The most remarkable attribute of the Infinite Spirit is omnipresence. Throughout the universe of universes, this spirit that permeates everything is always present, and that is so close to the presence of a universal and divine mind. Both the Second Person and the Third Person of the Deity are represented in all worlds by their ubiquitous spirits.

The Father is infinite and therefore limited only by the will. In the awarding of the Adjusters and in the personality link with the circuits, the Father acts alone, but in the contact of spiritual forces with intelligent beings, he uses the spirits and personalities of the Eternal Son and the Infinite Spirit. He, by his own will, is spiritually present also with the Son or with the Joint Actor; He is present with the Son and in the Spirit. The Father is surely present everywhere, and we discern his presence by anyone and through any and all of these forces, influences and diverse but associated presences.

In your sacred scriptures the term "Spirit of God" seems to be used indistinctly to designate both the Infinite Spirit in Paradise and the Creator Spirit of your local universe. The Holy Spirit is the spiritual circuit of this Creating Daughter of the Infinite Spirit of Paradise. The Holy Spirit is an inherent circuit for each local universe and is confined to the spiritual realm of that creation; But the Infinite Spirit is omnipresent.

There are many spiritual influences, and all are like one. Even the work of Thoughts of Thought, though independent of all other influences, invariably coincides with the spiritual ministry of the combined influences of the Infinite Spirit and that of the Maternal Spirit of the local universe. As they operate these spiritual presences in the life of the Urantians, they can not be discriminated against. In your minds and your souls they function as a spirit, despite their diverse origins. And as this united spiritual ministry is experienced, it becomes for you in the influence of the Supreme, "whoever can always freed you from weaknesses and present yourself untold before your Father in the heights."

Always remember that the Infinite Spirit is the Joint Actor; Both the Father and the Son operate in him and through him; He is present not only as himself but also as the Father and as the Son and as the Father-Son. In recognition of this and for many additional reasons, the presence of the Infinite Spirit is often called "the spirit of God."

It would be logical also to refer to the link of all spiritual ministry as the spirit of God, because such a link is truly the union of the spirits of God the Father, God the Son, God the Spirit, and God the Sixth-and even the spirit of God The Supreme
