Dear Rajoy, the only thing clear is that Spain will lose 19% of GDP.

Rajoy numbers to scare the Catalans invented, but the only certainty is the weight of the Catalan economy in Spain. Catalonia's independence will represent a loss of 19% of GDP in Spain. And 25% of tourism, 25% of exports, 23% of trade in goods ...Speaking of trade in goods, Catalunya Spain purchase worth 20,903 million ( see table here ). And Spain Catalonia 38,802 million.If both states made 100% boycott that would represent a loss for Catalunya of 17,899 million euros. That is, Catalunya lose 13% of trade in goods or 8% of GDP provided they do not seek other markets (something that makes since the boycott of cava, getting that trade abroad has risen from 27% of total 48% ...).

He says that Catalonia would not receive EU aid ...

Catalunya is net Contributing to the EU.

materials workers of Catalan companies to transform Spain (often for no charge and
I know from experience ...). 

12,683 million euros is the negative balance of Catalunya with the outside ... Believe
it or not, Catalunya is a good customer, buying out (Spain + World) almost worth
100,000 million euros ... sure the economy the EU is losing this good customer
that also would be willing to contribute within the EU and pay part of the Spanish
debt ... Other details to consider are: -Catalonia represents 29% of what you buy
outside Spain ... -The EU is 20% of the world economy. Yes, it seems

And, of course, Rajoy insisted that independence will only affect Catalunya ...



In any case remember Catalunya and currently undergoes trauma . One for the Catalans
