Massive Frequency Upgrade in Effect/Time Slows Down

Blessings Light Tribe,

For the past 2 days a Frequency Upgrade has been taking place. I have been feeling NON Stop Bliss coming in and many puzzle pieces that needed to be placed together now fitting in to the puzzle.

Amazing, I also remembered something that happened over 40 years ago that I have never thought of since it happened. This brought new insights into my consciousness because NOW I can see what happened from a different perspective. It sheds light on the situation in the past, that I have NEVER thought about since it actually occurred.

This is what being fully Awake/Mutidimensional is like. To be able to now put everything together that was missing and see it from a COMPLETELY HIGHER PERSPECTIVE. This is what being connected to the CREATOR IS LIKE, when we can solve situations from our past, without ever having to do anything except remember what happened and why it happened the way it did. We can HEAL anything once we know why it was done and the reason behind it. Knowledge is the key to self empowerment and healing.

This Bliss I have been feeling is incredible and out of this World! It’s very difficult to describe except to say, it’s FEELING THE CONNECTION TO ALL THINGS at a MASSIVELY HIGHER level of awareness! Exciting ! This is the most Extreme Bliss I have EVER FELT.

Last nights sleep was scattered and bizarre dreams are back again too.

Psychic amplification is on high… can you feel it? When this kicks in we can feel the connectedness to all things and know the inner working of everyone and everything. It takes no effort at all to be able to tune in to anyone or any situation.These are all part of the higher frequencies now arriving…

Time has also been slowing down. Time seems like it is taking forever and the days are becoming longer than ever. This happens because as our consciousness rises , we enter the stage of NO TIME.

I have talked about this many times in the past when it has taken place, yet the point of me alway talking about it is to uplift humanity enough so that they too can feel the shifts happening at the same time I do or shortly after. This way they are on the same higher frequency I am on and we will shift together which is how it will play out.

Huge groups of like minded frequencies beings will shift at once, this is what has already been happening and it will continue until everyone is on the same higher frequency.

We have already shifted an extreme amount, its incredible how advanced the overall frequency is now compared to just a few years ago, and incredible to go back 20 years when I first started to consciously shift. You can consciously shift too, it takes being ultimately aware and awake at the same time.

So the goal is to take my reports and see if you can feel what I am feeling at the same time or close to it, since I many times feel the shifts first. This will help everyone by being on the same frequency at the same time. This makes the shifts easier for everyone because there are more people involved in each one. This makes the Ascension process quicker because we are all actively involved in shifting ourselves and not a lonely bystander to the process. Unity Consciousness is very important moving forward because we must all move as a cohesive unit, together in love into the higher dimensions of Love and Light.

Dear Ones,

We, the Arcturians, would like to pass on a message to the ones who are still wearing a human disguise. We remind you to remember that you are higher dimensional beings who have volunteered to take a third-dimensional earth vessel so that you can better assist Gaia as She moves into, and through, Her process of “Planetary Ascension.”

We are aware that within your NOW few humans are aware that they are, indeed, a Galactic Being who volunteered to take a third-dimensional earth vessel to better assist Gaia with Her Planetary Ascension. “What is Planetary Ascension?” you may ask.

Planetary ascension is much like a human ascension, it is on a much larger scale. A planetary ascension can only “begin to occur” when over 51% of the humans begin their “return to SELF.

We Arcturians wish to ask a few questions that we often receive from our “earth ones.” These questions are:

Question #1: What is “Planetary Ascension?”

Questions #2: What is “Personal Ascension?”

Question #3: How can one experience “Ascension?”

We will begin by answering question #1

Answer to Question #1  What is Planetary Ascension?

Planetary Ascension is much like human ascension, but it is on a much larger scale. A Planetary Ascension can only begin to occur when over 51% of the humans begin their personal ascension of return to their fifth-dimensional SELF.

Answer to Question #2 Why does 51% of the humans “begin their personal ascension?”

The answer to this question is that the humans are primarily the beings they create the fear, anger, selfishness, and destruction of Gaia’s body, which makes it increasingly difficult to Gaia to even begin her ascension, much less, move through her process of ascension.

There are many, many humans who love Gaia, care for Gaia, and are excellent keepers of their planet Earth. However, there are not, yet, 51 percent of the humans who are excellent keepers. Also, 49% of humans who do NOT assist Gaia are creating GREAT damage to Gaia’s planetary self.

We hear you saying, “Oh that cannot be true. We know many people who love Gaia and care for Her all the time.” We totally agree with that statement. However, the dark ones who not only do NOT care for Gaia and in fact cause Her great damage on a daily basis, but are also unknown and do their harm in secret.

