Time - The Illusory Phenomenon

by Zen GardnerFebruary 24, 2019
from BornOutsideTheBox Website

It's been wisely said that coming here to live in this 3-D reality is an opportunity.

Whether we've been here before many times around or are just new, it's a golden opportunity to experience, learn and evolve. This reality we find ourselves in apparently is a slowed down and densified experience, for whatever purposes.

We just have to 'accept' what we've been handed, whatever the source. After all, we're here. We can start from there.

And with It all comes "time"...

What is time?

Basically it appears to be a sort of construct, a projected marking system we co-create at this level. It's therefore essentially an illusion in the truly grand scheme of things, in which we track in slow motion what we're experiencing so as to understand what is playing out and thereby learn from.

The present is the only real time. There is no past, it's simply the wake of the ship of the present. And there is no future. There never will be.

Like the illusory imprint of the past, the illusion of future is a massive concept to wrap our heads around and dissolve into reality.

But this time construct seems to be necessary at this level in some way, yet we need to see it for what it is. It's simply a tool, like most things; not true reality nor any form of restricting cage in and of itself.

This seems to betray what we think we perceive in our minds, but it doesn't. And it's not a necessary "evil" or constraint device, unless we let it be.

It's all for good once we learn to operate within it, see it's potential limitations, and use it for mutual benefit consciously within this experience.

Just Another Paradox - Nothing to be Alarmed About

It's clear that without this externalized concept of time our learning process would not be as effective at this level, although there are much better learning methodologies in timeless consciousness.

It's an opportunity for a slowed down, step by step process within an extremely challenging dimension.

But it's only a small fraction of our experience. We just need to become functionally aware of the other timeless realms where the real action is,
the awareness, or remembrance of, the more truly knowing realms, with no more limiting concepts or foolish beliefs.
This 3D construct is in very limited contrast to other higher dimensional worlds and our own true soul level which is connected to ALL in a completely different realm without paradigms.

That's the place, a very real one, where things are truly conscious and efficiently operate outside of time.

We sense this, and long for It to be more present in our lives. Yet here we are.

This low density existence is a different playing field all together. Hence each of us feeling like "strangers in a strange land"… because we are! But by design, so let's explore and enjoy it.

Apparently 'we chose' to come here.

We might as well enjoy the experience without getting trapped in it through ignore-ance.

The classic example of the film strip is a good one.

If the frames were overlaid to create a "now" experience, coming at us all at once, the various scenes couldn't be deciphered, at least at this level. Life films are projected one frame after another, in a linear sequence, which our "normal" perception here can therefore grasp.

As we've often heard, once we depart this life there's apparently an extremely rapid re-play of our experience here to learn from, with streaming awareness of it at a whole other level.

Immediate transference of all data in this realm would be akin to telepathy, towards which we are currently moving.

It exists now all around us, like a cosmic internet, and we use it within us without our full knowledge. We are always capable of using this other dimensional modality, but haven't yet realized it in most cases.

But it's coming into human awareness more and more now.

Time is a measuring device, a sort of marking system.
Linearly, we call such a thing a "ruler" whereby we determine linear space. It holds to the rules, as do 3-D authorities and limitations of all sorts.

Some are as straightforward as the nature of our electromagnetic universe and it's incredible geometric design, and some as personally complex as social designs for behavior and our soul evolution through them.
Ironically we already operate in condensed microbursts of information.

Empathy, resonance, and even emotions already operate in that quantum field. We just accept them as normaland somehow differentiate those from the sentient environment we're within.

But we're catching on during this vibrational awakening. The mind is a recorder and processor according to its input, but is always out of date. The mind is the last thing to be directing our lives.

Our energetic core is where it's all happening, connected to more realms than we're yet fully aware of. The mind is simply a slave server - and a terrible master.

Just look at what minds have done to the planet and society - an ever present teaching tool.

The Paradoxical Irony and the Test of Time
An interesting axiom to consider is,
whatever takes us out of living in the NOW is an illusion.
We're here to live in and deal with this realm, but it's not real in the true sense of reality.

Ideas of the past and future are known diversions. They're mind constructs. We create our reality, moment by moment, a living dynamic. If we choose to go by yesterday's ideas and constructions we can.

