El Actor Conjunto puede coordinar todos los niveles de la actualidad universal de tal manera que hace posible el reconocimiento simultáneo de lo mental, lo material y lo espiritual. Éste es el fenómeno de la reflectividad universal, ese poder singular e inexplicable de ver, oír, sentir y saber todas las cosas según ocurren en todas partes de un superuniverso, y enfocar, mediante la reflectividad toda esta información y conocimiento en cualquier punto deseado. La acción de la reflectividad se muestra a la perfección en cada uno de los mundos sede central de los siete superuniversos. Opera también a través de todos los sectores de los superuniversos y dentro de los límites de los universos locales. La reflectividad queda enfocada finalmente en el Paraíso.
El fenómeno de la reflectividad, como se observa en los hechos asombrosos de las personalidades reflectivas estacionadas en los mundos que gobiernan los superuniversos representa la más compleja interasociación de todas las fases de la existencia que se encuentran en la creación entera. Las líneas del espíritu pueden remontarse al Hijo, la energía física, al Paraíso, y la mente a la Tercera Fuente; pero en el fenómeno extraordinario de la reflectividad del universo se produce una unificación excepcional y singular de los tres, asociados como para permitir que los soberanos del universo sepan acerca de situaciones remotas instantáneamente, simultáneamente con su acontecimiento.
We understand a lot of the technique of reflectivity, but there are many phases which truly baffle us. We know that the Conjoint Actor is the universal center of the circuit of mind, which is the ancestor of the cosmic mind, and that cosmic mind operates under the dominance of the absolute mind gravity of the Third Source and Center. We also know that the circuits of the cosmic mind influence the intellectual levels of all known existence; contain the universal space reports, as accurately they focus in the Seven Master Spirits and converge in the Third Source and Center.
The relationship between the finite cosmic mind and the divine absolute mind appears to be evolving in the experiential mind of the Supreme. It has taught us that in the dawn of time the Infinite Spirit, he gave this experiential mind of the Supreme and we conjecture that certain features of the phenomenon of reflectivity can be explained only by postulating the activity of the Supreme Mind. If the Supreme is not concerned in reflectivity, we can not explain the intricate transactions and unerring operations of this consciousness of the cosmos.
Reflectivity appears to be omniscience within the limits of the experiential finite and may represent the emergence of the presence-consciousness of the Supreme Being. If this assumption is true, then the utilization of reflectivity in any of its phases is equivalent to partial contact with the consciousness of the Supreme.
