Bé, resulta que Jaime Botín, germà del mort (o aseinado) Emilio Botín, havia acceptat una pena de nou mesos de presó per defraudar un milió d'euros.Quin va ser el modus operandi ? L'avió familiar adquirit en l'any 2012 i pertanyent a la companyia World Tour, propietat del  clan Botín . Com que l'avió va ser matriculat a Torrejón de Ardoz, Jaime Botín va decidir "deslocalizarlo" i portar-lo a Portugal per pagar menys gravàmens aeronàutics; sí, encara que els sembli mentida, ¡els Botín són capaços de qualsevol cosa per tal d'estalviar-se 50 euros!

Ara s'ha demostrat que la companyia espanyola desviava fons necessaris a Portugal a través del mateix compte corrent que figurava com a garantia financera en el contracte de lloguer amb opció a compra de l'aeronau, compte corrent del Banc Santander Totta, la filial portuguesa del Banc Santander. Però la companyia, que havia assumit la posició de compradora de l'avió, l'havia cedit a Air Nimbus.

El Ministeri Públic apunta a més que els querellats, que coneixien l'existència d'una inspecció per part de l'Agència Tributària " almenys des d'octubre de 2016", van acordar un mes més tard celebrar una Junta General d'Accionistes que va ordenar liquidar World Tour i adjudicar la totalitat del seu haver social a Jaime Botín, expresident de Bankinter.

En resum i perquè no s'emboliquin amb tot aquest fiasco, Jaume Botín no va contemplar l'operació, ni en les seves declaracions d'IRPF i d'impost sobre el patrimoni de l'exercici 2016, ni en la declaració informativa sobre béns i drets a l'estranger.

Al final, Jaime Botín havia acceptat una condemna (quan el cognom és Botín mai s'és condemnat i solen ser habituals els pactes amb la Justícia, -Fiscalia i Advocacia de l'Estat- o s'accepten condemnes prèviament negociades, una mena de " condemnes a la carta ") de nou mesos de presó i 506.134 euros de multa per haver defraudat presumptament un milió d'euros per un delicte de creació d'un entramat d'empreses per tal d'evitar fer front a l'impost especial sobre determinats mitjans de transport.

Però aquest mateix matí ha saltat la sorpresa: tot i que l'exbanquer va reconèixer davant del jutge haver defraudat un milió d'euros, rectificava la seva postura i no acceptava el pacte en haver-se divulgat la notícia; així les coses, assistirem al judici d'un Botín però no esperen gran cosa. Els Botín són vells coneguts de la justícia espanyola, grans amics de la justícia espanyola ...

Fins aquí tot normal: el  clan Botín acostuma a menjar delictes i la Fiscalia i l'Advocacia de l'Estat acostumen a arribar a acords perquè cap Botín trepitgi mai cap centre penitenciari. De fet, a aquest Botín, Jaume, germà de l'expresident del Banc de Santander, encara li queda una altra " negociació amb la justícia " a veure per quant li surt una petició inicial de quatre anys de presó i 105 milions d'euros de multa per la venda fraudulenta d'un quadre de Picasso. Descuidin que al final no pagarà ni el 5 per cent de la quantitat sol·licitada com a multa ni, de cap manera, entrarà a la presó ningú que porti tan il·lustre i càntabre cognom.

Però és que el tema dels avions i les pistes d'aterratge persegueixen a la família Botín de forma i manera que ens veiem obligats a parlar-li de la joia de la Corona, la finca " El Castaño ".

La finca " El Castanyer " consta de gairebé 5.000 hectàrees de terreny, a la província de Ciutat Real i sempre s'ha presentat a l'opinió pública com el lloc triat pel gran patró de la banca per descansar. Segons la premsa del sistema (la pràctica totalitat dels grans mitjans de comunicació espanyols, aquesta " premsa comprada ", amb participacions accionarials, compromisos publicitaris o operacions financeres), Emilio Botín gaudia en determinades èpoques de l'any de la seva finca, a la qual acudia per gaudir de la natura. La finca " El Castaño " comptava amb un petit aeròdrom, actual pista d'aterratge de 900 metres, que a finals de 20013 Botín va fer ampliar fins als 1.500 metres de longitud actuals.