We will speak now more about Ascension. Ascension is the process in which a person, place, situation and/or planet takes a Cosmic Leap into the Operating System of the fifth dimension.

Please remember that between the third dimensional Earth and the fifth dimensional Earth (are those wearing a third-dimensional vessel can only “remember from their Galactic memories of before they took a third-dimensional vessel,” or often from their deepest meditation or nightly “dreams” of being fifth dimensional.”

Human does have Multidimensional Consciousness in which they could remember their higher dimensional realities on other planets and/or Starships, as well as fifth dimensional Gaia, but it is often put into the category of “just your imagination!”

Therefore, we will insert here that your “imagination” is that which connects you with your higher dimensional thinking, feeling, and memories. These memories of your life on your fifth-dimensional Homeworld or your fifth dimensional Star Ship are of too high of a frequency for you to maintain in your consciousness awareness for more than a few short moments.

However, if you “use your imagination” to “pretend” that you remember your fifth-dimensional SELF, and can allow yourself to believe that what you are pretending is actually real, you will be able to allow these “dreams and imaginations” to expand into your physical reality.

However, you can only “imagine” that which your brain can maintain long enough for you to remember that what YOU are imagining is actually that which you are REMEMBERING!

But the next issue is, who could you share this information with? Of course, most people would think you are crazy! However, most “most of the human who was able to perceive the higher frequencies learned quickly to “not tell anyone” because it was unsafe!

Gratefully, humans are no longer “burned at the stake” for remembering the truth. However, those that can remember the truth of the higher worlds can also remember the truth of their past lives when they were burned at the stake, tortured to death, and/or had to run for their lives and hide out in places far away from those who feared the truth so much that they would kill to stop it from being known.

Unfortunately, there are still humans, that are dark ones wearing a human body, that still wish to have power OVER others. The reason for this need for power over others is because they have not yet discovered the power WITHIN themselves.

Why have they not discovered that? Because another, or several other humans have used their “power over others” against them so much that they “broke that person’s spirit.”

Question #3: How can one experience “Ascension?” 

Ascension is the process in which a person, place, situation, and/or planet takes a “Cosmic Leap” into the Operating System of the next frequency of reality. Initially, the group of persons, places, animals, water, earth, air, fire, decide that they are ready to transmute into the next frequency of reality.

But can one tell what the next frequency is, and how to take that cosmic leap?

And/or, how can one tell that they are in the next frequency of reality?

The answer is that you first FEEL the shift in your heart and mind. You will also be able to tell by the animals, plants, fish, insect, etc. that all have what we would perceive as a “heart filled with love” and a mind which is a higher dimensional operating system.

All beings, even the smallest life forms have some form of connection to the ONE of the WHOLE, which is Gaia’s “Planetary Operating System.” This operating system influences every person, place, situation and/or thing.

The Planetary Operating System is designed to keep the elements and Elementals in alignment with the Divine Plan for Earth. However, a human can, and have, ignored and/or worked against that Operating System. However, humans are the only beings on Earth that have done so.

Only the humans have separated themselves so far from their planet that they do not realize, or care, that the damage that is done to the planet is done to ALL the beings on the planet.

The Planetary Operating System resonates to the higher dimensions of Earth, much like  an “overseer” or “guardian.”  Only humans can operate outside of that that Planetary Operating System—and they HAVE done so more time than one could count.

The Planetary Operating System is designed to keep the Gaia in alignment with each being “reason for embodiment.” This Operating System is what allows all life on Earth to grow, expand, and eventually, transmute into the higher frequencies of reality.

This Operating System is designed to keep the beings of each planet, in this case, the planet Earth, to align with the same “reason for embodiment.” This reason for embodiment is what allows and activates all live on Gaia, and including Gaia, to feel the “urge” to grow, expand, and even transmute into a higher expression of being.

In this manner, that which has been born, or taken an earthly form can align itself, whether that self is a small bird or a huge eagle, with the “sense of unity” that Gaia has been sharing with all Her Beings.

In this manner, bees, birds, ants, fish, clouds, mountains, forests and all the life forms on Earth have their personal brand of “Unity Consciousness.” The only beings that do NOT have that Unity Consciousness are some of the humans.

Many humans are able to participate in the wonder and joy of Gaia’s Unity Consciousness. However, the humans who do have that sense of Unity Consciousness are often those that make have less ambition to own that which is around them and those that follow the ancient ways of tribal unity and deep caring for Gaia’s Earth, Air, Fire, and Water, including the Fire Spirit deep in the Core of Earth.

