El jutge d'instrucció 13 de Barcelona, Juan Antonio Ramírez Sunyer , que investiga la organització del referèndum independentista l'1 d'octubre així com el 'Procés' sobiranista , ha estat ingressat en estat greu a causa d'una malaltia intestinal al Hospital Clínic de la capital catalana.

Ramírez Sunyer ha ingressat aquest dimarts a dit centre sanitari, afectat d'aquesta malaltia intestinal, segons ha avançat aquesta tarda  Veu populi  i ha confirmat Públic en fonts judicials.  

Aquest magistrat va ser el primer que va obrir a finals de 2016 una causa per la utilització d'  un cens i dades fiscals  dels catalans a partir de les inicials revelacions en un acte públic de l'exjutge i líder independentista Santiago Vidal.

Ramírez Sunyer va ser qui va ordenar la  detenció dels organitzadors del referèndum  el 20 de setembre de 2017.

Entre els registres que va ordenar es troba el de la conselleria d'Economia, que va ser envoltada per una multitud de 40.000 persones que va impedir la  sortida per unes hores de la lletrada del jutjat i de la guàrdia civil.

Fruit d'aquests registres va ser la confiscació a Josep Maria Jové Lladó , número dos de l'exvicepresident Oriol Junqueras, el document Encocat s, la  full de ruta independentista    on es distribueixen les responsabilitats dels dirigents polítics i la forma de mobilitzar les masses i que és clau en la investigació per rebel·lió que s'instrueix en el Tribunal Suprem.

El 'Procés' ha posat contra les cordes a l'Estat, però també als seus servidors públics.

El fiscal general de l'Estat José Manuel Maza va morir el passat 18 de novembre a l'Argentina,durant un viatge oficial, víctima d'una infecció generalitzada a la sang amb origen en l'únic ronyó que tenia. Maza va ser qui  va interposar les dues querelles  contra el Govern i la Mesa del Parlament que ara s'investiguen al Supremen una única causa.  

Més sorpresa va causar la mort del fiscal superior de Catalunya  José María Romero de Tejada  poc després, el 27 de novembre, després d'acudir a la capella ardent de José Manuel Maza.

Romero de Tejada estava afectat d'una greu malaltia -mielodisplasia- i rebia transfusions de sang mensuals. 

Aquest tipus de leucèmia provoca una baixada de defensa s, de tal manera que el fiscal va morir d'una pneumònia que va derivar en infart.

A més, el secretari de la Sala Civil i Penal del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de Catalunya ,  Joaquín Martínez , ha estat convalescent durant més de dos mesos a causa d'una malaltia. 

Aquesta Sala era la encarregada d'investigar els polítics aforats en ella, com la presidenta del Parlament Carme Forcadell, fins que el Suprem va decidir acumular allà les investigacions

More surprise caused the death of the superior prosecutor of Catalonia  José María Romero de Tejada  shortly after, on November 27, after going to the ardent chapel of José Manuel Maza.

Romero de Tejada was suffering from a serious illness - myelodysplasia - and received monthly blood transfusions. This type of leukemia causes a decrease in defenses, such that the prosecutor died of a pneumonia that resulted in a heart attack.

In addition, the secretary of the Civil and Criminal Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia,  Joaquín Martínez , has been convalescing for more than two months due to illness. This Chamber was in charge of investigating politicians trained in it, such as the president of the Parlament Carmen Forcadell, until the Supreme decided to accumulate research there.
