Israel is responsible for the deadly attack in Egypt

The leader of the Iraqi Sadr Movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, blames the Israeli regime for the terrorist attack that left at least 305 dead in Egypt.

"The common enemy, in particular Israel, is the main actor and the greatest instigator of these aggressions," insists the Iraqi cleric in a statement published on Saturday on his own website. Similarly, it urges the government of Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi to  "limit Israeli influence"  on the common border and impose restrictions on its embassy in Cairo, the capital, so that it can not support the terrorists. With those words, Al-Sadr has condemned the deadly terrorist attack that shook the mosque of the village of Al-Rawdah in the Sinai peninsula (northeast) on Friday and expressed its condolences to the families of  the victims .

The leader of the Sadr Movement has also called on Cairo to confront the "terrorism and extremism" that targets all religions, thereby protecting "its people and freedom of belief." "Targeting the faithful in this way is a clear sign of sectarianism and its propagation," lamented the Iraqi cleric, warning, in turn, of "a new escalation of terrorism" in the region. Finally, he has expressed his willingness to cooperate "with all his heart" with Egypt in the "terrorist" attack. From Iraq and the holy city of Najaf (south) we are "completely ready" to cooperate with you to alleviate the suffering of the victims, he said at last. In addition to Al-Sadr, other characters and countries  have condemned

 





 the aforementioned attacks in Egypt, which - in the opinion of the Iranian Foreign Ministry - represent a new effort by the Takfiri groups to "return to make an appearance" after suffering a genuine  failure in other countries of the region .