Interestingly, those who appear to have the most stuff often have the least awakened consciousness. This is because one’s consciousness does not arise from what one has, but from what one had given to others and to Gaia.

Love is the key to higher consciousness because love is about sharing, listening, as well and speaking from the heart. In fact, love is much like a marriage in that love takes the vow of “I will always love you?” Of course, many humans cannot keep that vow, but the mountains always the sky and the rivers love the rain. In other words, Love, True Love, only know the trust.

But, “What is love?” the humans ask.  But they do not have that answer until their love can “sway” like a tree in the wind, “expand like a lake s it absorbs the falling rain and stays together like the birds in a flock. The animal kingdom loves Gaia exactly as She IS.

They do not need the water to create a fake waterfall, or the pool to have chemicals,  or people to wear fence clothes, or drive fast, fancy cars to show off that they have money. Most of all, animals do not have to need to own change or improve parts of Gaia better.

Gaia does not think in terms of better or worse. Gaia IS and she allows all life to be what it IS!  And, that is not just what it IS now or what it WAS in the past. In fact, Nature does not know the terms past or future  before or later Gaia know NOW

Have you ever asked yourself:

Who am I now?

What am I doing now?

Where am I gong now?

When will get there?

Our Galactic and planetary answer is that you have always been someone, some time, some place, and somewhere some how. In fact, within the ONE of the time, the place, the when, and the how. You will begin to merge into the now of all the other times and places that embrace the NOW, When ever you need it.

It is in this manner that you can BE HERE IN THE NOW OF THE ONE!

The Washington Examiner reports that a redacted portion of the Mueller report mentions a claim that Russia recorded President Bill Clinton having phone sex from Air Force One with White House intern Monica Lewinsky.

Clinton allegedly was recorded by Russia in the 1990s, allowing Russia to learn of the affair before American officials. A reference to the Clinton intercept was redacted from the Mueller report to protect “personal privacy,” but sources told the Washington Examiner that the context makes clear what was blacked out.

According to the report, Center for the National Interest President Dimitri Simes sent Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner a 2016 email with recommended talking points to counter Hillary Clinton’s Russia attacks. The email referenced “a well-documented story of highly questionable connections” between Bill Clinton and Russia.

At a meeting in New York, Simes told Kushner the details: Russia allegedly recorded President Clinton on the phone with Lewinsky, opening questions of foreign leverage over the ex-president-turned-potential first spouse. –Washington Examiner

“During the August 17 meeting, Simes provided Kushner the Clinton-related information that he had promised. Simes told Kushner that, [redacted],” reads the Mueller report. “Simes claimed that he had received this information from former CIA and Reagan White House official Fritz Ermarth, who claimed to have learned it from U.S. intelligence sources, not from Russians.”

As the Examiner’s Steven Nelson notes, the redaction is likely to anger Republicans – as “the allegation has been known since at least 2001 and the Mueller report’s reference to a claim that President Trump watched prostitutes urinating in a Moscow hotel room was not struck out.”

According to Ermarth, a 78-year-old who worked in the CIA for 25 years and was chairman of the National Intelligence Council from 1988 – 1993, the Mueller report inaccurately suggests that he mishandled classified information – when in fact he says he used public sourcing.

“The line in the Mueller report that says any of this was based on intelligence information is the product either of faulty remembering by Dimitri or a flawed inference … or a hostile fabrication by the Mueller people,” said Ermarth. “[The report wording] implies my misuse of intelligence or use of intelligence that is classified in this context. And that is completely false.”

Independent counsel Ken Starr’s 1998 report on Clinton’s affair with Lewinsky identified 17 phone sex calls in 1996 and 1997. The report says Clinton told Lewinsky “that he suspected that a foreign embassy (he did not specify which one) was tapping his telephones, and he proposed cover stories. If ever questioned, she should say that the two of them were just friends. If anyone ever asked about their phone sex, she should say that they knew their calls were being monitored all along, and the phone sex was just a put-on.”

Ermarth thinks he told Simes that the Clinton-Lewinsky phone call was intercepted while the president was traveling on Air Force One, but that detail is believed to not have been conveyed to Kushner or included in the report. –Washington Examiner

According to Ermarth, he was not interviewed by Mueller – and says he discussed the Clinton phone sex intercept with Simes during a 2014 or 2015 trip to Washington. Spokespeople for Mueller, Simes and Kushner did not respond to the Examiner‘s requests for comment.

The Mueller report was redacted by the Justice Department in collaboration with Mueller’s team. Overall, there were 855 redactions, according to The Smoking Gun. Just 7% of those were for “personal privacy,” according to Vox. The majority of the redactions, however, was due to the involvement of grand jury deliberations or harm to an ongoing case.