Situada a 38 quilòmetres de Ciutat Real ia 170 de Madrid, limitant, a l'norte.con el tgérmino municipal de Piedrabuena, al sud amb el de Abenójar, a l'est amb Los Pozuelos de Calatrava i l'oest amb Pobla de Don Rodrigo i amb Saceruela, la finca " El Castaño " és l'autèntica fàbrica de fer diners del  clan Botín .

Per a què s'amplia la pista d'aterratge de la finca " El Castaño "?

Aquest aeròdrom era utilitzat per Emilio Botín en els seus desplaçaments i la seva ampliació s'havia decidit davant la necessitat de poder adaptar-lo per a ser utilitzat per aeronaus de major capacitat de vol. ¿Per què necessitava Botín una pista d'aterratge tan llarga en una finca que, en teoria, només rebia vol d'avionetes i petits avions particulars dels distingits convidats de la família Botín?

S'ha de dir que Botín sempre s'ha guanyat voluntats a força de comprar-les. Els diners mai va ser un problema per al president del Banc de Santander; així les coses, cabia mantenir callat a l'alcalde del terme municipal més proper a on s'ubica la finca " El Castaño ": Piedrabuena, un poble de la província de Ciutat Real, de menys de cinc mil habitants. El " generós " banquer va adquirir per al poble el Castell Miraflores.En Piedrabuena tots contents i agraïts al banquer: cap rèplica als seus estranys moviments en " El Castaño ". També va atendre les necessitats de Luciana, terme municipal de la finca, un poblet de menys de cinc-cents habitants. Qualsevol contestació social estava controlada.

Obres d'ampliació de la pista d'aterratge

Per construir aquesta nova pista de quilòmetre i mig de longitud, Emilio Botín va fer personalment la gestió amb el llavors ministre d'Agricultura, Miguel Arias Cañete, amb el qual l'unia una llarga amistat. L'altra complicitat necessària era la de la presidenta de Castella-la Manxa, i no seria María Dolores de Cospedal qui es negués als desitjos del banquer.

Finalment Botín va aconseguir la llicència per substituir el vell aeròdrom en tot un autèntic " aeroport privat",  amb una pista similar a la dels aeroports de La Corunya, Sant Sebastià o San Javier i fins i tot més gran que els aeroports de Còrdova, Melilla, La Gomera, el Ferro o el de Gibraltar. Perquè es facin vostès una idea, el nou " aeroport privat"  d'Emilio Botín (segons dades de la pròpia AENA) amb prou feines feia 200 operacions a l'any, mentre que el de Melilla, amb una pista 72 metres més petita, supera les 8.000 operacions i transporta 300.000 viatgers en el mateix període de temps.

No obstant això, aquesta ampliació de la pista d'aterratge és més que sospitosa. Cal no oblidar que sis anys abans, el 25 d'abril de 2008, una avioneta carregada de més de 200 quilos d'haixix, s'estavellava en aquest mateix aeròdrom. L'explicació oficial de l'accident va ser difosa i acceptada sense cap qüestionament per tota aquesta " premsa comprada ". En l'accident van morir dues persones (un espanyol i un marroquí) i, segons el llavors delegat del Govern a Castella-la Manxa la droga transportada havia de ser carregada en diversos vehicles que esperaven la mercaderia a la finca "El Castaño", deixant a Botín completament al marge d'aquesta operació de clar cas de tràfic de drogues.

La premsa del sistema va parlar d'un gran ensurt per al pobre Botín que, sense moure un dit, va veure com s'estavellava a la seva finca el  narcoavión  en qüestió.La versió oficial va ser que l'avioneta, matrícula F-GSGT, s'hauria estavellat intentat prendre terra, a la pista d'aterratge privada de la hisenda. Els agents de la Guàrdia Civil van trobar amb dos joves morts al seu interior i nou grans fardells d'arpillera que guardaven 200 quilos d'haixix. I immediatament es va difondre la versió incontestable que es tractava d'un ús fraudulent de la pista d'aterratge que no comptava amb cap tipus d'autorització ni amb el coneixement del seu propietari. Una cosa possible, però estrany, ¿no els resulta estrany que cap mitjà de comunicació qüestionés aquesta versió oficial?

