 The following speech draft was written by Dr. Greer when requested separate two contact points with the President Trump and President Putin.The two contacts are not known but both requests were made for a few weeks in the spring of 2018.Dr. Greer wrote this speech as a template draft that could be adapted for any world leader to announce that we are not alone in the universe and have had contact with extraterrestrial civilizations.

In some cases, these facilities have been penetrated by ET artifacts and our nuclear missiles have been inoperative. Such raids appear designed to warn us not to use these nuclear weapons to destroy the world and are not acts of hostility. They also seem concerned about the rapid breakdown of our biosphere and the environment and the extinction of many species on Earth. Since World War II, they have been extremely secret programs studying energy systems, communications and propulsion of these ships ET. It's time to disclose them these momentous scientific findings. These technologies have the potential, if used only for peaceful purposes, to give us a new and sustainable civilization on earth, free from poverty and pollution within a generation.
