Coordinating Association of Neighborhoods and the Spanish Commission for Refugee Aid (CEAR) lament know through the media file of the proceedings of the case Tarajal, without having yet notified the parties, and qualify as a new obstacle to clarify responsibilities in the death of 15 people and " a step away from justice and approaches impunity ".

The two organizations regret the decision and said they will continue demanding justice and reparation for victims and their families with all means permitted by law.
