Regarding: Release of US assets

 

Dear Mr. Noreika:

It has come to our attention that there have been attempts to disinherit through false statements by federal and municipal and territorial citizenship through bankruptcies related to "franchise" and territorial municipal people operated on our behalf without our knowledge or consent.   

These buildings include cestui that FIA Vie ESTATE designations dba account in the form: JOHN MICHAEL DOE, public services operated under public broadcasting dba names in the form: JOHN M. DOE, Foreign Situs trusts operated under dba names in the form John Michael Doe, and numerous other variations. 

This equates to press-ganging innocent civilians and transporting them in a foreign jurisdiction (abduction / trafficking) and meanwhile impersonate them for the purposes of looting, character, and baratería. . These are all crimes indoor piracy that have been carried out against Americans with the help of his office acting by default. 

We have returned to the states of jurisdiction of land of our birth and we have delivered all federal Secretary of the Treasury PEOPLE and have expatriate any presumptuous territorial citizenship in the public record and have retransmitted our trade names to land and land our birthright. 

Our ancestors have been here on American soil since before the Revolution and there is no evidence otherwise. 

As such, we are heirs to the blood of the current Constitution and the Royal Trust, and we are not pleased that our inheritance has been used by his office under false pretenses since 1863 and a constant state of "war" has been alleged and begotten since then. 

We are here to inform you that the "American Civil War" was never declared by any act of Congress that there is no treaty current peace that ends the resulting illegal commercial activity commercial on our shores, despite three public statements of President Andrew Johnson proclaiming peace and surrender of Lee's army at Appomattox, Virginia in April 1865.

This communication is to inform you that the "war" to the extent that it ever existed, is over. 

Third parties are private innocents who have been attacked and our properties have been illegally included in many public bankruptcies by foreign trade corporations that have made our assets illegally violated our copyrights and have violated our territory under the color of law.  

Currently, both the Municipal Corporations and Territorial Government Service are in bankruptcy process. The US is insolvent and in liquidation and the USA, Inc. is under Chapter 11 reorganization. We have visited the District Court of the United States for the District of Columbia and have informed the Senior Judges who are alive and well and claiming our goods in mass, which requires your office to take steps to try and return our property, including our copyrights, trademarks, patents and all other intellectual and material assets. 

We have secured our claims internationally for Due Process. We Title, Lien and Bond in the global municipal jurisdiction and Title, Lien and Bond in international and territorial jurisdiction of the sea. Our private registration bonus compensation AMRI00001 RA393427640US is on file.  

We have now come to claim our assets jurisdiction of the land of his office in the name of the United States of America unincorporated and every real estate and every current living American.

Please prepare for the orderly conduct of all trusts and property of foreign grantors back to the rightful owners, heirs and beneficiaries without prejudice alleged detachment. 

Federal and citizens real federal dependents are eligible for discharge of any debt federal franchise through bankruptcy.

All others are eligible for the payment of debts and settlement of successions franchise because it has been found that are alive and because the debts accrued by municipal and territorial debts people are merely secondary beneficiaries and conceited of land.
