1. Planners are trying to get this done if possible on or before Christmas.

2. They were trying to get 8 days for 800#'s, even trying to move it up to two.

3. The main issue was to get the announcement of the active USN. It is legal, there is inventory (meaning gold) and it's waiting to be active International - N/A U.S. - USN active but not fully International.

4. We have to check to see if it is gold/asset backed was part of the delay.

5. Trump does not want the USN to be out internationally. He still wants the Cabal to pay fines and penalties, which has been part of the delay since he wanted the banking system to pay for damages done.

6. The Cabal was trying to stop or distract process.

7. The Banking cartel found a glitch that a software problem has been eradicated.

8. They want to contain cabal in Trump Camp and it's related to East Jerusalem being part of Palestine.

9. Until the safety team says its ok, we still wait.

11. Janet Yellin quit her job and we are moving to the Republic. Jerome Powell is the new Chairman of the Federal Reserve.

12. On Dec. 2 in Iraq PM Abadi announced Iraq was free of ISIS. Since that date they have working with the CBI heavily.

13. Investors want to play a big part of the future and are waiting for new Iraq rate. Iraq is about ready to go. They (Iraq) are due to start the process soon.

14. The Forex will drive the Dinar rate up to $7+.

15. The rates were good and stable.

16. Oil Prices: WTI - $57.04 - $57.23. The closer it is to $55+, the better. (Oil rates are over $55, so we are good).

17. Brent Oil Rates $63.31+ (over $60)

18. Gold $1,258+ Ounce

19. Iranian Rial Intl rate: $3.22+; Screen rate: $25+; Negotiation rate: $275

20. Afghani Intl rate: $2.39 - $3.10; Screen rate: $10.30-$10.50; Negotiation rate: $10.50. It might go higher.

21. Rupiah Intl rate: $1.08 to $1.25; Screen rate: $25.00 +

22. Dong Intl rate: .47 cents to 2.75 cents up to $4.10; Screen rate $24 - $35; Screen rate $128+; Negotiation rate $140 

23. The Dinar rate was not uniform. Dinar Intl rate: $3.71, which was also the rate on Iraqi Qi Cards, as well as $4.00. Provincial Rates: $34 - $34.67/$35.01

24. ZIM was to have new rates onMonday Dec. 18.

31. The key thing would happen either the 15th or the 21st. If it was a date after that most likely the process would activate in 2018.

34. The US was moving at a slow pace and holding things out. The question was would it be done before Christmas.

35. Oil was up. Gold was down. The UN rates were unchanged.

36. We won't have to deal with taxes until 2019.

37. The USN was to be made live soon by Indications of UST to Wall Street.

38. A Flash Bang would be to distract the public.
