#3. Incluso ayuda al sistema inmunológico.

En lugar de estar inmersos en sentimientos de frustración o con cosas que no pueden cambiar, los optimistas desarrollarán otros planes y pedirán ayuda y consejos a las opiniones de otras personas. Por otro lado, rodearte de gente equivocada, te hará asumir que la situación está fuera de su control y que no hay nada que puedan hacer para cambiarla.
