Las soluciones a la crisis catalana: fuerza o diálogo

Los que defienden la fuerza piensan que con apretar el botón rojo todo se soluciona y los que apuestan por el diálogo creen que sentándose en una mesa todo se resuelve. Pero, ¿es tan sencillo?
Siendo burdos y sintéticos, podríamos afirmar que a día de hoy se pueden escuchar dos discusiones sobre la cuestión catalana en función de si nos encontramos en Catalunya o fuera de ella. Por un lado, estarían los catalanes que abogan por el independentismo o el unionismo y, por otro lado, los españoles que solicitan la fuerza o los que apelan al diálogo. Me parece interesante y necesario abundar en la discusión sobre la fuerza o el diálogo. Los que defienden la fuerza piensan que con apretar el botón rojo todo se soluciona y los que apuestan por el diálogo creen que sentándose en una mesa todo se resuelve. Pero, ¿es tan sencillo?

Escenarios de Fuerza
Muchos, quizá la mayoría o, al menos, los más ruidosos, respaldan la aplicación de los artículos 8, 116 y/o 155 de la Constitución Española. Pero ¿qué son y qué consecuencias tendrían? De forma resumida podríamos decir que el artículo octavo es el que faculta a nuestras fuerzas armadas a intervenir para salvaguardar la integridad territorial, la soberanía, la independencia y el orden constitucional. El artículo 116 establece el marco de actuación en caso de necesitar activarse un estado de alarma, excepción o sitio (en Catalunya hablaríamos de sitio según casi todos los expertos). Finalmente, el artículo 155 faculta al Gobierno a suspender la autonomía y aplicar una serie de acciones no definidas que son refrendadas en el Senado.

Ante la aplicación de estos artículos, de los que se pueden encontrar a día de hoy gran variedad de información en los medios, existen varias problemáticas. Para empezar, cabría señalar el desconocimiento profundo de muchos de los que jalean la aplicación de dichos artículos, dado que incluso se pone de manifiesto la controversia que existe en cuanto a cuándo aplicarlos o cómo aplicarlos. Ello nos llevaría al siguiente problema: no existen precedentes similares ni hay un desarrollo claro al respecto. 
Por ejemplo, el artículo 155 permite al Gobierno solicitar una serie de medidas al Senado y que este las acepte, pero dado que el PP es el partido que gobierna y el Senado está controlado de forma mayoritaria por él, ello nos lleva a que en la teoría cualquier medida solicitada, fuera cual fuese, podría ser aceptada e implementada (aunque parece que todo lo que se aplique será acordado con el PSOE). Este escenario resulta cuanto menos resbaladizo. 

La tercera cuestión que se deriva de la aplicación de cualquiera de estos artículos sería el día después: ¿hasta cuándo? ¿qué consecuencias tendría? ¿qué escenarios podría generar?
He planteado en principio tres posibilidades de fuerza, intentando predecir el escenario resultante, las consecuencias y las distintas debilidades, amenazas, fortalezas y oportunidades de su aplicación. Es cierto que existirían una enorme variedad de posibilidades de ejercer la fuerza, pero era necesario acotar. De menor a mayor intensidad tendríamos, fuerza baja, fuerza media y fuerza máxima:
Cabría señalar, para empezar, que actualmente nos encontramos en las medidas de fuerza de baja intensidad: detenciones, intento de imposición de resoluciones jurídicas, medidas policiales, presión económica y fiscal, presión internacional, acoso mediático y un intento de forzar una negociación política en posición de fuerza. Esta es la receta aplicada hasta ahora. Uno de los problemas de esta solución, al igual que cualquiera de los escenarios de fuerza, es que solo funcionan de forma parcial y en un corto periodo de tiempo si existe acatamiento de las mismas por parte del gobierno catalán y de la sociedad catalana. 

El segundo problema que nos plantea este y el resto de soluciones por la fuerza es la posibilidad de la rebeldía ante ellas, lo que obliga necesariamente a elevar el nivel de fuerza y nos introduce en una espiral de difícil control. Un tercer problema, que se puede comprobar con facilidad y que resulta una tendencia evidente en los últimos años, sería el aumento de los adeptos al independentismo de las medidas de fuerza al percibirse una sensación de agresión externa. Casi de invasión. Sociológica y psicológicamente son procesos muy conocidos. El cuarto y último problema que conlleva la fuerza es que no ataca el origen del problema, que no es otro que el sentimiento independentista de varios millones de personas, con lo que difícilmente puede solucionarlo.