Però tornem a aquesta ampliació de la pista d'aterratge. L'aeròdrom de la finca "El Castaño ", abans de la seva ampliació, ja era l'aeròdrom privat més gran d'Espanya. ¿Per què necessitava Botín un aeroport amb una pista de quilòmetre i mig de longitud? Què avions esperava que aterressin a la seva finca? Quin seria la procedència de les aeronaus que requerien d'una pista tan llarga, potser vols transtlánticos? ¿Necessitava Botín una pista en la qual poguessin aterrar -amb la màxima discreció i sense cap control policial- aeronaus procedents de Colòmbia?

L'amant d'Ana Patricia Botín instal·lat a la finca " El Castaño "

Jesús Samper Gaviria, nebot de l'expresident colombià Ernesto Samper Pizano, vinculat al narcotràfic com a gran capo de tots els càrtels, era l'amant d'Ana Patricia Botín, l'actual presidenta del Banc de Santander. No es va tractar del capritxós relliscada de la filla del banquer sinó d'una relació amorosa d'anys que va comptar amb el coneixement -se suposa que, també amb el consentiment- del marit d'Ana Patricia, l'aristòcrata de Jerez Guillermo Morenés, o Wily, com es li coneix en els seus cercles més íntims.

Guillermo Morenés i Ana Patricia Botín van contreure matrimoni el 1983. Es va tractar d'un matrimoni pactat i de conveniència, l'aristòcrata que necessitava Emilio Botín per a la seva família i la perfecta esposa per al menor dels marquesos de Borghetto, una família de terratinents de Jerez. Emilio Botín sabia que aquests matrimonis, fet i fet, eren els que millor funcionaven per al negoci familiar de la banca. De fet així havia estat el seu matrimoni amb Paloma O'Shea, complint les ordres del seu pare, després d'un lleig assumpte ocorregut entre el jove banquer i una jove prostituta del cèlebre Riscal, al Madrid dels anys cinquanta. A nivell oficial, Guillermo Morenés era l'encarregat del negoci agrícola de la finca " El Castaño", La mateixa de la seguretat s'encarregava l'amant de la seva esposa, Jesús Samper.Abans, el marit de l'actual presidenta del Banc de Santander havia treballat al costat del seu cunyat, Javier Botín, en M & B Capital Advisers, empresa de la qual va haver de sortir després de l'estafa del "escàndol Madoff". Posteriorment va ser conseller de Inmoskye, societat de promocions immobiliàries, soci de Alakin, companyia dedicada a la intermediació en operacions amb valors i soci d'Inversora Oquendo SL, empresa dedicada al lloguer de béns immobiliaris.

Però tornem a la finca " El Castaño "; a més de l'aeroport privat més gran d'Espanya, la finca té la casa principal i dotze cases addicionals. En l'actualitat pertany a Javier Botín (germà de la presidenta del Banc de Santander) i confina amb la finca de Santa Maria, propietat d'Ana Patricia Botín que supera les 3.000 hectàrees d'extensió.

Però tot i l'excel·lent aprofitament agrícola de la hisenda i del seu enorme interès com vedat de caça, el gran valor de la finca " El Castaño " resideix, precisament, en aquesta pista d'aterratge i en els ocults túnels que s'amaguen sota la mateixa i que es comuniquen amb la finca confrontant de Santa Maria.

Res s'ha publicat mai sobre els túnels ocults de la finca " El Castaño ", cosa que sembla extret d'una pel·lícula de ciència ficció però que, els asseguro, són reals i existeixen com la vida mateixa.

Precisament per la importància d'aquests túnels pernoctava a la finca, pràcticament tots els dies de l'any, Jesús Samper, l'amant d'Ana patricia Botín, narcotraficant i expert en seguretat. Què amaguen aquests túnels? Aquest és el secret més ben guardat del  clan Botín , un secret del que l'actual Rei emèrit era perfecte coneixedor .

L'escàndol informatiu per les denúncies publicades per La Tribuna de Cartagena ha comptat amb el més absolut silenci dels grans mitjans de comunicació, venuts als interessos del  clan Botín ;malgrat això i fins a la data , més de tres milions de lectors! han conegut els fets denunciats per La Tribuna de Cartagena , unes informacions que les xarxes socials multipliquen de manera inversament proporcional al silenci dels grans grups periodístics
