Leaked documents show how US AND GULF COUNTRIES SUPPLIED WEAPONS TO TERRORISTS USING diplomatic cover

A recent report by the Bulgarian journalist Dilyana Gaytandzhieva entitled "350 diplomats flights carrying weapons to terrorists" , could have revealed a secret program to provide weapons to terrorists in Iraq and Syria, as well as anti-Houthi militants in Yemen.
The report Gaytandzhieva states that the documents leaked by anonymous sources show that the airline Azberbaijan Silk Way Airlines, was hired by US companies, Israel and the Balkans, for the armed forces of Saudi Arabia, UAE and Special Forces US.
Gaytandzhieva own reporting on the ground also found many weapons related to this secret trade in Aleppo after he traveled there to investigate the story.
Although the report Gaytandzhieva has months of life, it acquired greater importance in alternative media after it was revealed he was subsequently questioned by the intelligence services of Bulgaria and then fired from his newspaper because the publication of the story.
Gaytandzhieva reports that at least 350 diplomatic flights of Silk Way Airlines (an Azerbaijani state company) transported weapons worldwide to various war zones over the past three years. Gaytandzhieva says that documents implicating Silk Way Airlines were sent to him on Twitter for "Anonymous Bulgaria" .
Reports that the documents include correspondence between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria and the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Bulgaria. Also they include documents that were attached requesting authorization to overfly and / or land in Bulgaria and many other countries in Europe and in the United States, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Turkey, among others.
According Gaytandzhieva, the documents show that Silk Way Airlines offers diplomatic flights to private companies and arms manufacturers in Israel, the Balkans and the United States and the Arab States, KSA, military and Special Operations Command United Emirates States (USSOCOM). The airline also offered his services to the military in Germany and Denmark and Sweden in Afghanistan in Iraq.
According Gaytandzhieva, diplomats flights were used because they are exempt from checks, bills and air taxes.
For that reason, says the Silk Way Airlines aircraft carrying "hundreds of tons of arms to different parts of the world without regulation" and free of charge. The reporter writes that the planes made stops ranging from a few hours to a whole day without logical reason, ie repair, refueling, etc., demonstrating that the planes were transporting weapons as the main mission.
Gaytandzhieva writes that the International Air Transport Association (IATA) requires "Dangerous Goods Regulations, operators, carriers of dangerous goods transport prohibited civil aircraft, must apply for exemption for the transport of dangerous goods by air" .
The journalist states that, according to the documents received, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan sent instructions to its embassies in Bulgaria and other European countries requesting diplomatic clearance for flights of Silk Way Airlines. Then embassies sent diplomatic notes to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the host countries to apply for exemption. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs then return a signed note from the local civil aviation authorities granting the waiver required for air transport of dangerous goods.
According to the documents and the report, these requests included information on the type and quantity of goods on board, listed as "heavy weapons and ammunition , " writes Gaytandzhieva, "the authorities responsible for many countries (Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Turkey, Germany, United Kingdom, Greece, etc.) ". They have turned a blind eye and allowed flights diplomats for transporting tons of weapons, carried out by civil aircraft for military needs " .
CONNECTING WITH US
The main program customers ' flights for weapons " appear to be US companies that supply weapons to the military and the Special Operations Command US.
However, in cases addressing Gaytandzhieva, all weapons are transported weapons "non - standard" , ie those that are not used by the armed forces or special operations in the United States.
According to the "record of federal contracts" , US companies were awarded contracts per billion dollars in the last three years under a program of "supplies of non - US standard weapons" ; according to documents reviewed by Gaytanzhieva, all these companies used Silk Way Airlines to transport weapons.
In some cases where Silk Way Airlines was too busy to accommodate boarding, aircraft of the Air Force of Azerbaijan were used to transport the weapons.
However, weapons never came to Azerbaijan.
Gaytanzhieva writes,
The leaked documents include Embassy striking examples of transporting weapons.
An example: May 12, 2015, an aircraft of the Air Forces of Azerbaijan transported 7.9 tons of PG-7V and 10 tons of PG-9V to the supposed destination via Burgas (Bulgaria) -Incirlik (Turkey) route - Burgas-Nasosny (Azerbaijan).