But is it the true potential reality? Our true freedom of choice is boundless.

Anyone who has had a waking up experience can attest that they have found they could literally create their life, which we all do anyway ironically enough via ourchoices.

But awareness of our magnificent nature and freedom to do as we wish, is essential.

We're constantly catching up to now. That's our learning experience as we awaken. That time is an illusion is almost common knowledge now but how that applies to our day to day lives has been illusive.

This concept is not the way we normally think. It's transcending time while living in it - timelessly.

The time test is fundamental as to why we're here in many ways.
Sorrow, pain, regrets, past traumas, longings for what we think will fulfill us or make us happy - these plague us and have no lasting solution here.
These issues can be resolved through inner work within conscious awareness, identifying how we're operating in reactive loops that keep us in limitation.

But when we're conscious, the other stuff just happens as we follow on, let go, and yield to moments, having a conscious driven impetus.

Getting out of the way and identifying the ego traps of dead assertions is essential. With this comes setting a limitless identity and letting go of anything else.

When our minds are made up, what we think we're able or designed to be will certainly keep on repeating. However, we don't even notice time when we're consciously engaged - proof right there how consciousness supersedes this 3-D format.

When we experience being "in the zone" we also notice time seems to go on hold and even disappear. Just a hint of what awaits us should we activate our full awareness.

We can't waste time - but it can waste us, if we remain asleep.

It's time to awaken, more than we've ever imagined...

Scientists Discover Biophotons In The Brain That Could Hint Our Consciousness is Directly Linked to Light!

Scientists found that neurons in mammalian brains were capable of producing photons of light, or “Biophotons”!
The photons, strangely enough, appear within the visible spectrum. They range from near-infrared through violet, or between 200 and 1,300 nanometers.
Scientists have an exciting suspicion that our brain’s neurons might be able to communicate through light. They suspect that our brain might have optical communication channels, but they have no idea what could be communicated.
our brain might have optical communication channels
Even more exciting, they claim that if there is an optical communication happening, the Biophotons our brains produce might be affected by quantum entanglement, meaning there can be a strong link between these photons, our consciousness and possibly what many cultures and religions refer to as Spirit.
In a couple of experiments scientist discovered that rat brains can pass just one biophoton per neuron a minute, but human brains could convey more than a billion biophotons per second.
This raises the question, could it be possible that the more light one can produce and communicate between neurons, the more conscious they are?
the more light one can produce
If there is any correlation between biophotons, light, and consciousness it can have strong implications that there is more to light than we are aware of.
Just think for a moment. Many texts and religions dating way back, since the dawn of human civilization have reported of saints, ascended beings and enlightened individuals having shining circles around their heads.
From Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome, to teachings of Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam and Christianity, among many other religions, sacred individuals were depicted with a shining circle in the form of a circular glow around their heads.
shining circle in the form of a circular glow around their heads
If they were as enlightened as they are described maybe this shining circle was just a result of the higher consciousness they operated with, hence a higher frequency and production of biophotons.
Maybe these individuals produced higher level of biophotons with stronger instensity because of their enlightenment, if there is any correlation between biophotons and consciousness.
Even the word enLIGHTenment suggests that this higher consciousness has something to do with light.
enLIGHTenment suggests that this higher consciousness has something to do with light
But one of the most exciting implications the discovery that our brains can produce light gives, is that maybe our consciousness and spirit are not contained within our bodies. This implication is completely overlooked by scientists.
Quantum entanglement says that 2 entangled photons react if one of the photons is affected no matter where the other photon is in The Universe without any delay.
Maybe there is a world that exists within light, and no matter where you are in The Universe photons can act as portals that enable communication between these 2 worlds. Maybe our spirit and consciousness communicate with our bodies through these biophotons. And the more light we produce the more we awaken and embody the wholeness of our consciousness.
Quantum Entanglement
This can explain the phenomenon of why the state of a photon is affected simply by consciously observing it, as it is proven in many quantum experiments.
Maybe our observation communicates something through our biophotons with the photon that is being observed, in a similar fashion as quantum entanglement, like light is just one unified substance that is scattered throughout our Universe and affected through each light particle.
Of course, nothing of this is even close to being a theory. But asking questions and shooting such metaphysical hypothesis might lead us closer to the truth and understanding of what consciousness is, where it comes from, and what are the mysteries that hide within light.

