And we live in the age of communication, a moment in the history of humanity unprecedented in an increasingly abundant amount of information is exchanged with an ease never seen.
The big problem is that, as more information exchange proliferates almost without filters or restrictions, more exchange proliferates lies, hoaxes and manipulations.
True, we have access to much information that previously could not reach ... But do we distinguish how much of that information is true and how much is false?

We live in a world in which large numbers of independent movements allegedly allegedly allegedly leftist and anti-globalization are secretly funded by billionaires like George Soros; a world in which parties that call themselves "Socialist and Workers" as the Spanish PSOE, are the direct orders of large corporations that would always identified with "capital"; a world in which a character like Vladimir Putin is considered an idol of the Bolivarian and pro-Castro leftist movements, while being enthroned at the time by the fascist and radical European ultra-right, as representing the National Front French Marine Le Pen; a world in which we progressive parties as allies of those same bolivarianos tend "alliances" with media-driven ultra-religious dictatorships (and therefore reactionary and ultra-conservative) like Iran; and of course, a world in which the Western powers, starting with the US and its allies created and financed these terrorist groups that claim to fight openly.
If we brought to the present political activists who fought in the streets in the early twentieth century, probably they would go crazy.

The only conclusion we can come in this war of propaganda interests, is that there is no "good" or "bad" or "defenders of truth" against "defenders of lies and manipulation".
In fact, there is only "bad" and "manipulators" with different colors of uniform or flag, defending their momentary interests ... and we, the ordinary people, are just their manipulated puppets, pieces in his bloodied gameboard .
Multiple sides fight to conquer our minds, so we can use our bodies as cannon fodder in their battles and conflicts, of which never receive any benefit, as history shows us time and again.
And only someone who is very gullible or too indoctrinated not realize it, for you can feel closer ideologically to one of the "sides" in struggle.
However, we can obtain valuable information in this conflict of interest, if at any time we acquired a position as neutral as possible and are able to intuit the ideological inclination and the interests they defend those who publish news or generate currents of opinion.

And if we are also able to detect our own ideological bias and try to counteract as far as possible to have a more neutral view of reality, then we will have an imperative to try to navigate the midst of this ideological and informative chaos compass.
And the question is: knowing that everyone lies by interest, knowing what their ideological bias and trying to compensate for the distorted information that each "side" offers us, can exorcise the information chaos in which we are immersed today's society?