 El escenario de fuerza media se supone que sería la más probable respuesta del gobierno. Sumar a las medidas ya adoptadas la aplicación laxa del artículo 155 y la convocatoria de elecciones. Este escenario no resuelve en absoluto el problema, tan solo lo aplaza al resultado electoral, que puede suponer un empeoramiento evidente en caso de mejora de los independentistas o conseguir una solución parcial a corto plazo en caso de una ampliación parlamentaria de los unionistas. Pero, además, tiene consecuencias negativas muy marcadas. Para empezar, desaparecería la amenaza del artículo 155, pues ya se habría aplicado, y en caso de continuar el problema ya no se podría presentar como una solución, sino que habría que plantear una escalada de fuerza (artículos 116 y 8). Sería una carta utilizada. Además, aunque se trate de una intervención de la autonomía mínima en comparación a lo que se podría llegar a hacer, la sensación de agresión aumentaría el número de adeptos a la causa independentista. Por otra parte, con el paso del tiempo se comenzarían a sentir las consecuencias de las medidas económicas, en caso de persistir, las cuales tienen un incierto sentido, ya que podrían generar rechazo al proyecto independentista o al estado español.

La siguiente respuesta, la fuerza máxima, añadiría al escenario anterior la intervención policial y/o militar, la suspensión de la autonomía por tiempo indefinido y la centralización de las competencias. Evidentemente, este escenario supondría una ruptura total y podría tener consecuencias muy serias como disturbios e, incluso, resistencia armada (ya fuera de grupos violentos o de los cuerpos policiales) que podrían provocar la intervención militar (en la actualidad hay un número ligeramente superior de mossos que de policías y guardias civiles) y/o la intervención internacional. No cabe duda que en semejante escenario, un conflicto abierto, se antojaría complejo que las instituciones supranacionales siguieran manteniéndose impertérritas.
En caso de no producirse la intervención internacional, lo cual dependería en gran medida de la intensidad del conflicto y su duración, esta solución es la que tendría más posibilidades de solucionar el problema a corto y medio plazo, lo que con una centralización de la educación, las fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad del estado y un sometimiento absoluto de los poderes legislativo y ejecutivo generaría un escenario de estabilidad que sostenido en el tiempo lo suficiente (décadas) podría llevar a una solución definitiva al problema. Esta solución es propia de dictaduras y, como se ha demostrado, no se puede garantizar su éxito: después de los cuarenta años del franquismo, estamos aquí.

No podemos obviar, tampoco, que en caso de producirse un conflicto prolongado en el tiempo las heridas que se pueden originar en la sociedad pueden ser de una enorme profundidad. Por ejemplo, en el caso del conflicto en Euskadi, no cabe duda que la violencia vivida es uno de los elementos que hoy les impide estar en la situación que están los catalanes.
Por tanto, sea cual sea el escenario de fuerza que apliquemos resulta más que evidente que ninguno de ellos, salvo el más extremo, soluciona el problema y que el peligro de aumentar el nivel de la fuerza hasta terminar en una espiral incontrolable es más que considerable. Muy probablemente, esta es la solución que desearían los sectores más ultras de nuestra sociedad.

Escenarios de Diálogo
Las posibilidades de diálogo pasarían por tres tipos de escenarios:
El nivel de diálogo de baja intensidad es un escenario que ya se producido con anterioridad, tanto en gobiernos socialistas como populares. Como vemos, no supone una solución completa ni real al conflicto, aunque sí asegura la reducción de los niveles del independentismo y garantiza una cierta estabilidad a corto plazo. No es una solución definitiva, pues tarde o temprano los independentistas podrían pedir más concesiones, se podría producir otra involución en el gobierno central que alentase el deseo de independencia o podría producirse cualquier otra externalidad que afectase al equilibrio conseguido. No cabe duda, por ejemplo, que la resolución del Tribunal Constitucional sobre el 'Estatut' y la involución del gobierno del Partido Popular han sido elementos clave para llegar a esta situación.

Un nivel de diálogo medio consistiría en un acuerdo constitucional (que incluye reformas superficiales), un aumento de las competencias y una cesión en cuestiones fiscales y económicas. Esta solución sería definitiva a corto y medio plazo e, incluso, podría ser definitiva a largo plazo, pero tampoco se puede asegurar por completo. Mientras la coyuntura económica y política fuera positiva y existiese una relación fluida entre ambos gobiernos no cabe duda que sería una solución y, resulta evidente que dado el contexto actual esta solución sería dada por buena de forma mayoritaria por la sociedad catalana y española en los próximos años. Pero ¿definitiva? Esa es la gran pregunta que tiene difícil solución.

