The court ruled that the email system of Clinton was "one of the gravest crimes for modern government transparency".
Judicial Watch Priestap asked to identify representatives of Hillary Clinton, his former staff and government agencies from which "email deposits" were obtained. Priestap responded with the following non-exhaustive list:

Priestap also testifies to 48.982 emails as a result of a search warrant information Clinton's account of laptop Anthony Weiner, who had married Huma Abedin, Clinton's top assistant reviewed.

- If Clinton intentionally tried to evade the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) using a system of non-governmental email;
- If the State Department efforts to resolve this case from the end of 2014 were in bad faith; Y
- If the State Department sought the records adequately respond to the FOIA request Judicial Watch.
