until you notice that when stress activates within you it activates in a calmer way. With repetition, you should notice a sensation of lightness as well as a greater sense of freedom within.

I, Saint Germain encourage you to lie down and state the below invocation, place some crystals of any type around your body as if in the aura of your body beside of you. At the end of the meditation, cleanse the crystals with water, sage smoke, intention or as you wish, to release the stress energy that has been absorbed by the crystals. Achieve this each time. This can also be achieved in a bath of water with some salt added and crystals.

‘Saint Germain, I call upon your Violet and Pearlescent Healing Spiral to cleansing my entire being of the presence and impact of all forms of stress. I allow your Violet and Pearlescent Healing Spiral to move up and down through my being as it spins gently dissolving the presence of stress within my entire being.

Saint Germain surround me with twelve 7th Ray of Light Angels of Alchemy. I invite the Angels of Alchemy to awaken the light within my being and assist the flow of light throughout my entire being. Please assist in the healing of the presence and influence of stress while aligning me with the truth of the Creator within me.

Saint Germain, I call on your presence and love, please lend me your light and expanded awareness so I may realign to the core and truth of my being while recognising false perception and the messages they wish to share with me. With your light and love pulsing through me, oversee the release and healing of all stress within my being in a beautiful and harmonious way. Reprogram my entire being so I am ready, willing and able to realise that when stress manifests I need to take action and listen within my being to understand the message that will offer to me greater enlightenment.

Rep. Chris Collins says he's innocent on insider trading charges and will run in November

Rep. Chris Collins, R-Clarence, was arrested Wednesday morning after a federal grand jury indicted him on insider trading charges as well as lying to federal agents. 

Collins and two co-defendants surrendered to authorities Wednesday morning in Manhattan, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for New York’s Southern District. 

All three pleaded not guilty when they were arraigned in federal court, with bail for each set at $500,000. The judge set a return date of Oct. 11 for a status hearing.

Collins addressed the media later Wednesday in a seven-minute statement after which he didn't take any questions. He said he hasn't violated ethical guidelines with his personal investments and also vowed to remain on the ballot for re-election in New York's 27th Congressional District in November. 

"The charges that have been levied against me are meritless and I will mount a vigorous defense in court to clear my name," Collins said.

A federal indictment charges Collins his son Cameron, and Stephen Zarsky, the father of Cameron's fiancée, with wire fraud, conspiracy to commit securities fraud and seven counts of securities fraud. 

Rep. Collins is also charged with making false statements to the FBI.

"These charges are a reminder that this is a nation of laws and that everybody stands equal before the bar of justice," said Geoffrey Berman, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, at a noon press briefing. "Congressman Collins, who by virtue of his office helps to write the laws of this nation, acted as if the law didn't apply to him. The charges today demonstrate once again that no matter what the crime or who committed it, we stand committed in the pursuit of justice without fear or favor."

Specifically, Rep. Collins is accused of receiving inside information about negative clinical trial tests conducted by Innate Immunotherapeutics, an Australian biotech company with which he has long been associated.

He then is accused of passing that information on to his son, prompting the son and others to sell 1.78 million Innate shares shortly before the bad news was made public in June 2017 and the share price plummeted.

Those others included Cameron Collins' fiancée, Lauren Zarsky, her mother, Dorothy, and other friends and family members.

They avoided losses of $768,600, according to the complaint filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

"Congressman Collins had a legal duty to keep that inside information secret until it was released by the company to the public," Berman said. "Instead, as alleged, he decided to commit a crime. He placed his family and friends above the public good."

In a message to supporters Wednesday afternoon, Collins said he and his son look forward to clearing their names and being exonerated at trial.

"My connections with the company are well known," Collins said. "I believe I acted properly, and within the law, at all times with regard to my affiliation with Innate. Throughout my tenure in Congress, I have followed all rules and all ethical guidelines when it comes to my personal investments."

Details of allegations

The experimental drug in question, a compound known as MIS416, was intended to be a treatment for second-stage multiple sclerosis.