El tercer nivel de diálogo consistiría en abrir un proceso mucho más complejo como podría pasar por un referéndum, un estado federal o un estado libre asociado (estos dos últimos escenarios requerirían igualmente de referéndum). Si analizamos esta posibilidad descubrimos que, aunque contenga debilidades y amenazas, es la única que cerraría el conflicto por completo. O, al menos, es la que tiene más posibilidades.
Si ganase la independencia, fin del problema. En cambio, si ganase el unionismo ello no supondría la renuncia a la celebración de un nuevo referéndum (ya se escuchan voces en Escocia), por lo que habría que pactar que los resultados fueran acatados durante un periodo de tiempo (10, 25, 50 años…). En cualquier caso, la celebración del referéndum tiene una enorme ventaja sobre cualquier escenario, aun en el caso de producirse la victoria del unionismo: legitima cualquier uso posterior de la fuerza en caso de ser necesario. Por otro lado, el referéndum puede suponer una gran ventaja a un gobierno involucionista como el que tenemos en la actualidad y, a la vez, una gran amenaza para el independentismo: la centralización. Después de esta crisis y de la celebración de un referéndum pactado, en caso de victoria del 'no' a la independencia, sería muy complejo cuestionar, máxime con el vigor con el que se ha mostrado el aparato del Régimen, que el gobierno central iniciase un proceso de centralización de todo el territorio y suprimiera competencias o desmontase directamente, aunque fuera de forma soterrada, todo el sistema autonómico.

En cuanto al estado federal o la posibilidad de un estado libre asociado, dichas opciones necesitarían de reformas constitucionales y, posiblemente, referéndum. No cabe duda que se trataría de dos soluciones no menos definitivas al problema, pero habría que asumir que ello supondría un proceso complejo.

La conclusión
Por tanto, tras analizar los escenarios solo existen dos soluciones definitivas al problema a medio y/o largo plazo, una del siglo XX (el uso de la fuerza en su expresión máxima) y otra del siglo XXI (el uso del diálogo en su expresión máxima). Si tenemos en cuenta que la fuerza ya fue usada y ha demostrado ochenta años después no haber solucionado gran cosa, solo nos quedaría optar por la solución que Reino Unido o Canadá han adoptado en el siglo XXI y antaño hubiera sido impensable: el acuerdo. Cualquier otra solución, a poco que se analice el escenario, solo supondrá posponer la cuestión durante un tiempo.

¿Dónde IRÁN LOS RESCATADOS?

Ya hemos explicado que los rescatados no salen de la Tercera Dimensión ni pasan por el proceso de morir. En cuerpo físico, van a las capas altas de la atmósfera ( Naves Madres ) y luego a la Nave Esfera (copia exacta de la Tierra, aunque de tamaño menor ) donde permanecerán hasta el retorno, cuando el eje de la Tierra se enderece y se estabilice el suelo, se ajusten las aguas, la naturaleza termine su trabajo purificador. Durante cierto tiempo, esta gran aula espacial, que es el mundo, cerrará sus puertas mientras se está efectuando el proceso de limpieza y las abrirá luego, en un retorno a la normalidad. ¿Qué sucederá con los no rescatados? Los que no den la talla y se retrasen serán llevados a otros planetas como rezagados, en sus cuerpos físicos y sin morir. Habrá algunos sobrevivientes en la Tierra por corto tiempo, para pagar parte de su karma y compensar los daños causados a sus hermanos, a la naturaleza. Esas personas quedarán en condiciones de difícil sobrevivencia por Ley de Justicia Divina. Abrimos paso a las palabras de los Hermanos Mayores y Seres de Luz que están dictando estos mensajes. Ellos darán más información al respecto. Terminamos con la siguiente aseveración: el Rescate no es ningún privilegio sino un merito ganado por amor. Queda bien claro que no habrá ningunos tres días de oscuridad, gases venenosos de las plantas, encierros con velas de siete días, paralización de motores y artefactos eléctricos ni desaparecerá toda forma de vida del planeta por cien años, como pronosticaba una conocida dama brasilera (Yolanda Rodríguez), no crean tan ingenuamente, en cualquier ignorante predicador que se crea un mensajero divino.