According to the report, Simes told investigators Kushner appeared to consider the phone-sex story “old news,” as news outlets had long ago reported that Russia had advanced knowledge about Lewinsky. Meanwhile, Kushner told Mueller’s team he did not receive information from Simes that could be “operationalized” and doubted new negative information could be unearthed on the Clintons. –Washington Examiner

So – an unverified claim that Trump had hookers pee on a Moscow bed was published without redactions, while Bill Clinton’s alleged Air Force One phone sex conversation was kept under wraps.

Chocolates are some of the world’s best-loved sweets. They’re a comfort food for some and a guilty pleasure for others. But no matter how or why you choose to eat chocolates, you should know that they’re doing you more good than just making you feel happy or satisfying your cravings. According to a 2018 study published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, eating chocolates every day keeps your heart healthy.

Chocolates are good for your arteries

The study involved 45 male volunteers who were divided into three different groups. Each group was assigned a capsule to take with their breakfast every day for one month. Two of the three capsules contained different amounts of the two most studied compounds found in chocolate: (-)-epicatechin and procyanidins. Both compounds are flavonols or flavan-3-ols, a class of flavonoids found in many fruits and vegetables, including cocoa. (-)-Epicatechin and procyanidins are known antioxidants.

(-)-Epicatechin lowers blood pressure and reduces stiffness in arteries

When researchers from the University of Dusseldorf in Germany examined the effects of the compounds, they found that (-)-epicatechin improved endothelial function in the volunteers. It also lowered their blood pressure and reduced arterial stiffness. These results aligned with those of previous studies, particularly one made in the Netherlands which reported that men who consumed large amounts of (-)-epicatechin had a 38 percent lower risk of dying from coronary heart disease than men who consumed less (-)-epicatechin.

In contrast, the volunteers who took capsules with less (-)-epicatechin and more procyanidins did not receive the same benefits. “This demonstrates that the impact of CF (cocoa flavonols) on vascular health is linked to (?)-epicatechin and not to CF procyanidins,” wrote the researchers.

Procyanidins lower blood cholesterol levels

Procyanidins are not without their health benefits. Although volunteers who took large amounts of procyanidins did not experience a decrease in blood pressure or arterial stiffness, they did enjoy a reduction in blood cholesterol levels. This demonstrated that procyanidins still support heart health, albeit in an indirect way. The impact of procyanidins may not be immediately felt, but it’s still massive in the long run.

The researchers also explained that the role of procyanidins may have to do with the effect size of flavonols – that is, they protect and preserve (-)-epicatechin and other flavonols from degradation during food processing and storage, and in the gastrointestinal tract during digestion. The researchers noted that this might explain the results of other studies, which used only pure (-)-epicatechin and reported no significant effects on cardiovascular function.

Other reasons to eat chocolate

Research shows that (-)-epicatechin can also decrease blood glucose levels in diabetic patients. (-)-Epicatechin increases insulin sensitivity and decreases insulin resistance, suggesting that eating (-)-epicatechin-rich foods like chocolate can help prevent the onset of Type 2 diabetes.

(-)-Epicatechin also has anticancer effects. Several studies reported that it can stop angiogenesis or the formation of new blood vessels, which is one of the ways cancer cells grow and spread to other parts of the body. High concentrations of (-)-epicatechin also prevent cancer cell proliferation in vitro.

Procyanidins, together with (-)-epicatechin and other flavonols, may have anti-inflammatory properties. One study found that these compounds can inhibit enzymes involved in inflammation and the formation of tumors. Procyanidins are also used in connection with health conditions such as chronic venous insufficiency, capillary fragility, diabetic retinopathy, sunburn, pancreatic insufficiency, and varicose veins. In terms of anticancer activity, procyanidins target components of intracellular signaling pathways important for regulating cell survival and death and mediating metastasis.

Hours after officially entering the 2020 Democratic presidential field Thursday morning, former Vice President Joe Biden is expected to head to the Philadelphia home of Comcast executive David Cohen for a big-dollar fundraiser that will reportedly be attended by Democratic lawmakers, the CEO of insurance giant Independence Blue Cross, and other high-powered party players.

Biden launched his presidential bid with a video condemning President Donald Trump’s response to the 2017 neo-Nazi rally in Charlottesville and calling the 2020 election “a battle for the soul of this nation.”

“The core values of this nation, our standing in the world, our very democracy, everything that has made America America is at stake,” Biden said. “That’s why today I’m announcing my candidacy for president of the United States.”

