Chamber of Commerce of Catalonia belies the Plan of Rodalies de Rajoy.

Clearly Rajoy and his crew consider the Catalans as inferior. They think they can come to our land, investments and then scoot promise not tocomply. 
I wonder what they say on that back home in AVE: Is carcajean ?; They did not say anything like "whores" ?; Do they talk about football ?, transvestite ...?

That 's what is called chutzpah but I rather think it's hatred, catalanofobia and wants to destroy our economy because they believe that if you are a subsidized region will not want to leave. 
From Madrid they think they can destroy their businesses Catalunya and move to Spain ... so the economic weight of Catalunya would spread elsewhere.