The consignor was the American company Purple Shovel, and the consignee, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
However, according to the documents, the military cargo was unloaded at the military base of Incirlik and never reached the consignee. The weapons were sold by the company Purple Shovel construction of the Bulgarian military plant VMZ, Bulgaria.
According to the federal registration of contracts in December 2014 USSOCOM signed a $ 26.7 million with Purple Shovel. Bulgaria was indicated as the country of origin of the weapons.
On June 6, 2015, an American 41-year-old Francis Norvello, that employee Purple Shovel, died in an explosion when a Granada propelled rocket malfunctioned on a military shooting range near the village of Anevo in Bulgaria .
Two other Americans and two Bulgarians were also wounded. The US Embassy in Bulgaria issued a statement announcing that the contractors of the US government were working on a US military program to train and equip moderate rebels in Syria.
This resulted in the US ambassador. UU. Sofia was immediately removed from his post. The same weapons as those provided by Purple Shovel were not used by the moderate rebels in Syria.
In December last year, while covering the battle of Aleppo as a correspondent for Bulgarian media, found and filmed in September filled underground storage of heavy weapons with Bulgaria as its country of origin.
They were used by the Al-Nusra Front (Al Qaeda affiliate in Syria designated as a terrorist organization by the UN).
Another US contractor participating in the same program for standard non-US military supplies is Orbital ATK. This company received $ 250 million in the last two years. Information on the type of weapons and who are supplied, it is classified.
The weapons were exported by IGMAN jj Konjic, (Bosnia and Herzegovina) on behalf of Orbital ATK. The recipient was the Afghan National Police. Interestingly, all these weapons had diplomatic flights and technical landings stop 7 h 30 minutes Baku (Azerbaijan) before your final destination, Afghanistan.
Azerbaijani military aircraft carried 282 tons of cargo (PG-7VL and other grenades) in 10 diplomats flights in April and May 2017 to the destination Baku-Rijeka (Croatia) -Bakú. The consignor was the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, and the consignee, Culmen International LLC, USA.
This same company has been awarded two contracts (47 million each) along with other contractors for supplies of non-US standard weapons on 18 February 2016 and 19 April 2017 respectively.
Culmen International LLC has also signed a $ 26.7 million foreign weapons with the Department of Defense and a $ 3.9 million non-standard weapons recently manufactured in the United States.
Chemring Military Products is another prime contractor on the program of non-US supplies for the US military through diplomatic Silk Way Airlines flights from standard weapons. This military supplier has 4 contracts totaling $ 302.8 million. The weapons were bought from local manufacturers in Serbia, Bulgaria and Romania, according to documents transported to Iraq and Afghanistan via diplomatic flights.
One of those flights in particular the October 18, 2016, carrying 15.5 tons of 122mm rockets purchased by Chemring in Belgrade (Serbia), was diverted from its destination, Kabul, and landed in Lahore (Pakistan). After a stop of 2 hours, the plane took off to Afghanistan. The only possible explanation for the extension of the flight is the discharge thousand kilometers in Pakistan, although the documents indicate that the cargo was destined for Afghanistan.
The largest provider of non-US standard weapons the US military is Alliant Techsystems Operations-USA, with contracts totaling 490.4 million dollars.
In December 2016, the company transported tons of grenades (API 23 × 115 mm, HE 23 × 115 mm, GSH 23 × 115 mm) from Yugoimport, Serbia, to the Afghan Defense Ministry in diplomatic flights to the destination Baku-Belgrade -Kabul.
SAUDI CONNECTION
The United States is by no means the sole sponsor of Silk Way Airlines business and diplomatic cover in arms transfers.
According to research by Gaytanzhieva, they were used up to 23 flights carrying weapons diplomats from Bulgaria, Serbia and Azerbaijan to the Saudi cities of Riyadh and Jeddah.
Consignees were included in the list as a military plant VMC and Transmobile of Bulgaria, Serbia and Yugoimport in CIHAZ in Azerbaijan, according to the documents.
It should be noted that it is clear that the Kosovo Security Agency did not buy these weapons for himself because it only uses Western weapons.
It seems obvious that, if the documents are accurate, the weapons were to be channeled to terrorists in Syria and Yemen.