As Politico reported on the eve of Biden’s 2020 announcement, the former vice president “raised the alarm about fundraising” in a conference call with top donors, expressing the need to have a big first-day haul.

“The money’s important,” Biden reportedly said during the call, according to a anonymous participant who recounted the remarks to Politico. “We’re going to be judged by what we can do in the first 24 hours, the first week.”

While Biden has vowed to join most other 2020 Democratic candidates in rejecting campaign contributions from lobbyists, HuffPost‘s Kevin Robillard pointed out that Biden’s planned fundraiser with corporate executives Thursday evening “shows the limitations of such a pledge.”

Though Cohen is technically not a registered lobbyist, he directs Comcast’s lobbying operations—a distinction that critics said allows him to skirt federal lobbying regulations.

According to the Philadelphia Business Journal, “Cohen sent an email to potential contributors Wednesday soliciting donations of $2,800, the maximum federal primary contribution for the event.”

Politico first published the invitation for the large-dollar fundraiser:

As Sludge‘s Donald Shaw reported, Comcast “has been a leading voice in the telecommunication industry’s efforts to oppose net neutrality rules, spending millions on lobbying against laws at the federal and state levels that would prohibit internet service providers (ISPs) from giving priority treatment to certain types of traffic.”

“In 2006, when he was a senator from Delaware serving on the Judiciary Committee, Biden said that he did not think net neutrality rules were needed,” Shaw noted.

The list of executives and other wealthy donors expected to attend Biden’s first fundraiser as a 2020 presidential candidate sparked concern:

While Biden clearly joins the crowded race with top name recognition, the status as the last-serving Democratic vice president, and the frontrunner in most national polling, it has been widely noted that he also begins his third campaign for the presidency—he ran unsuccessfully in both 1988 and 2008—with an enormous amount of political baggage.

As columnist Jim Newell detailed at Slate on Thursday:

Biden’s biggest challenge in the primary will be a compromised past spanning nearly 50 years. The vetting process he’ll face in the Democratic Party of 2019 will not be even close to the vetting he faced during his last campaign in 2008—and, let’s face it, as a middling-to-lower-tier candidate then, he didn’t face much vetting at all. The crime bill that he authored in 1994 is considered by the modern iteration of the party to have been an embarrassment, as is his handling of the Clarence Thomas Supreme Court nomination. Some of his anti-busing rhetoric from the 1970s was, even by the standards of 1970s anti-busing rhetoric, astonishing. As a senator who for 36 years represented Delaware, a small fiefdom run by banks, his economic record has more than a few blemishes, such as his support for the 2005 bankruptcy reform bill, one of the slimiest pieces of legislation passed this century. In the first presidential primary since 2004 where past votes regarding the Iraq war shouldn’t be an issue among major candidates, simply because it was so long ago, there’s Joe Biden, with a vote for the Iraq War on his record.

The size of the field is a representation of the candidates’ belief that all of this will sink Biden, unlocking the tentative support of roughly one-third of the party for the taking. The field’s bet on Biden’s fallibility is now shared among the punditry too. Everything Biden does will be interpreted through the same knowing lens that he’s out of his element and it’s a pity no one was able to dissuade him from launching this last, egotistical crusade. That was the interpretation when, in his first public appearance after allegations of inappropriate touching, he cracked a couple of jokes about how he had gotten permission to give hugs. Even the delay in his launch this week prompted another round of head-shaking, when his initial plan to kick off the campaign on Wednesday in Charlottesville, Virginia, followed by a couple of rallies in Pennsylvania, was scrapped.

Biden’s campaign launch comes as most early polls show the former vice president with a slight lead over Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) for the Democratic nomination.

The former vice president addressed the allegations of inappropriate touching in a video earlier this month, vowing to “be more mindful and respectful of people’s personal space” in the future.

“That’s my responsibility and I will meet it,” Biden said.

Once again you are being reborn, your soul calling out from within that this must now end and preferably through your conscious decision before the next 5-6 months remove it for you which is always a more chaotic experience as you observe the ego try and hold on.

Whatever you are surfing in this moment that is creating the uncomfortable realities or feelings from within is presenting for this very purpose, for you to be shaken awake and to finally see your ability to unplug from these 3rd and 4th frequency timelines.

We are, as the beings of light we have said we are being asked to step into what we proclaim which means our attachment to the outside world must release, our commitments to support the structures of realities not conducive to our soul path must now be allowed to dissolve because none of what you hold value to out there is going to be leading you forward into the new.

