According to internal documents, the Open Society Initiative for Europe handed over
$ 27,049 to the Council of Public Diplomacy of Catalonia (Council of Public Diplomacy of Catalonia), an agency created by the Generalitat of Catalonia with the participation of several private entities;
and $ 24,973 to the International Information and Documentation Center in Barcelona (CIDOB - Center for International Information and Documentation in Barcelona), a think tank-independentist.

CAD Queridas Luces del UNO: En este tiempo del despertar de la Consciencia, las frecuencias de Luz de la Fuente que reciben, son para que eliminen los límites del miedo y abran los Ojos del Alma, con las vibraciones ilimitadas del Amor del Infinito.
• Si albergan temores de no estar viendo a más de lo desconocido, ajusten sus percepciones de la realidad con la lente del Alma, así recuerden que lo Ilimitado del Ser abraza sin aprisionar.
• Entonces dejen de lado las preocupaciones que los confinan en el mismo espacio mental, así se quiten el chaleco de la separación y atraviesen el velo del cerco de desconfianza e incertidumbre de la personalidad del Yo inferior.
Despójense de la necesidad de experimentar una seguridad de tipo mental, ya que estas alarmas del ego, los reprimen con falsas sensaciones de peligro, y debido al miedo, les impiden ver la Luz de los horizontes superiores del propio Ser.
• Aunque estén encarnados en una realidad densa que materializa a sus cuerpos, a la Tierra y a todas las cosas que los rodean, alimenten la confianza que siguen caminando por el Cielo mientras transitan por una superficie planetaria sólida.