Ginger-Garlic Soup Made With 52 Cloves of Garlic Can Defeat Colds, Flu and Even Norovirus

iu-4
Forget the flu shot. A soup based on more than 50 cloves of garlic, onions, thyme and lemon will destroy almost any virus that enters its path including colds, flu and even norovirus.
As we sneeze and cough our way through these dark months of contagious nasties, garlic is being hailed for its powers to halt viruses in their tracks.
It has gained its reputation as a virus buster thanks to one of its chemical constituents, allicin.
A recent and significant finding from Washington State University shows that garlic is 100 times more effective than two popular antibiotics at fighting disease causing bacteria commonly responsible for foodborne illness.
When the garlic is crushed, alliin becomes allicin. Research shows that allicin helps lower cholesterol and blood pressure and also helps prevents blood clots. Garlic can also reduce the risk of developing atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries). Compounds in this familiar bulb kill many organisms, including bacteria and viruses that cause earaches, flu and colds. Research indicates that garlic is also effective against digestive ailments and diarrhea. What’s more, further studies suggest that this common and familiar herb may help prevent the onset of cancers.
‘This chemical has been known for a long time for its anti-bacterial and anti-fungal powers,’ says Helen Bond, a Derbyshire-based consultant dietitian and spokeswoman for the British Dietetic Association.
‘Because of this, people assume it is going to boost their immune systems. Lots of people are simply mashing up garlic, mixing it with olive oil and spreading it on bread.
‘But how or whether it may actually work has still not been proven categorically.’
Indeed, scientists remain divided on garlic’s ability to combat colds and flu. Last March, a major investigation by the respected global research organisation, the Cochrane Database, found that increasing your garlic intake during winter can cut the duration of cold symptoms — from five-and-a-half days to four-and-a-half.
But the report, which amalgamated all previous scientific studies on garlic, said it could not draw solid conclusions because there is a lack of large-scale, authoritative research.
The problem is that pharmaceutical companies are not interested in running huge, expensive trials — as they would with promising new drug compounds — because there is nothing in garlic that they can patent, package and sell at a profit.

Modified Garlic Soup Recipe

Serves 4
26 garlic cloves (unpeeled)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) organic butter (grass fed)
1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
1/2 cup fresh ginger
2 1/4 cups sliced onions
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
26 garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 cup coconut milk
3 1/2 cups organic vegetable broth
4 lemon wedges
Preheat oven to 350F. Place 26 garlic cloves in small glass baking dish. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and toss to coat. Cover baking dish tightly with foil and bake until garlic is golden brown and tender, about 45 minutes. Cool. Squeeze garlic between fingertips to release cloves. Transfer cloves to small bowl.
Melt butter in heavy large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions, thyme, ginger and cayenne powder and cook until onions are translucent, about 6 minutes. Add roasted garlic and 26 raw garlic cloves and cook 3 minutes. Add vegetable broth; cover and simmer until garlic is very tender, about 20 minutes. Working in batches, puree soup in blender until smooth. Return soup to saucepan; add coconut milk and bring to simmer. Season with sea salt and pepper for flavour.
Squeeze juice of 1 lemon wedge into each bowl and serve.
Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Rewarm over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