The awakening process is incredibly interesting as we watch the ego dreams, the future plans, the relationships, everything begins to move, because all was created during a lower frequency and this is where many spiritual folk holding old frequency healing businesses create their own stagnation through their ego commitment to clients and their ego plan to heal the world and create a business from it, light doesn’t care for your commitments and unless your wants are serving humanity through the highest frequencies that are now anchored here then experiencing the frequency loops or timeline loops are common, burn outs, needing time out etc are all signs that the reality is not aligned to Source and the Divine Truth it holds.

We do have a nice little sextile between the moon and Neptune today which will give a humbling stream for those willing to use this power packed day to release, and if you can release and come into this stream it will act much like a swift undercurrent to the higher frequencies allowing you to see how quickly things can be realised and released the moment you make the decision to Align.

Sun is trickling out some gentle solar winds but nothing to write home about, we are due some increase but I can’t see it cracking our fields so most will be unable to read the subtle energies coming through but there is enough frequency to gently keep guiding us in.

This is all heavily karmic for those in the lower octaves giving you the opportunity to clear what required balance and the higher octaves we experience more opportunities to create the new however remember to keep those masculine and feminine energies balanced within, if the body says rest then you know what you have to do.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have the perspective on what you are all living that allows us to be optimistic. We understand why you cannot always hold that same optimism for humanity, but because we are able to see so much and feel so much, we can measure your progress better than you can by looking at the different stories in the news. There is a great deal of support that is also being sent to you by new groups of beings, beings that have never paid any attention to Earth before.

These are beings from outside your galaxy who have felt drawn to come in and not only observe, but also offer energetic support. There are several groups, none of which you have names for, but you would experience them as clouds of love, being wrapped up in the most comfortable garment you can imagine and feeling the warmth and love coming from the outside in.

There is also more support coming to those of you on the surface from the beings that live underneath the planet’s surface. They are a bit more advanced than you, and so, they can offer a tremendous amount of support. And recently they have started to realize that it was part of their role and their mission to be there for the rest of humankind.

You are also getting so many downloads from your sun at this time, and those downloads will be accessed by you at the most appropriate times. And the reason we tell you about all of the behind-the-scenes support that you have is because you need to take some of the weight off of your shoulders as the awakened collective that you are. Those of you who are receiving this transmission are awakened, and there are many more who are not receiving it directly, but they will receive it through all of you as you tap into the grid that you are co-creating with the other lightworkers on the planet.

We are quite certain that this is the most support that humanity has ever had, that you are receiving downloads and energy surges the likes of which Earth has never seen, and that you are doing the best that you can with all of it. That is quite evident to all of us as well. You cannot ask too much of yourselves at this time because of all the processing and clearing that you’re doing. You have to make room for the energies that come in. So please do not get so hung up on what actions you need to take, what actions you should take, and what actions that humanity needs you to take and let yourselves be supported for a change.

It is your vibration that is your biggest gift to humanity. Take very good care of yourselves.

On April 29, 2019, Saturn will go retrograde in the sign of Capricorn until September 18, 2019. Under this energy, Saturn is going to do a check-in and ensure that we have been learning our lessons, taking responsibility for our actions, and living up to the fullest of our potential.

Saturn Retrograde is also going to be preparing us for the big cosmic alignment that is happening in January 2020.

Saturn is known for carrying the energy of discipline, groundedness, hard work, and law and order. Saturn is like the strict teacher that pushes us because it knows that by doing so, it can bring out the best in us.

Saturn loves being in Capricorn, and under the energy of this 2019 retrograde, it wants us to go over the past and ensure that we have learned all that we need to.

Think back to what has happened in your life since September 2018. This timeframe is pivotal to this Saturn Retrograde, and will help you to understand what lessons Saturn has been trying to instill.

Since this time, we have all been guided in different ways to take responsibility, to step up, and to work hard in order to achieve the results we desire.

Now, under this retrograde energy, Saturn wants us to look over what we have created and make sure we are heading in the direction that we want to be.

Saturn wants us to take full responsibility for our actions, and for our part to play in whatever stresses, strains, gifts, conflicts, achievements, and pains have emerged in our life since then.

Saturn retrograde wants us to own the current vibration of our lives, and to know that in some way, our ego, our thoughts, and our soul has had a hand in creating whatever has transpired.

Everything and everyone is here to teach us something, and very often, the hardest situations and the most difficult of people are our greatest teachers.

Saturn wants us to take a long hard look at ourselves. It wants us to stop projecting or judging others, and instead take ownership of our energy and our choices, and see how they may have contributed to the shape of our lives.

Every action we take has a consequence. Every decision we make today helps to plan our future tomorrow, and Saturn wants us to own up to this fact.

