planet earth if it is, some of us we are already and it is very possible that if you're in the 5D

5D is a light being a crystalline body

some of us while we sleep, we met with the ascended masters, with our galactic family, with the first creator, or the source of creation,  and we were told as upgrade to the 5D

if I'm in the 5D and 5D is critalino body, as I have aches and 3D body? 

the answer is simple. 

5D uses intuition, and intuition comes from the heart, not through the mind,  
when you use the mind are using 3D

Intuition is connected to the supreme creator, or if you want to speak with the flame of creation,  once you've reached the 5D dimensones up is simpler than we think. 

Only you need to have universal love. Universal love to express it in simple words so thatit can understand serious c a thing ...  do not ask for explanations, no, you let everyone follow his own path, advise if you ask for help, help if they need it even without asking for so you sae inside. Who has a pet will understand very clearly because only need little care, feed, clean and play their physical needs, it is all they ask. Well ... pets give universal love. LOVE THAT IS THE UNIOVERSAL