If garlic were found to be a wonder drug, consumers could simply buy it in the supermarket for 30p a bulb or grow their own in the garden.
Nevertheless, garlic has a long and proud tradition as a medicine. The Ancient Egyptians recommended it for 22 ailments. In a papyrus dated 1500BC, the labourers who built the pyramids ate it to increase their stamina and keep them healthy.
The Ancient Greeks advocated garlic for everything from curing infections, and lung and blood disorders to healing insect bites and even treating leprosy.
The Romans fed it to soldiers and sailors to improve their endurance. Dioscorides, the personal physician to Emperor Nero, wrote a five-volume treatise extolling its virtues.
One of the most interesting of the recent findings is that garlic increases the overall antioxidant levels of the body. Scientifically known as Allium sativa, garlic has been famous throughout history for its ability to fight off viruses and bacteria. Louis Pasteur noted in 1858 that bacteria died when they were doused with garlic. From the Middle Ages on, garlic has been used to treat wounds, being ground or sliced and applied directly to wounds to inhibit the spread of infection. The Russians refer to garlic as Russian penicillin.
More recently, researchers have unearthed evidence to show garlic may help us to stay hale and hearty in a number of ways.
Last June, nutrition scientists at the University of Florida found eating garlic can boost the number of T-cells in the bloodstream. These play a vital role in strengthening our immune systems and fighting viruses.
And pharmacologists at the University of California found that allicin — the active ingredient in garlic that contributes to bad breath — is an infection-killer.
Allicin also makes our blood vessels dilate, improving blood flow and helping to tackle cardiovascular problems such as high cholesterol.
An Australian study of 80 patients published last week in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition reported that diets high in garlic may reduce high blood pressure.
In 2007, dentists in Brazil found that gargling with garlic water (made by steeping crushed garlic cloves in warm, but not boiling, water) can kill the germs that cause tooth decay and gum disease.
But they hit a snag: the volunteers refused to continue the experiment, complaining that the garlic gargle made them feel sick. Looking at the garlic soup recipe certainly made me feel queasy. Still, it gave me an excuse to use up my ample supply of garlic.
Though last year’s awful weather caused crop failures on my allotment, I enjoyed a bumper harvest of garlic.
Among its many other virtues, garlic kills slugs and snails. Researchers from the University of Newcastle believe it contains oils that may cripple the nervous systems of these slimy creatures.
There are two schools of thought as to the best way of preparing garlic to make the most of its medicinal qualities.
Argentinian investigators found it releases its allicin-type compounds when you bake the cloves, while scientists at South Carolina Medical University believe peeling garlic and letting it sit uncovered for 15 minutes produces the highest levels of compounds to fight infection.
So you can simply peel half of the garlic cloves and roast the other half with the kitchen door tightly closed (to stop the pong permeating throughout the house).
After an hour-and-a-quarter’s industrious soup-making, sprinkle lemon juice over a bowl of steaming, grey gloop and tuck in.
The heady aroma certainly revs up the appetite and the first spoonful does not disappoint. Delicious as it is, however, one large bowl of home-made soup is a more than ample meal.
As for the soup’s cold-preventing powers, only time will tell. Regular bowlfuls may very well keep me free of winter ailments, thanks to the virus-killing compounds they contain.
Or it could just be that my nuclear-strength garlic breath will keep everyone who is infectious far out of sneezing range for months to come.

8 Science-Based Benefits of Cannabis-Based CBD Oil (The Government Won't Tell You About)

[Last updated 11th October, 2018]
CBD oil is a natural remedy derived from the cannabis plant.
As the source of both marijuana and hemp, any substance made from cannabis immediately raises concerns around its legality and safety.
However, certain components of the cannabis plant can be beneficial for health and healing, without getting you “high”.
CBD oil contains one of those powerful components. It’s become a hot topic among natural health circles who claim it can help with everything from chronic pain relief to cancer.
Here we breakdown what CBD oil is, its best uses, and what the early science can tell us about its reported benefits.

What is CBD Oil?

What is CBD Oil?
Also known as cannibidiol, CBD is 1 of over 100cannabinoid compounds found in the cannabis plant.
Cannabinoid compounds are substances that bind to receptors throughout the body and brain.
Once extracted from the plant, CBD is then diluted with a carrier oil, like coconut or olive oil. It can also be extracted from hemp, a form of cannabis used for industrial purposes.
cannibidiol cbd oil
Unlike marijuana, CBD oil does not contain THC, the mind-altering compound that gives you the feeling of being high. That means CBD oil does not get you “high” or alter your state of mind.
The use of cannabis for medicinal purposes is not a new concept either. In fact, cannabis has a long medical history dating as far back as 2900 B.C. in China (1).

How is CBD Oil Different from Hemp Seed Oil and Cannabis Oil?