While we certainly cannot control everything that happens or comes our way, we can control how we choose to handle the situation, and how we choose to feel and react.

Saturn’s energy also reminds us that things don’t happen to us, they happen for us, and when we hold this as truth, we can see that life is always trying to teach us, guide us, and show us the way.

Look at where you are today and see how your actions led you here. Take responsibility for the good and the bad, take responsibility for your life just as it is today.

Saturn Retrograde will be helping us to bring the power back to ourselves and to stop blaming others or events for the way our life is. We will also be given the courage, and discipline to make changes where necessary.

During this retrograde period, we may also notice feelings of sluggishness and a lack of motivation. This is only because Saturn wants us to reflect on the quality of our past choices before moving ahead.

Every day we have the power to use our thoughts, our words, and our actions in a way that brings out the best in ourselves, in others, and in the world.

Not every day is going to be a successful one, but just as the Sun gets the opportunity to rise again each morning, we too get the opportunity to start again and make different choices.

We are all in this together. All of our thoughts create the world around us, and all of our actions are contributing to the quality of life on Planet Earth.

We have to take responsibility for our own energy field. We have to own up to who we are, for that is the only way we can make lasting, positive change that the whole world will feel.

Exercise for Saturn Retrograde

For this exercise, you will need a journal and a pen.

Step 1:

Make a list of the months from September 2018 to now.

Step 2:

Under each month reflect on:

• one thing that changed or a significant event that happened
• one thing that you learned
• one thing that you could have done better
• one thing you need to forgive yourself for

Take your time to go through each month. If you can’t remember any of the information, feel free to skip it and come back to it another time. Try to reflect on at least one thing for each category, even if it’s small.

Step 3:

As you go through the months, see if you can identify any patterns or themes emerging. This may give you a clue as to what lessons Saturn’s energy has been instilling in your life.

Dear beautiful people,

I am Mary, who has been the mother of Jeshua on Earth. I greet you all from the love and warmth of Home. Let the energy of Home embrace you and welcome you; let it flow all the way through your body. Feel the soft warm energy of Home. Relax completely, you need do nothing here, perform nothing, only be and receive.

Before you started this specific journey to the country of Portugal, there was a time when you felt: “Yes, I want to do this”. Maybe you did not know exactly why, or what attracted you, but you felt a moment of joy, of surrender, a moment when you decided to take the plunge. Now you are here and you seek to connect with Mother Earth in this place. You have come here to give something of yourself, to share a part of your energy, and to receive something in return, even if you do not know exactly what that is. You cannot often grasp with your mind the significance or outcome of something you do from inspiration, from a sense of joy.

Now allow the energy to take form in what your soul wants to receive during this trip. Allow it to bubble up from the Earth. Let the heart of Earth touch you, feed you, and give to you what you need. You are rooted in Earth, and wherever you go or stand on this planet, you have a connection with her.

Different places on this planet have diverse energies. Why are you now here, where we are? Let Earth tell you. Feel her soft nurturing energy as a mother who wordlessly knows what is necessary. Feel yourself supported by her energy and let go of excess thinking, of what you must do or what you think you need. Earth, your mother, knows what is good for you and what you need. Trust her and release all resistance. Imagine that all the cells of your body fully open to take in what is good for them, what nourishes and renews them.

You have come here on the eve of a new year. Let go of the energies of this past year, wash them from you. It was good as it was; you have gone through a lot and lived through much. You have observed pain in yourself and, in many of you, old layers have emerged and become visible. Sometimes they felt raw, like a wound which is not yet healed. Imagine that you now soothe these wounds with tender love. Let the energy of Earth, and of the New Year that is coming, tenderly cover these wounds and heal them.

You are living through a time of change, which, of course, is always part of life – at all times. But there is now something happening in the collective consciousness of all people on Earth. A consciousness through which so many people desire the same thing, so that a wave is emerging. There are now many people on Earth who are waking up, who deeply feel the call of their souls. Some do not know why they feel this, they cannot put it into words, while others have a more conscious knowledge of it. Together, this creates a pooling, a combined wave of energy that lifts you up and wants to take you to a new time, and a new Earth.

This pooling of energy becomes stronger as you bring your energies more together. Every individual is a channel for this new energy, the new consciousness that wants to take root on Earth. Imagine that you are located on a huge wave of luminous water lit by sunlight. The water sparkles in gold and pastel colors. In this wave, there is an enormously powerful current, and your only security is to go with this wave of change. Not to swim against the current, but to trust and to go along with it.