KSA also supplies weapons to southern Africa, where wars, civil wars, warlords and terror are common because of the huge amounts of natural wealth of the region.
Gaytanzhieva writes,
On 28 April and 12 May this year, Silk Way Airlines made two diplomats flights from Baku to Burgas-Jeddah-Brazzaville (Republic of Congo).
Saudi Arabia paid the military cargo aboard both flights, according to the leaked documents from the Embassy of Azerbaijan to Bulgarian sources. The aircraft made a technical landing at Jeddah airport with a stop 12 hours 30 minutes for the first flight and 14 h for the second.
The aircraft was loaded with mortars and antitank grenades including SPG-9 and GP-25. These same weapons were discovered by the Iraqi army a month ago in a warehouse of the Islamic State of Mosul.
Jihadists of the Islamic State are also seen using those heavy weapons in propaganda videos posted online by the terrorist group. Interestingly, the consignee contained in transport documents, however, is the Republican Guard of Congo.
Coyote machineguns 12.7 × 108mm appeared in videos and photos published online by militant groups Idlib and Hama province in Syria. The same type of weapon was carried in a diplomatic flight via Turkey and Saudi Arabia a few months earlier.
In February and March 2017, Saudi Arabia received 350 tons of weapons in diplomatic flights of Silk Way bound for Baku-Belgrade-Prince Sultan-Baku route. Cargo included 27,350 psc. Plamen-rockets to 128 mm and 10 000 units of 122mm Grad rockets. The consignor was Tehnoremont Temerin, Serbia via Fameway Investment LTD in Cyprus.
On March 5, 2016, an aircraft of the Air Force of Azerbaijan transported 1700 units RPG-7 (consignor: Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan) and 2500 parts PG-7VM (issuer: TRANSMOBIL Ltd., Bulgaria) for Ministry of Defense of Saudi Arabia.
Diplomats flights from Burgas Airport to Airport Prince Sultan on 18 and 28 February 2017, each carried 5,080 pieces PG-7V 40 mm RPG-7 and 24978 pieces of RGD-5. The weapons were exported by Transmobile, Bulgaria, the Ministry of Defense of Saudi Arabia. Such ammunition and RPG-7 originating in Bulgaria can often be seen in videos filmed and published by the Islamic State in its propaganda channels.
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES CONNECTION
The UAE also use Western standard weapons for their armies.
However, it is also another country that bought non-standard weapons apparently were transferred to a third party.
Dilyana Gaytandzhieva
Gaytanzhieva writes,
Dentre three flights Burgas-Abu Dhabi-Swaihan in March and April 2017, Silk Way transported 10.8 tons of ammunition HEAT PG7VM 40 mm RPG-7 on each flight technical landing and 2 hour stop in Abu Dhabi .
The exporter is Samel-90, Bulgaria, the importer was Al Tuff International Company LLC.
The latter company is involved with Orbital ATK LLC, which is the subsidiary of the Middle East of US military company Orbital ATK. Although the ultimate recipient is the United Arab Emirates Army, flight documents reveal that the sponsoring party is Saudi Arabia.
Gaytanzhieva informs that on February 26, 2016, an aircraft of the Air Force took off from Baku Azerbaijan and landed in the United Arab Emirates.
At this point, he loaded two armored vehicles and a Lexus.
Payment, according to documents "request for liquidation" showed that the payment was made in cash in US dollars.
The plane landed in northern Sudan and the next day landed in the Republic of Congo.
Safe contained exporter Cage Armor Works FZ LLC., And the Republican Guard of Congo as receiving entity. Saudi Arabia was the sponsoring party.
White phosphorus
Although not specifically considered a "chemical weapon" in the traditional sense, white phosphorus is in fact a chemical agent.
It is used largely to create smokescreens, but there is a psychological element, since contact with white phosphorus produces deep burns of first, second and third extremely painful degree.
The use of white phosphorus in densely populated civilian areas is prohibited by international law. In fact, white phosphorus is only allowed if the agent is used to mask or disguise. If used as a weapon, it is prohibited as a chemical weapon under the Chemical Weapons Convention.
With that in mind, Gaytanzhieva writes,
White phosphorus is an incendiary weapon whose use is highly controversial because of the fatal damage it can cause.