It’s easy to confuse CBD from other cannabis-based oils, but there are significant differences.
  • Hemp Seed Oil: The seeds of industrial hemp are cold-pressed to create a nutty-like oil. Only small traces of cannabinoids, including CBD, are present. Hemp seed oil is high in monounsaturated fats and vitamin E. It’s used for cooking, skin-care products and bio-fuels.
  • Cannabis OilCannabis oil is typically made from marijuana with a high THC percentage. Therefore, it must be purchased in an area where marijuana is legal or can be obtained with a prescription. The amounts of compounds, including CBD and THC, will drastically vary from product to product. Commercially produced cannabis oils will have more controlled concentrations of CBD and THC for medical purposes.

Full Spectrum CBD vs. CBD Isolate

One more distinction you may see on CBD oil products is whether it’s full spectrum or isolate.
Full spectrum or whole plant CBD contains all other 100+ cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant, including trace amounts (up to 0.3%) of THC, whereas CBD isolate contains 100% CBD.
While research is still limited, one study did find that the full spectrum form was a more effective anti-inflammatory than pure CBD, at least in mice (2).
Summary: Cannibidiol or CBD is a major compound found in the cannabis plant. It’s extracted from marijuana or hemp, then diluted in oil to create CBD oil. Unlike marijuana or cannabis oil, it does not contain THC, the psychoactive part of the plant that gives you the feeling of being high.

The Potential Health Benefits of CBD Oil

The Potential Health Benefits of CBD Oil
Advocates claim CBD oil can help with a variety of conditions, including chronic pain, anxiety, depression, acne and even cancer.
Because of cannabis’ long-time status as an illegal Schedule 1 drug, research on CBD oil is still in its infancy. Here’s what we know now.

1. CBD Oil May Relieve Chronic Pain

CBD Oil May Relieve Chronic Pain
Early research has shown promising results for the use of CBD oil in relieving chronic pain.
Many studies have found that CBD can reduce joint inflammation and other inflammatory pain in rats, without side effects. This may point to potential relief from arthritis in humans (3).
In fact, one of the first trials of Sativex, a medicine that contains both CBD and THC, reported significant improvement in pain and sleep quality in 58 rheumatoid arthritis patients (4).
The same medicine showed a notable reduction in pain and muscle spasms in a small group of people with Multiple Sclerosis.
Analyzing several trials and studies, a 2017 report concluded that adults treated with cannabis or cannabinoids, like CBD, are likely to experience a significant reduction in chronic pain symptoms (5).
The same report found a notable decrease in opioid use in pain patients taking medical cannabis.

2. CBD Oil Reduces Anxiety and Depression

Fascinating Science-Based Benefits of Cannabis-Based CBD Oil
There is some indication that CBD oil could help treat anxiety and depression.
This is thought to be caused by CBD’s ability to activate the brain receptors for serotonin, the neurotransmitter that regulates mood, as well as appetite and sleep.
In various animal studies, CBD has shown notable anti-anxiety and antidepressant-like effects (678).
Unfortunately, the limited research done on humans has only looked at very small populations.
One study examined CBD’s effect on anxiety brought on by public speaking. With a group of 60 people, they found that CBD showed anti-anxiety effects, but only in specific doses. Too much or too little didn’t seem to work (9).
A case study on a child with post-traumatic stress disorder found that CBD oil helped safely reduce her anxiety and improve her sleep (10).
On the other hand, a 2017 analysis of six case reports and seven trials, covering 201 subjects, found no evidence of CBD’s effect on major depressive and bipolar disorders. However, they did see some positive effects for those with social anxiety disorder (11).
There are some other dietary components thought to influence depression here.

3. CBD Oil Alleviates Cancer Symptoms and May Have Anti-Tumor Effects

CBD Oil Alleviates Cancer Symptoms and May Have Anti-Tumor Effects
Both the American Cancer Society and theNational Cancer Institute recognize CBD oil’s potential in slowing and reducing the spread of cancer cells.
While they emphasize that CBD is not a cure, plenty of research shows it can be highly beneficial in inhibiting the progression of many types of cancer, including breast, lung, prostate and colon cancer (12).
CBD is also effective in lowering cancer-related pain, as well as nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy.

