 During times now any incoming Ola, it is ultimately beneficial to be in the presence with the incoming energy, rather than participate, distracted by the illusion through thought, word or action. The presence may be lying down, sitting meditation without Mantra or thought, or, which is more beneficial, keep your eyes closed and allow the incoming energy to move your body. The relaxed state is key. Letting go of thinking is key. Releasing control of mind over your body that controls your body to be in a certain position. Relax your head completely. When the head and mind are totally relaxed, the body is relaxation. For your body and muscles are completely relaxed. Then only allow ... to practice with his answer YES (will) to the conscious, the incoming wave move his head and body. Being consciously one with the energy being provided. The body, outside and inside, moves exactly the same wave patterns receiving our sun.