Imagine for a moment that you relax and, in total surrender, the water of this wave penetrates all your cells without your knowing where it takes you. The more you trust and surrender to the change, the easier and lighter it feels. How do you do that? How do you learn trust and surrender? That is the question for many of you, for it is precisely during this time that many people are being tried, as so many certainties fall away, especially as material structures collapse: jobs, homes, everything that has to do with money. And also in the area of relationships, many outward certainties disappear. This can cause much confusion, as if the solid ground under your feet is giving way. Many people have the feeling they are drowning in this wave of change and they lose the larger perspective of where this is taking them.

In the transitional process that you are in on Earth, there is an undercurrent of great anxiety, panic, uncertainty, doubt, loneliness, and sadness, and you sometimes feel this undercurrent. When you find yourself among people, such energy can swoop in and overwhelm you. You are, in this time, a resident of two worlds. You, who are consciously taking steps toward the new world, a new consciousness carried by the heart, are the ones who I am addressing here. You want to move along with this current of brilliant, golden energy, yet at the same time you feel drawn into a morass of old energies that can feel chaotic.

How do you keep yourself upright in this moving field of energies? The key is to take one step backward and then two forward. If you feel that you are being drawn into the old energy of fear, doubt, distrust, or self-criticism, take a step backward. Be aware that you are being drawn in and that it is not you. Step backward into your golden center, the energy of Home, and remember who you are. You no longer need to go along only to be gobbled up by the old energy; you are ready for the new time.

I talk to you in this way because you are ready to be a resident of the new Earth. Especially in the area of relationships, for example, it can be tempting to keep one foot in the old world, because you feel very connected with certain people and you want to bring them along on your journey. This cannot happen, because each one creates and chooses his or her own path. This is something that you cannot take over for another person; you cannot force them to change. It is a sure sign of love when you let go and you stand on this new Earth upon your own two feet.

You are not abandoning them, you are still present but part of another reality. As soon as they are ripe, and ready to receive this reality, it will create a new connection for them. You can no longer hold on to relationships that are dominated by dependency, fear, or struggle. This applies to all areas: partner relationships, friendships, and business relationships.

You can be part of two worlds for only so long; at some point you will break free. Therefore, dare to say goodbye to people or situations that pull you back into the old. Realize, deep down, that you are doing yourself and the other a favor by doing so because you are going to live more strongly from the new, and you become an example of that for them. I ask you to bring someone to mind at this time in your life, someone that you are in a relationship with in which you feel that an old energy is playing itself out between you. Elements of power and dependency, struggle, or anxiety play a role. Dare to be honest and authentic here.

Imagine that this other person stands in front of you, and see if you discover one or more energy cords between you and the other person. See if there is a cord that is not as bright in color, or does not feel free and flowing. Ask yourself, “Why do I hold on to this cord, why do I feel obliged, or desire, to keep this cord?” Look at it honestly and openly without judgment and untie and disconnect this cord. Realize that breaking it is an act of love, because all life is intended to radiate from its own center, independent and free – that is love. Only when you are independent and free can you really connect with another person and feel happy and surprised in a relationship. As long as you need another to fill a void and to feel whole, there is a pattern of expectation. You are not free and you do not let the other person be free.

In the new time, you live in freedom. You are whole within yourself; feel that for a moment. How does it feel when the aura around you is filled with your own energy, when you can relax and be at peace within yourself? When you can feel this peace, you are connected to your deepest divine Self, your soul.

Imagine that your soul is present in this space as a radiant sun, a sphere of light that is there just above your head. Feel how the light of your soul radiates around you, embraces you lovingly and penetrates into all the cells of your body. Feel how happy your soul is when it can warm you. How beautiful your soul finds you, just as you are – perfect. She is proud of you. In her presence, all of you is worthy.

Let the light of your soul, your divine core, flow into your heart and all the way down into your abdomen. Feel what an inexhaustible source of energy that is. If you enter the world from this connection, you meet other people with wonder, interest, and joy. You have no need of another to fill you. Imagine that we do this here and now. From the merging with your divine core, your soul, we stand here in this circle of people and radiate light. You expect nothing, you need nothing; you simply “are who you are” and you keep nothing back. You allow your essence to radiate fully.

See what is happening in the middle of this circle – a light emerges, a joint creation. Everyone is free and yet something emerges that is greater than the sum of the individual parts. There is something more grand and more vast. I ask you to feel what emerges from this common creation, from this pooling of energy that wants to come to you. Look at it in full freedom, be open to one another. Behind each human being hides an infinite source of light and love, and that is the joy of relationships. It is the undertaking of an adventure together; you are never finished looking or experiencing. Every human being is a wonder in themself. Allow us to celebrate that.
