There is a lot of misinformation on the Internet pertaining to this law. Sources such as  quatloos.com  which is a CIA front,  nesara.org  owned by the Bush family, the 33rd Zion Lodge, the NSA, Sherry Shriner, and several channeling Internet directly from the CIA in Langley have been spewing a lot of misinformation and confusion about the subject.

Information from the Wikipedia still has its facts wrong.