4. Reduces Seizures in Epilepsy

Much of the research on CBD has looked at its seizure-reducing effects on two rare forms of childhood-onset epilepsy, Lennox-Gastaut syndrome and Dravet syndrome.
In fact, the FDA just approved the first prescription cannabis drug, called Epidiolex, for these two forms of epilepsy (13).

5. Displays Antipsychotic Properties

Other research has focused on CBD’s antipsychotic properties and its role in patients with schizophrenia and Parkinson’s disease (1415).

6. Helps Treat Substance Abuse

Interestingly, CBD actually counteracts the psychoactive properties of THC, meaning it may help those addicted to marijuana.
In similar studies, it’s been shown to help with addiction to other substances like tobacco, alcohol and even heroin (161718).

7. Lowers Risk of Diabetes & Heart Disease

Some scientists also believe that CBD could have the potential to help treat type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease because of its anti-inflammatory properties.
It did appear to lower the incidence of diabetes in mice (19).

8. Improves Skin Health

Aside from its inner workings, CBD may even help reduce acne.
In fact, it may be more effective than vitamin C and E in improving skin conditions (20).
Summary: Early research has found that CBD oil has the potential to reduce chronic pain, anxiety, depression and acne, and may help those overcoming addiction. Its anti-inflammatory properties may also play a role in lowering the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease. It has even shown anti-tumor effects and could be effective in inhibiting the progression of cancer and its related symptoms.

Is CBD Oil Safe?

Is CBD Oil Safe?
CBD oil is generally safe, and even chronic use at high doses has shown to be well tolerated by humans (21).
However, you may experience some mild side effects, including:
  • Tiredness
  • Dry mouth
  • Low blood pressure
  • Lightheadedness
  • Nausea (this may be due to the carrier oil used)
  • Changes in appetite and/or weight (22).
There may also be potential interaction with other medicines. Be sure to discuss with your doctor the use of CBD oil alongside any prescription medications.

Most CBD Oil is Not Regulated

Keep in mind that CBD oil is not yet approved by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA).
This means any product containing CBD is not regulated, and you could end up purchasing an oil that is mislabeled or of bad quality.
In fact, a recent study analyzed 84 CBD oil products sold online and found that nearly 70% contained either more or less CBD than the label indicated.
Traces of THC (the compound that makes you “high”) were also detected in over 20% of the products, some enough to produce intoxication, especially in children (23).
Summary: CBD oil, even in high doses, is safe, though you may experience mild side effects like tiredness, lightheadedness and changes in appetite or weight. Since CBD is not approved by the FDA, products on the market may be mislabeled or of bad quality.

Is CBD Oil Legal?

Is CBD Oil Legal?
Yes, CBD oil is legal in all 50 states of the U.S., Canada, and all of Europe (except for Slovakia).
Those in Australia can only obtain CBD oil via prescription.
However, the legality of your CBD product depends on its source and where you live.
If the CBD is derived from the hemp plant, which contains no more than 0.3% THC, it’s legal across the board. On the other hand, if it comes from marijuana, which can contain as much as 30% THC, it’s illegal in most states without a prescription.
Each state has its own laws, which are constantly in flux. Some have specific restrictions on the plant’s THC levels or its medical purpose. This is a good resource to find updated CBD laws by state.
Summary: CBD oil is legal throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe (except for Slovakia), as long as its extracted from the hemp (not marijuana) plant, which contains less than 0.3% THC.

Where Is CBD Oil Sold and How Do You Use It?

Where Is CBD Oil Sold and How Do You Use It?
Finding and purchasing CBD oil is easy if you live in an area where it’s legal.
The majority of CBD products can be found online and shipped to all 50 states and 40 countries.
When choosing your CBD oil online be sure to carefully look over customer reviews and the company’s background. Stay clear of any product that claims to be a cure-all.
You can also find CBD oil products at specialty retail spots like natural health stores and smoke shops, as well as medical cannabis dispensaries.

How Do You Use CBD Oil?