Golpe a Cataluña y su respuesta

La prórroga para la República Catalana que decretó Carles Puigdemont, el pasado 10 de octubre, llega a su fin después de la negativa al diálogo, del encarcelamiento de los “Jordis”, del acuerdo del consejo de ministros para la suspensión de la autonomía y de constatar la inexistencia, hoy por hoy, de una mediación internacional.
Golpe de estado a la democracia
El sábado 21 de octubre Mariano Rajoy concretaba, en un consejo de ministros extraordinario, las medidas para la liquidación del autogobierno catalán y el otorgamiento de todo el poder al ejecutivo español, bajo el pretexto legal de la aplicación de artículo 155 de la Constitución española. Un ataque frontal a la democracia, en nombre de la democracia, para el que el Partido Popular cuenta con el apoyo incondicional de PSOE y Ciudadanos, el visto bueno del monarca Felipe VI y el aval de la Unión Europea. Las durísimas medidas que aprobará el Senado, van desde el cese del presidente Puigdemont y de todo el Gobierno, hasta el veto al Parlament y el control de la Generalitat, de la radio televisión pública de Cataluña y de los Mossos de escuadra; pasando por una convocatoria electoral en 6 meses teledirigida desde Madrid, con un calendario modificable en el Senado y supeditada a un “cuando se recupere la normalidad” y a otro “tan pronto como sea posible”, que sitúan unos comicios para cuando Rajoy considere oportuno.
Entramos, de nuevo, en un camino de consecuencias desconocidas. La cruda realidad de ver a los socialistas avalar, sin matices, la aplicación del 155 deja en nada la tímida defensa que Pedro Sánchez hacía de la plurinacionalidad y, vuelve a situar el fantasma de la fractura interna en un PSC donde el goteo de dimisiones y críticas por parte de militantes, dirigentes y ex-dirigentes es continua. Así mismo, ya no existe la mayoría parlamentaria que los populares construyeron en el Congreso para aprobar los presupuestos. En este sentido, la situación se ha tensado, el lehendakari Iñigo Urkullu dijo, refiriéndose al 155, que “la medida es extrema y desproporcionada. Dinamita los puentes. La Generalitat tiene nuestro apoyo para buscar un futuro constructivo” y añadió, cuando conoció el alcance de la intervención, que “el 155 es un golpe a la democracia”. Este apoyo del gobierno vasco al catalán ha tenido una incendiaria respuesta por parte del PP, con una amenaza explícita contra el autogobierno vasco, en el cual se considera, por parte de los populares, que hay “ingredientes” que pueden hacer que siga el mismo camino que Cataluña si se deja encomendar por los “aires de ruptura”.
La escalada represiva y autoritaria contra las instituciones catalanas es de tal magnitud, que si el Estado español sale victorioso de la crisis catalana, tendrá implicaciones regresivas en derechos y libertades para el resto del conjunto del Estado.
Respuestas desde el sobiranismo
Los diferentes actores sociales y políticos del campo soberanista afrontan, en una semana decisiva para el futuro de Cataluña, como dar respuesta y resistir el asalto del Estado.
Una nueva movilización masiva para exigir la liberación de los presidentes de la ANC y Omnium Cultural, convocada por la Mesa por la Democracia, fue también el pistoletazo de salida de la contestación social en las calles contra la suspensión del autogobierno. En este sentido, la plataforma Universidades por la República ha convocado una nueva jornada de huelga para el jueves 26, exigiendo la aplicación de los resultados del referéndum del 1-O, la liberación inmediata de Jordi Sánchez y Jordi Cuixart, el fin del “estado de excepción” en Cataluña y el respeto hacia las instituciones catalanas. Una huelga estudiantil a la que le pueden seguir otras jornadas de lucha, vagas generales y paros de país, según cómo evolucionan los acontecimientos. Todas ellas con los Comités de Defensa del Referéndum, la ANC y Omnium, como actores principales que tienen que presionar y desbordar desde abajo, para el empoderamiento popular.
En cuanto al Parlament, varios posicionamientos a debate. Por un lado, la posibilidad de convocar elecciones después de realizar una declaración de independencia simbólica, que podría combinarse con un posible gobierno de concentración; una respuesta para intentar evitar, supuestamente, la suspensión de la autonomía, pero que comportaría entrar en una nueva fase del procesismo y que, no tendría tampoco asegurada el fin de la represión y de la judicialización. Por la otra, la opción de defender el mandato del 1-O a través de la declaración de la República Catalana y la apertura de un proceso constituyente; una opción de autodefensa frente el Estado que, a la vez, debe permitir mantener unido el frente soberanista y democrático que se ha movilizado desde el 1-O y el 3-O y, así, avanzar en la autodeterminación de Cataluña.

