Millo recognizes that the witch hunt continues against charges of the Generalitat

'When it is detected or it is discovered that a person has acted against the law, if it is a high position, it is separated from its responsibility', said Millo

The delegate of the Spanish government in Catalonia, Enric Millo, acknowledged that the Rajoy government continues to dismiss the charges of the Generalitat if it receives information that participated in the organization of the referendum. This was already known and the dismissal of the director of the Institute of Public Safety of Catalonia (ISPC), the Catalan Police School, Annabel Marcos, demonstrates this. But so far no representative of the Spanish government had verbalized it openly.

'When it is detected or it is discovered that a person has acted against the law, if it is a high position, it is separated from its responsibility', said Millo to the microphones of 'The morning of Catalunya Ràdio'. And Mònica Terribas asked: 'But does not a judge have to decide?' And Millo was clear: 'No, because the decision on a possible position corresponds to the Spanish government.'

Following the application of article 155, the Spanish government has the power to make and undo within the Catalan administration. In addition to the band Annabel Marcos, the secretary of Public Administration and Citizen Attention of the Generalitat, Antoni Molons, also dismissed. The Civil Guard scrambled at his house and his office at the Palau de la Generalitat during some diligences ordered by the Barcelona court in search of a supposed use of public funds for the referendum.