Clinical trials to determine if the compound was safe and effective had begun in October 2014, according to the indictment. MIS416 was Innate’s primary product, and the company’s fortunes were directly tied to the success of the trials.

On June 22, 2017, Innate’s leadership learned the trials had determined the compound “lacked therapeutic effectiveness.”

The company asked that trading of its stock in its home country of Australia be suspended for several days until it released the results of the trials.  

The company’s chief executive, Simon Wilkinson, also emailed members of the board of directors that day, including Collins, at 6:55 p.m. “I have some bad news to report,” his email said, according to the indictment. The trials had found the experimental drug was a "clinical failure."

Collins was at the White House, attending the annual Congressional Picnic, when he opened the email. At 7:10 p.m., he responded with an email of his own, allegedly exclaiming “Wow. Makes no sense. How are these results even possible???”

The SEC complaint alleges that 15 seconds later, the congressman placed a call to his son Cameron. He made six calls in five minutes before connecting, at which point Collins told his son the bad news about the trial. He conveyed that information “knowing that it was in breach of his duties to Innate and anticipating that Cameron Collins would use it to trade and tip others,” the indictment alleged.

Berman said following that phone call, Cameron Collins drove to Lauren Zarsky's parents' fhome. At 9:34 p.m., her mother, Dorothy Zarsky, called her broker to initiate selling her stock. 

Over the next four days, Cameron Collins sold more than 1 million of his own shares of Innate stock, Berman said. 

Cameron Collins avoided losses of $570,900, according to court documents. Stephen Zarsky avoided losses of $143,000. 

When news of the failed clinical trial was made public after the markets closed on June 26, the share price of Innate fell 92 percent, from 45 cents a share to 3 ½ cents.

"This was the drop in value anticipated by the co-conspirators and the drop in value that the co-conspirators avoided by selling their shares before the public announcement," said Berman. "And they could only sell their shares by virtue of the initial tip by Congressman Collins."

The document goes on to say that Collins himself did not sell his own considerable holdings in the company because his shares were registered in Australia and thus frozen. 

"That's the risk I took," Collins said, noting that he lost millions, but not elaborating on why he couldn't sell his shares. "...I am proud of my affiliation with Innate."

The shares that his son and his son's associates owned were registered in the United States and not subject to the freeze.

In addition to the three defendants, the indictment and SEC complaint say the inside information was shared with six other people, all of them friends or relatives of Cameron Collins or Zarsky. Five of them sold Innate stock after receiving the tip and the sixth attempted to.

Cameron Collins' fiancée, Lauren Zarsky, and her mother have reached a settlement with regard to the SEC's civil charges, according to Stephanie Avakian, co-director of enforcement for the SEC. The two women have agreed to surrender the proceeds of their stock sales, subject to court approval. Lauren Zarsky also agreed to suspend her practice as a certified public accountant for at least five years.

Additionally, the SEC is seeking a court order barring Chris Collins from ever serving as an officer of any public company.

The documents lay out a detailed timeline of the tip-sharing and stock sales based on emails, phone calls, texts and broker records that investigators presumably obtained by subpoena. The legal documents make no reference to any participants in the alleged conspiracy cooperating with authorities.

"While Congressman Collins may have thought that giving family and friends a head's-up about material nonpublic information would benefit them in the long run, I have a better tip for those who think they can play by a different set of rules," said William Sweeney Jr., assistant director in charge of the FBI's New York field office. "Access to this kind of information carries with it significant responsibility, especially for those in society who hold a position of trust, and they should act responsibly, and in accordance with the law and do not lie to the FBI."

House ethics investigation

Before her death in March, the late Rep. Louise Slaughter, a New York Democrat in Collins’ neighboring district, had raised concerns about Collins’ relationship with Innate Immunotherapeutics and possible insider trading with the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Office of Government Ethics and the House Ethics Committee.