La crisis económica global rompe el pacto constitucional del 78

O de cómo pagar la clase obrera española, el déficit a priori de 13.000 millones de euros, que anuncia el gobierno de PP que tiene de coste el asunto catalán a las arcas del estado, una amenaza que conlleva estrategia para las futuras elecciones, responsabilizando ante el pueblo español, al pueblo catalán de los recortes futuros en salarios y pensiones, con el objetivo de que paguemos la crisis. La burguesía catalana aplaude con las orejas, porque también participa del postín, dentro de la propiedad y acciones de las empresas y sociedades financieras que comparten con la española, la europea y del resto del planeta.
Resulta irritante la pretensión de dar como cierta por histórica, una explicación de confrontación entre élites burguesas por revisionista, dando igualdad a todas las personas desde conceptos abstractos como pueblo y ciudadanía, con una burguesía vendepatrias, sin fronteras financieras y de paraísos fiscales como las del PP y PDeCAT, que autoproclamada como pueblo por el constitucionalismo del 78, situó la contradicción en la recuperación de “sus” derechos históricos como pueblo catalán dentro del estado español, cuando es un problema sin solución entre burgueses, como propietarios de la industria, el comercio, entidades financieras y desde siglos, de la tierra, de sus poderes fácticos y del gobierno.
Esta posverdad de hacer para la clase obrera como pueblo el problema de los propietarios burgueses, además de manida en la historia de la lucha de clases, nos viene dada por el abandono del marxismo del PCE y el PSOE en los años setenta, posibilitando que la izquierda que representaba a la clase obrera y al pueblo (que engloba a todas las clases sociales menos a la oligarquía dominante) acordara en la constitución del 78, darnos unos derechos genéricos (dentro del pacto social de estado de bienestar que se nos ofertaba) en trabajo, sanidad, enseñanza, servicios sociales, dependencia y de libertades en la calle y el trabajo y para ellos que no olvidan la lucha de clases, firmeza en los derechos fundamentales que salvaguardan la propiedad privada y el libre mercado, bajo una monarquía parlamentaria como estado de derecho, todo ello sobre la base del mantenimiento del aparato fascista del estado franquista, lo cual explica el poder y corrupción de los poderes fácticos y la escasa independencia del poder judicial.
Este acuerdo que también era entre oligarquías, encubierto como derechos históricos, es el que salta fruto de la presión que ejerce la competencia por el control del libre mercado y de los instrumentos del estado burgués de apropiación de los ahorros, salarios, pensiones y propiedades de la clase trabajadora, especialmente los de la clase media, que abarca desde la clase obrera con trabajo fijo, al profesional, autónomos y pequeños empresarios, que inexorablemente ven avanzar su proceso de proletarización con sus hijos y nietos en trabajos precarios, sin salario estable y con sus propiedades y la de los avalistas hipotecadas, cuando no embargadas por las entidades financieras, por un extractivismo salvaje de los bienes y propiedades, amasadas durante los treinta años de pacto social de estado de bienestar.
La crisis global del sistema capitalista y de la hegemonía occidental, conlleva la confrontación entre oligarquías por el control del libre mercado y el monopolio, donde el beneficio es el objetivo final y el extractivismo a las clases populares de ahorros, salarios, pensiones, propiedades y servicios públicos como sanidad, enseñanza o dependencia, base de una sociedad desarrollada como Cataluña, el objetivo del capital financiarizado en la apropiación de bienes para su beneficio. En EEUU la derecha reaccionaria confronta con la neoliberal y la vence electoralmente, combatiéndose en el gobierno, en organismos económicos, militares y en la calle, desde el carácter imperialista de ambas por mantener su poder. En Gran Bretaña, el Brexit triunfa en una pacífica lid entre oligarquías, para independizarse del brazo alemán bajo el apoyo del poder financiero de la City, con el objetivo de liderar en Europa y occidente la penetración de un yuan chino, dentro de la canasta de monedas del FMI y como referente del nuevo poder económico que se vislumbra desde Eurasia con la Banca Asiática china, los BRICS y su Banco de Desarrollo, en la apuesta de la nueva Ruta de la Seda China. En Francia, todo el neoliberalismo desde el progresista hasta el más conservador, se unen para vencer y polarizar la sociedad entre la “democracia” representada por ellos contra el “fascismo”, que supuestamente simboliza la derecha oligárquica de Le Pen, como táctica para derrotar a la izquierda radical reformista de Mélenchon. Lo cual lograron.
En España, después de más de cuatro años de ruptura del bipartidismo, con el acoso mediático de los neoliberales construyendo fracturas internas a Podemos, poniendo gestoras a los partidarios del NO al gobierno de Rajoy, para que no confluyan con Unidos Podemos y formen gobierno, pero aún así con todo, fueron incapaces de hundirlo en las encuestas, hasta ahora, que un partido en el gobierno español y otro en el catalán, con docenas de dirigentes, diputados y senadores encausados por delitos contra los bienes públicos, con un déficit público que llega al 100% del PIB según sus cuentas, con un nivel de desempleo y precariedad del más del 50% de la población activa, que si no aumenta, es por la jubilación anticipada a la que obligan, a miles de personas que pierden su puesto de trabajo y subsidios al superar los sesenta años, perdiendo de media del 30 al 40 por ciento de su pensión y por la migración de miles de jóvenes anualmente, en busca de un empleo que les garanticen una vida digna con derechos. Y con todo este lío, topan con el filón de la falta de identidad de clase como pueblo, por el revisionismo del 78.
Superado el conflicto vasco con la derrota del independentismo, nace el conflicto entre oligarquías en Cataluña, con la utilidad de tapar trapos sucios y de paso dirimir diferencias por la caída de beneficios y por la acaparación de nuevos negocios dentro de la crisis global. El interés de la oligarquía catalana pasa entre otros, por el control de la Hacienda Pública en línea con la de Euskadi y Navarra, insolidaria con el resto de comunidades. De quién controla y gestiona en España las inversiones y contrataciones en la configuración de las rutas de comunicación con la Europa Central y África, dentro de la ruta de la seda terrestre y marítima china. De a quien revierten los beneficios y corruptelas de los fondos de inversión que gestionan el parque de viviendas e inmuebles barcelonés, limitado por las trabas municipales del gobierno de Ada Colau y principal enemiga de la oligarquía a batir en Cataluña. Por estas y por las que saldrán, es por lo que han creado el problema catalán, como estrategia válida para derrotar a la única opción capaz de derrotarles hasta hoy, Podemos y sus confluencias en Unidos Podemos.
Y esto es lo que nos estamos jugando la clase obrera en estos momentos, que en vez de alegrarnos de la división entre oligarquías, la convertimos en una jornada de luto, ante el seguidismo de amplios sectores de la izquierda del supuesto derecho histórico de la burguesía oligárquica catalana, a gestionar política, económica y culturalmente el erario público, los servicios públicos y la empresa pública, dentro de una economía de libre mercado sin control público, con el objetivo de obtener más beneficios y romper así la unión política de la clase obrera española, en torno a unos derechos iguales para todos en el conjunto del estado, igual que lo pedimos para el conjunto de la clase obrera europea. Es decir, que para las próximas elecciones catalanas y españolas, los reformistas de Unidos Podemos, no solo son el enemigo a batir, lo son a desaparecer por una oligarquía que no es vasca, catalana o española, es neoliberal.

