We are on the threshold of a new era, and everything that lives in it is now in the process of being transformed

I am Sananda and I have some important issues to tell you today.

We are on the threshold of a new age and Earth or Gaia and everything that lives in it is now in the process of being transformed into a higher vibration of energy and light. Everything that is not in unison with this vibration is now falling to the edge of the road and disappears. The higher vibration is penetrating the Earth and everything is impacted by it.

Your bodies are adjusting to the higher vibrations and are discarding all the old dross in thought patterns and blockages. Resistance is being crushed and the more resistance the more problems you will have in your life

They should be adoptable, try to understand and see what should change and their life will be immediately better. The highest vibration has come to stay and everything is trying to adapt to it. Sit and feel what it is you need to be released into your life, so that your body can vibrate in harmony with the greater frequency that has come to Earth and is spreading with great speed.

More and more people have picked up the most frequency and have begun to act on it with their new ideas and their recovered creativity. This is also true for the animal and vegetable kingdoms.
Everything on Earth is adapted today to the frequency of light. The loving light with its highest frequency finds its way everywhere and no one can escape it.

It's time to get out of the cocoon and try on your new wings - Your beautiful wings with all the colors of the rainbow that carry you wherever you want to fly. The confinement will be replaced by the opening, which is gray will be replaced by what is colorful. Joy and harmony is what will permeate your bodies.

Anything that can make you laugh is good to practice now. Everything that gives harmony and joy is preferable, since the body needs to feel that way so that the higher energies of light and joy can be absorbed by it.

What do you like to do? You like to dance, to paint, to go for a walk, to be in nature, to write, to sing ... if there are a multitude of ways to find joy in life. Make sure you have some joy today and during all the days ahead.

We are all going through different types of symptoms in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual type. This is inevitable since we are leaving a heavy density in favor of one that is lighter. You have handled well loved people on Earth. You are on your way and many of you are keeping pace with Mother Earth. Many more are slightly behind.

Therefore, there is a great transition that is in the way and Mother Earth will get a well-needed facial rejuvenation. Everything is now open for your successes. Everything you have thought and hoped for is now open and you are just waiting for your gifts to bloom in full bloom. It is time for the work to begin - work with yourself and work with your Earth.

It is the most wonderful of times in the Universe - and it is now. Now we are all with you and we rejoice and dance with you along the way. It is a beautiful road that we follow. It is a white road that is illuminated by the sun of the Universe, and everything is simply bright, light, beautiful and loving.