CBD is available in a number of different forms.
You can ingest it orally through capsules, syrups and teas, or add a drop of the oil to a smoothie, tea or baked goods.
You can also place a drop of CBD oil or an alcohol-based tincture directly on your tongue. This allows your body to absorb the CBD faster.
To address pain or skin issues, like acne, eczemaor psoriasis, applying CBD oil topically with a lotion or cream is best. You can even find CBD-containing body washes, shampoos and conditioners.
CBD can also be inhaled through an e-cigarette, vape pen or vaporizer. Vaporizing keeps the oil pure, preventing any harmful by-products, and can enter your bloodstream quickly.
Little is known about proper dosing, but it will depend on the individual and the ailment. There are sites that offer CBD dosage calendars, to give you a good idea of where to start.
Summary: Several CBD oils and CBD-based products, including capsules and topical creams, can be purchased online or at health food stores, smoke shops or cannabis dispensaries.

Should You Try CBD Oil?

A potent compound extracted from the cannabis (marijuana or hemp) plant, CBD already has plenty of stigma around it.
However, it does not contain THC, the substance in marijuana that gets you “high.” Because of this, CBD oil is legal and can be easily bought online or at specialty stores in the U.S., Canada and most of Europe.
Its various potential health benefits are impressive. Early research has found that CBD oil can help reduce chronic pain, anxiety, depression and even aid those struggling with substance abuse.
CBD also has shown anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects, meaning it could be effective in lowering the risk of diabetes, cardiovascular disease and even cancer.
And it can do all of this with few side effects.
However, because of marijuana’s long-time status as an illegal drug, research—especially on humans—is still in its infancy. It’s also important to note that studies focusing purely on CBD are lacking even more so.
That said, many claim to have found significant relief with the use of CBD oil, especially when other medications haven’t worked.
Overall, CBD oil is safe. And while it may not get you “high,” it could offer some much-needed pain relief—which is just as good, right?

Top 10 natural antibiotics hidden in your kitchen!

Top 10 natural antibiotics hidden in your kitchen!

Hippocrates said,  "Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food". Never is this more true than provide what your body needs to fight infection.
In recent decades, the overuse of antibiotics has reached a record high. The result has been drug -resistant bacteria and "superbugs" that evolve faster than scientists can discover how to combat them A future where bacteria are on top of the food chain is not unknown.
Long before there were pharmaceutical antibiotics developed in the 1940s, there were foods and herbs that helped to prevent infection and disease daily. Many of these natural defenders are still in use today with holistic healers worldwide.
These natural antibiotics are available for you right now!
Instead of waiting until you get sick or discover that drugs do not work in any strain of virus or illness you have, you can start developing your immune system in advance.
These foods and herbs have not lost their ability to fight bacteria. Insects do not become immune or resistant to them. For hundreds of years until modern times, what worked then still it works today.
They are known as "astringents" food: their blood cleaned naturally without harmful side effects or alter the delicate balance of good bacteria in your body.

The ten best natural antibiotics

1. Garlic: the
raw garlic when crushed or chewed contains a compound called allicin, which has similar properties to penicillin.
This member of the onion family is super antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antiparasitic, antifungal and antioxidant (eliminates free radicals been shown to cause cancer).
For more than seven millennia, it has been used internally and externally to treat minor ailments to serious illnesses.
Everything from colds and inflammation to serious infections is minimized and / or eliminated with the addition of garlic, and for those who do not enjoy the taste, there are also supplements. See supplements "aged" garlic for best results.
Garlic is not only powerful, but it contains a lot of vitamins, nutrients and minerals that are beneficial to the overall well being of the body. Not to mention that the cost is pennies compared to doctor visits and prescriptions!
2. Honey: the
ancient Romans used honey on the battlefield to treat wounds and prevent infection.
Civilizations around the world continue to view honey as one of the best natural antibiotics, antimicrobials, anti-inflammatories and antiseptics known to man after thousands of years.
It has been found that manuka honey from New Zealand has the highest levels of antioxidants and healing powers.
An enzyme found in honey releases hydrogen peroxide. This process helps your body fight infections and prevents the growth of bacteria. Relieves digestive system, honey removes toxins from the blood and helps the liver to function more efficiently.
A great boost to the immune system, consider combining honey with cinnamon to strengthen your white blood cells! Raw and organic honey is the best choice since most of pasteurization methods eliminate antioxidant effects.