Opposition to the changes by those of the Illuminati is incapable of preventing the declaration, that will give the authority to proceed with the first nominated countries.

I wish to emphasise that now as you are getting a little deeper into the new energies, so the old ones are beginning to lose their power to greatly influence you. By such times those who are unable to raise their vibrations will have taken a different path that is appropriate to their needs. Evolution continues all of the time, and cannot be stopped regardless of the intentions of those who oppose it.

Dear Ones, you are entering a great period of change, even if it is not apparent to you. It will result in the peaceful existence that you have sought for many hundreds of years. In time you will realise that it could not have come until as a Human Race you raised your vibrations. If you had not done so, you would not have passed the marker year 2012, but since you have everything has gone speeding ahead, even if it is not yet apparent to you. Progress can be slowed down but not stopped, and whilst you have been trying to lift up out the morass of the lower vibrations so much has been achieved that is yet to be disclosed. Free energy is available and many projects have resulted in the design of equipment and appliances that will change your way of life. In the immediate times to come you will find that many young people who came into birth as Indigo children are much different to you of the older generations. They have come to Earth for the very purpose of helping you take your place in the New Age, with technologies that have been released to them. In fact many are now ready to help Humanity take a giant step forward, and speed up your advancement into the period of great changes that will benefit you all. History will show that there is always a right time and place for new innovations to be introduced, and of course it cannot be done without the right people also being involved.

Be assured that all family members and friends that have already passed over are following your progress with much interest. They know what is expected of you and when they draw near to you, give every encouragement they can. For those of you who leave the body whilst in your sleep state meet most likely in the Summer Realms with those you hold dear, and you no doubt have an enjoyable time. However, few are gifted with the ability to remember such a meeting, and that is so as to keep it from interfering with your day to day experiences. Nevertheless, some of you have impressions of such a meeting, but cannot recall it in detail. As I have mentioned previously, but confirm for those who are unfamiliar with the Summer Realm, you go out of your physical body that is of course “fast asleep”, into an etheric body that is exactly as you, and even more so because it does not carry forward any disability or loss of limbs. Indeed, you can “think” your body into whatever age you wish as it responds to the power of thought.

