Herndon, wrote an article which was revised and published on August 11, 2015, in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health (International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health), entitled: "Evidence of the existence of Chemicals Toxic Coal ash geoengineering purposes in the troposphere: implications for public health. "
The summary of the article says it all:
"The widespread, intentional and increasingly frequent in the troposphere chemical dispersion has gone unnoticed and unidentified in the scientific literature for years.
The author presents evidence that toxic coal ash from the combustion flyers, is the most likely product sprayed by aircraft geoengineering practices for purposes of weather modification and describes some of the many consequences for public health.
Two methods are used:
(1) Comparison of 8 elements analyzed in rainwater, leachate aerosol particles, with corresponding elements in water leachates from coal fly ash in laboratory experiments published
(2) Comparison of 14 elements analyzed, collected dust from outdoors through a high efficiency filter (HEPA) air with ash elements non-leached coal.
The results show:
(1) the set of elements obtained in rainwater and the corresponding experimental leached are essentially identical. In a confidence interval of 99%, they have identical means (t-test) and equal variances (F-test); (2) the set of elements in the powder obtained with the HEPA filter and coal fly ash leachate are also not essentially identical.
The consequences on public health are deep, including exposure to a variety of toxic heavy metals, radioactive elements, and chemically mobile aluminum involved in neurological effects, introduced into the body by body moisture after inhalation or by transdermal induction "