After Slaughter filed an ethics complaint against Collins in October 2017 for hearing nonpublic information about Innate stock, Collins reportedly called her "a despicable human."

Slaughter authored the 2012 “STOCK Act,” which prohibits members of Congress and their staff from using information learned on the job to make money on the stock market

Former Slaughter staffers, who still work for the district, were not authorized to comment.

Even before the June 2017 trades covered in the indictment, congressional ethics investigators concluded earlier that month there was “substantial reason to believe” Collins engaged in insider trading and either took or requested official actions to benefit a company in which he’s the largest shareholder, according to their report.

The independent Office of Congressional Ethics sent its report in July to the House Ethics Committee, which announced it would extend its review of the matter under a procedure that does not set deadlines for further public announcements and rarely results in punishment. No action has been taken.

According to the report, Collins attended a meeting of the National Institutes of Health in November 2013 and during the meeting, discussed Innate and asked that NIH employees meet with company employees to discuss clinical trial designs. The report says if Collins took official actions or requested official actions that would “assist a single entity in which he had significant financial interest” he may have violated House rules and standards of conduct.

In June 2017, Collins was the largest investor in Innate, holding nearly 17 percent of its stock. When news broke of the failure of the company’s drug to treat multiple sclerosis had failed in a 93-patient trial, the company’s share price fell to 4 cents a share. The value of his holdings plummeted from $45.5 million to barely $1.5 million.

The company is currently trading at 30 cents a share.

In April, Collins resigned from the board of the Australian biotech firm, one week after The Daily Beast reported that the congressman had sponsored several bills that would have benefited the company. 

Reaction

Collins' attorneys, Jonathan Barr and Jonathan New, issued a statement shortly after his arrest.

"We will answer the charges filed against Congressman Collins in court and will mount a vigorous defense to clear his good name.  It is notable that even the government does not allege that Congressman Collins traded a single share of Innate (Immunotherapeutics) stock. We are confident he will be completely vindicated and exonerated. Congressman Collins will have more to say on this issue later today."

U.S. Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., during a visit to Rochester on Wednesday, declined to comment on the matter, other than to say, "I have faith in law enforcement."

Collins is being challenged in November’s election by Democrat Nate McMurray, supervisor of the town of Grand Island.

In a press release, McMurray said Collins' arrest underscores the reasons he's running.

"This is why I got in this race, because I understand that the man who claims to represent this community doesn’t actually represent it," he said. "Chris Collins has openly admitted that he serves only wealthy donors and that his proudest accomplishment is making millions for his friends here in western New York and in Washington. That’s not what Congress is for and not what our democracy is about."

Another candidate in the race, the Reform Party’s Larry Piegza, issued a statement that said in part: “Over the last year, I've been sounding the alarm that Chris Collins has broken the law. Rather than risk getting a Democrat elected, I knew we needed to get another conservative, Pro-2nd Amendment entreprenuer on the ballot.”

Piegza is the owner of Gap Technologies Inc. in Buffalo, which develops software for colleges and universities.

House Speaker Paul Ryan removed Collins from the powerful House Energy and Commerce Committee following the congressman's arrest.

"While his guilt or innocence is a question for the courts to settle, the allegations against Rep. Collins demand a prompt and thorough investigation by the House Ethics Committee," Ryan said in a prepared statement. "Insider trading is a clear violation of the public trust. Until this matter is settled, Rep. Collins will no longer be serving on the House Energy and Commerce Committee."

Democratic House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi called for the Ethics Committee to accelerate its investigation into Collins and said the criminal charges against him "show the rampant culture of corruption and self-enrichment among Republicans in Washington today."

Byron Brown, Buffalo mayor and chair of the New York State Democratic Committee, called on Collins to resign.

Collin's congressional district, the 27th, includes all of Genesee, Orleans, Livingston and Wyoming counties; western Ontario County; Hamlin, Wheatland, Rush, Mendon and a small part of the town of Clarkson in Monroe County, and most of Erie and Niagara counties