You should by now realise that you are far greater than you could possibly imagine. You take a physical body so that you can experience duality, and with few exceptions you have up to hundreds of life experiences. Some are vitally more important than others and represent a major leap forward in your evolution. All lives are agreed before you incarnate yet some souls pull out at the last moment. It is an opportunity lost but on the other hand can be held over for the next opportunity. The point being that other souls are also involved in your experiences. By your reasoning it is quite a complicated matter to get people together at the right time for karma to be worked through. It is all part of your life plan agreed before you actually incarnate. The more you learn about it you will appreciate that an incarnation is a fair and reasonable way to obtain the experiences you need. It is always planned to advance you, and can be adjusted to fit in with your abilities.

An FBI whistleblower has confirmed that 30 politicians and 40 others will be arrested in Washington DC and New York City in connection with the ring of pedophiles "Pizzagate".

More suspects are under investigation while the investigation continues "branching out in unexpected directions." "

The informer for the Federal Bureau of Investigation says the FBI has just finished (3 pm 02/02/17) submitting documentation to the Department of Justice.

FITS THE TIMELINE

As revealed in our previous article, the internal source of 4chan said in early October 2017 had been working on this massive outreach for eleven months.

THE NEXT BIG STORY: WAS SETH RICH who published PEDOGATE mails?

As we saw a few paragraphs ago, the first leaks of insider FBI were 4chan July 2, 2016.

This person mentioned that the FBI had "secret records of the Clinton Foundation" and said "There is enough for [Hillary] and the entire government be overthrown."

This included information on trafficking: how "many politicians exchanged girls like cattle".

Eight days after the FBI source had revealed that these documents on 4chan, the member of the DNC that apparently leaked was killed.

Seth Rich might have been the next Edward Snowden, but unfortunately in this case failed.

He was shot. Nothing was stolen from him. He was taken to hospital with a good chance of survival. They expected to recover completely.

Suddenly, the DNC staff came with all his people, expelled all medical personnel and blocked everything. When they finally emerged, Seth Rich was dead.

Our own experts have said that this was a job badly done by elements of the FBI controlled by the Cabal. This still has the potential to become a huge story.

The first story FOX NEWS BREAKS FROM 16 MAY 2017

As much as express distaste for Fox News on this site, it appears to be aligned with the Alliance sometime in the elections of 2016, at least in part.

This is a war, and management of this network decided not to support the side that was obviously losing, and cut some kind of deal.

The punishment was severe Cabal, leading to well - deserved criminal charges against  Roger Ailes ,  Bill O'Reilly  and others for sexual harassment.

Like it or not, Fox was the first to interview a private investigator hired by the family of Seth Rich Rod Wheeler called.

In this groundbreaking interview, Wheeler said Seth's murder was an inside job.

The story first broke on May 16, and was based on an interview for Fox Wheeler made the day before.

"Now, that's very unusual for a murder investigation, especially a police department ...

Fox News: Rich sent 44,000 emails to WikiLeaks internal DNC before his death

According to a report released Tuesday by Fox News , a forensic FBI report on Rich's computer generated within 96 hours after his murder showed that he contacted WikiLeaks.

[This was done] through the late American investigative journalist, documentary filmmaker and director of WikiLeaks, Gavin MacFadyen, who lived in London at the time,  he said a federal source told Fox News.

MacFadyen died of lung cancer on October 22 at the age of 76 years.

"I've seen and read emails between Seth Rich and WikiLeaks" said US researcher at Fox News, confirming the connection MacFadyen.

He said that emails are in possession of the FBI, while the case is stalled in the hands of the Metropolitan Police Department.

Fox News reports that federal investigator, who requested anonymity, said 44,053 emails and 17.761 attachments between the leaders of the Democratic National Committee from January 2015 through May 2016 were transferred from Rich to MacFadyen before 21 of May.

On July 22, just 12 days after the death of Rich, WikiLeaks published internal DNC emails that appeared to show that senior party officials conspired to prevent Bernie Sanders Sen. Vermont became the party's presidential candidate.

That controversy resulted in Debbie Wasserman Schultz resigned as chairman of the DNC.

WikiLeaks leader Julian Assange did not identify Rich as the source of emails, but has shown great interest in the case and has not denied having worked with Rich.

This story went crazy in the alternative media, and  this article Claire Bernish of 18 May 2017 is particularly noticeable if you are looking for more.

If this is true, and apparently the proof already exists, completely destroys the idea that these emails came from "the Russians".

That means that this dizzying nightmare of journalism of truth is being censored by Apple, Facebook, Google, YouTube, Twitter, etc., as "Fake News" is a big joke.

This battle got personal

Once the Alliance take the lead, I doubt that this disgusting censorship continues.

