Independent Catalonia may OBLIGE BANKS to return the RESCUE to Catalan society

The law of transience says that "from law to law .  " 
If you have a mortgage you will still have it. And a debt. And a monitorio ... The day after having declared independence, you can approve any new Catalan law without the Spanish constitutional tumbles it (what a break!). And one could be the obligation for banks (whether or not working in Catalonia), which received aid directly or indirectly, to repay the part of the Catalan rescue that can be estimated at about 12,000 million euros (20% Catalan contribution in taxes). In the list of debtors we find CaixaBank for the rescue of the Bank of Valencia, Bankia for the redemption in full, BBVA for Caixa Catalunya and Unnim, Sabadell for CAM, Sareb ...

That Spain does not claim that money to the banks does not mean that Catalunya is equally corrupt. 
That bank money was also paid with the taxes of the Catalan people. In addition, the Spanish government has not approved any law condoning that debt, therefore, it is still due to citizenship both Spanish and Catalan.And banks must return it with either money or social services, otherwise they will be seized all their property in Catalonia ... It could even be the case that they lose the mortgages in favor of the new Republic ...




So, their actions are falling these days and, if they are fixed, not only fall the supposedly Catalan banks (there really is no Catalan bank, all depend on the Bank of Spain).

So, instead of talking about change of venue, explain how they intend to give back to the sovereign people of Catalonia what they owe us.