On March 31, 2015, Silk Way transported 26 tons of military cargo, including white phosphorus, from Serbia (exporter: Yugoimport) and 63 tonnes from Bulgaria (export: Arsenal).
On March 22 another 100 tons of white phosphorus were exported from Yugoimport, Belgrade, Kabul. no contract documents such flights is not attached.
On May 2, 2015, Silk Way aircraft loaded 17 tons of ammunition, including white phosphorus, in the Burgas airport. The exporter was Dunarit, Bulgaria. The plane made a technical landing and 4-hour stop in Baku before reaching its final destination in Kabul.
The consignee was the Afghan police. no contract proof is not attached.
BAKU, AZERBAIJAN: THE SECRET OF TRAFFIC CENTER WEAPONS IN THE WORLD
Although the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan usually listed as recipient of the weapons, not usually received weapons planned to get.
For example, according Gaytanzhieva, on May 6, 2015, an Azerbaijani military aircraft flew to Burgas, Bulgaria, Turkey and Incirlik then back to Burgas. That flight was carrying aviation equipment from Bulgaria to Turkey with EMCO LTD, Sofia, included in the list as consignor and the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan included as consignee. However, the cargo was unloaded in Turkey and never landed in Azerbaijan.
Gaytanzhieva claims that some of the weapons carried by Azeri diplomats flights were used by Azerbaijan against Nagorno Karabakh, disputed with Armenia.
In 2016, Azerbaijan accused Armenia of using white phosphorus, but Armenia refused the Azeri allegations. Armenia accused Azerbaijan of inventing the story for propaganda purposes. In fact, the only evidence that Azerbaijan could present, was a dud Granada discovered by Azerbaijani soldiers. He also claims that the documents of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Sofia, Bulgaria, show that white phosphorus weapons were transported in a diplomatic flight via Baku in 2015.
Gaytanzhieva writes,
Baku plays the role of an international center for weapons.
Many of the flights made technical landings stops a few hours at the airport in Baku or other intermediaries airports en route to their final destinations.
In addition, these types of aircraft flying to the same destinations tend not to make technical landings. Therefore, a landing for refueling is required.
Despite this, aircraft of Silk Way Airlines, constantly made technical landing.
An example: in December 2015 Silk Way made 14 flights with 40 tons of weapons on each flight to Ostrava (Czech Republic) -Ovda (Israel) -Nososny (Azerbaijan).
The exporter is not mentioned in the documents, while the receiver is consistently the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
Strangely, the aircraft was diverted and landed at Ovda airport (a military base in southern Israel), where he remained for 2 hours.
In 2017, there were 5 flights from Nish (Serbia) via Ovda (Israel) to Nasosny (Azerbaijan).
Each flight 44 tons of cargo transported - SPG howitzer, RM-70/85. The cosigner is MSM Martin, Serbia, consignee: Elbit Systems, Israel, and the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
All aircraft landed in Israel and remained two hours en route to Azerbaijan.
The same Israeli company Elbit Systems on a flight from Brno (Czech Republic) via Tel Aviv (Israel) to Bratislava (Slovakia) re-exported armored personnel carriers (VP31 TATRA T-815, T-815 TATRA VPR9).
They were sent by Real Trade, Prague Elbit Systems.
However, the final recipient is the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
The plane landed in Tel Aviv and then in Bratislava, where the cargo was imported by another company - MSM Martin, Slovakia.
It is unclear why the plane flew from Europe to Asia and then returned to Europe with the same load on board.
Ultimately, it did not reach its final destination: Azerbaijan.
This type of aircraft, IL 76TD, can carry loads of up to 50 tons.
This only carrying 30 tons according to documentation provided. Therefore, additional cargo may be 20 tonnes.
As the flight was diplomatic, she was not subjected to inspection.
THE MILITARY COUP OF BURKINA FASO
Gaytanzhieva also establishes a connection between flights of diplomatic weapons landing in Brazzaville, Burkina Faso, delivering non-standard weapons.
A week after the weapons were launched, a coup was attempted in the country.
Gaytanzhieva writes,
Diplomats flights carrying weapons for different conflict zones crossing Europe, Asia and Africa.
