GETTY
January 2017. In Geneva (Switzerland) peace talks between Greece and Turkey held  on Cyprus , led by the United Nations. As head of the European Union comes the president of the Commission, Luxembourg  's Jean-Claude Juncker . Its state during the meeting, however, was far from adequate for the issue was being addressed.
That's at least  what diplomatic sources have to British newspaper  The Sun , which on Friday published a report in which ensures that Juncker gave the note to attend the meeting drunk.
"I was like a Cuba. His behavior was very strange and quite embarrassing"
"I was like a Cuba," said one of those present at the meeting, who explains that Juncker "went crashing" with furniture that was "very affectionate" with some of the female staff of the summit. "His behavior was very strange and quite embarrassing for everyone," he added.

It is not the first time a strange behavior (not to mention uncomfortable) to Juncker is observed. In May 2013, during a summit in Riga (Latvia),  President of the Commission gave a show during reception of the various European leaders .
Juncker, visibly happy and active, he not stopped making gestures and effusively greet his colleagues, to the point of slapping more than one. The most striking story was when he received the Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, with a "here comes the dictator" and mimicking the Nazi salute with his right hand.