I have been personally affected greatly. I almost lost my YouTube channel in December.

A guy with false name and address submitted false claims and almost wiped us.

My old videos and radio programs were stolen and relocated to an industrial scale for their false channels, up to 800 per day, every day. Literally.

He is doing this, literally everyone in the community of all the truth, on an industrial scale. Certainly earn millions through advertising revenue each year.

We know exactly who is and who is working with him. So far we have left alone. I just choose to ignore it for several reasons.

This is an attempt to frustrate people looking for content "HOT" and "new" enormously. None of that is. And it is loaded with ads. "David is so greedy!"

I can not advertise on YouTube. That's thousands in lost revenue. All I can do is refer to products such as books and my TV in Gaia.

Similarly, if you do a search for Alex Jones on YouTube, you'll notice how "Ron Gibson" gets higher placement in the results that the actual channel Alex Jones.

Gibson has only a little over 120,000 subscribers, while Alex Jones has more than 2.1 million.

HACKER FAMOUS KIM DOTCOM CONFIRMS THAT FRIDAY SETH WAS RICH SOURCE OF WIKILEAKS

The following impressive development in this story came on Friday, May 19 when the famous hacker confirmed Seth Kim Dotcom Rich was the source of Wikileaks.

This was another event of seismic proportions. Its ramifications could be only so far.

The combination of federal anonymous informant, the private investigator and Kim Dotcom and all identifying Seth Rich as the new Snowden created a stir.

5/22: Seth Rich murder theories emerge as Kim Dotcom weighs

Things got even weirder after Internet detectives discovered what appeared to be  social networking accounts Mr. Rich , including your user name Reddit, "MeGrimlock4" and Twitter "@ panda4progress".

His online persona revealed that Mr. Rich was a great defender of Sanders.

conspiracy theorists argue [that] as evidence of motive to filter emails showing the DNC in collusion to avoid Sanders to win the party's nomination.

In a bizarre development, users discovered a tweet by former DNC data of science Andrew Therriault, who appeared posthumously taunt Mr. Rich, referring to him as a "disgrace".

On April 27, citing a tweet that read: "TIL: A group of pandas is called an 'Embarrassment' #pandafacts" Mr. Therriault tweeted: "cc: @ panda4progress".

The tweet has since been deleted.

Not long after, Reddit appeared to alter the messages of Mr. Rich -a big no-no from the perspective of users of site- to delete a comment in which he shared his email address, which links the account .

Apparently,  it is true that a name for a group of pandas is a 'shame' . However, this tweet definitely seemed to have a deeper meaning.

REFERRAL OF NAME OF PANDA

It is a sad fact, but it should be noted that the term "panda" has a specific meaning in these very, very sick des cult circles.

Anyone who is hit in the head 15 times or more will have blood accumulating under your eyes, forming two black eyes.

This gives a similar panda victims of trafficking, whether adults or children look.

During the scandal Pizzagate there were many references to pandas that most people did not understand, including strange, stylized photographs.

If Seth Rich chose this as his name, this could indicate that he himself was a survivor of long-term and profound abuse.

Like Stockholm syndrome, a victim may come to embrace the derogatory language used for him by his captors.

JUNE 16: SLEEP IN THE PERSONAL PLAN EPIC

Any long-term reader of this site know I've had prophetic dreams that sometimes have been very accurate.

I have been documenting and analyzing my dreams almost every morning for 25 years from September 21, 1992.

The next day, after seeing the story Roland Bernard, on June 16, 2017, I had a remarkable dream that left little to the imagination.

THE DREAM IS EXCITING TO PUT FINAL

I said this was the most important message that could be giving me my, or anyone.

All he and I have worked to expose, throughout our entire career, will soon be revealed in an epic, publicly, he said.

The scope and quality of how far this would be "beyond our wildest dreams," and we all like to see happen.

then I saw people aspire to a mattress that was 30 feet long - and the dream ended.

The large cushion suggested that this disclosure could at least partially involve giant / pre-Adamites with elongated skulls sometime.

I did not want to share this dream until there was compelling evidence that we were pretty close to something like this happen. And here we are.

Two days later: INCREDIBLE ALLIANCE DRIVEN DISCLOSURE IN THE HISTORY CHANNEL

Four days before writing this, August 11, 2017, the brakes had mysteriously failed in my car. Fortunately, only it occurred just after doing the mountain.

Only four days after my brakes died, the house of my privileged informant Pete Peterson was seized and all his possessions thrown away.

WERE THE FOLLOWING HURRICANES

Shortly after these events took place, Houston was completely destroyed by a mega-hurricane, followed by Puerto Rico.