Such is the case of two flights of the Air Force of Azerbaijan bound for Baku-Belgrade-Jeddah-Brazzaville-Burkina Faso, from 30 August to 5 September 2015.
Shippers were CIHAZ, Azerbaijan and Yugoimport (Serbia). The consignee was the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Congo. The aircraft made two technical landings in Turkey and Saudi Arabia.
Load of 41.2 tons Baku and Belgrade included: 7.62mm cartridges, 12 units of sniper rifles, 25 pieces of M12 "Black Spear" size 12.7 × 108mm, 25 pieces of 40 × 46 RBG mm / 6M11 and 25 pcs. Machine Gun Coyote 12.7 × 108mm with tripods.
The same heavy machine gun appeared in videos and photos published online by militant groups in Idlib and Hama province in Syria a few months later.
The aircraft also transported: 1999 pieces of M70B1 7.62 × 39mm and 25 82mm M69A pieces. On February 26, 2016, a militant group fighting Division 13 and north of Aleppo calls itself, rose to Youtube a video with the same weapons M69A 82mm on Youtube.
Interestingly, the plane carrying the same type of weapons landed in Diyarbakir (Turkey), 235 km from the border with Syria. Another type of weapon, the RBG 40 mm / 6M11, which came on the same flight and allegedly was also intended to Congo, he appeared in a video of the Islamic Brigade of Al Safwa in northern Aleppo.
After Turkey, the plane landed in Saudi Arabia and stayed there for one day.
Then he landed in the Congo and Burkina Faso.
A week later, there was an attempted military coup in Burkina Faso.
CONNECTING THE KURDISH
Gaytanzhieva also documents how Kurdish groups like the YPG have been receiving weapons carried by these flights diplomatic secrets.
Gaytanzhieva writes,
In March 2017, reportedly more than 300 tons of weapons were sent to the People's Protection Units (YPG) in northern Syria.
Six diplomats flights transported 43 tons of pomegranates for each flight since the military plant VMZ, Bulgaria, to the Ministry of Defense of Iraq.
However, contracts do not apply. On March 28 loading 82 tons (7.62 × 39mm and AG-7) Otopeni (Romania) to Erbil (Iraqi Kurdistan) were sent. The consignor was ROMTechnica SA, the consignee, again the Defense Ministry in Baghdad.
Contracts also stipulated for this flight.
On March 16, 2016, another diplomat flight of Silk Way transported 40 tons of military cargo from Slovenia to Erbil: the exporter is ELDON SRO, Slovakia, importer, Wide City Ltd. Co., Erbil, the final recipient government Kurdistan.
Wide City Ltd. Co. has three offices in Limassol (Cyprus), Sofia (Bulgaria) and Erbil.
The office of the Bulgarian firm Techno Defense Ltd. is located in Sofia.
On the website of the company, the owner of Techno Defense Ltd, Hair Al Ahmed Saleh, claims to have an office in Erbil and your company manufactures weapons Zagros in Azerbaijan (K15 zagros, 9 × 19 mm and automatic K16 Zagros). Zagros such weapons appeared in propaganda images released by the military wing of the Kurdish party PKK, which Turkey has designated as a terrorist organization.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is also an ethnic Kurd.
Gaytanzhieva claims that it contacted all parties for questions and statements about their investigation, but never received a reply or comment.
GAYTANZHIEVA NEWSPAPER was dismissed from working
Although the report had months of existence, al-Jazeera, based in Qatar, he published the story and revealed that Gaytanzhieva had been questioned by the Bulgarian national security services and subsequently fired from her job with the newspaper.
The reporter later tweeted and confirmed that he had been interrogated by the security services and fired from her job.
CONCLUSION
The report Gaytanzhieva is disruptive, to say the least, not only because it has exposed the fact that Western and Gulf countries are acquiring weapons for conflicts around the world, but also because it has exposed the direct mechanism undertaken to achieve facilitation of weapons.
Their report exposes the fact that these weapons not only reached the hands of the moderate cannibals known as "rebels" by Western corporate media, but also at the hands of al-Qaeda and al-Nusra.
In other words, these weapons found their way to reach the hands of ISIS and ISIS and Nusra / Qaeda are essentially the same organization.
