The third dimension (3D) is a box of rigid beliefs, more or less, with a relatively inflexible set of rules and limitations. Most of us have been playing this game for whole lives, so we tend to think that it is the only game available to us. But nothing could be further from the truth. One of the rigid 3D beliefs that structures our lives - our thoughts and feelings and actions - is linear time.

Linear time is an optional belief and structure that allows us to "live" an experience of a past and a future ... and then we die. Because this belief is the predetermined assumption of 3D consciousness of the masses, and events seem to confirm that belief, most of us think and act as if it were true. 

But now we are all awakening from the illusion of this omnipresent belief. And as you become more aware, you realize that 3D time is actually a time loop. What you experience in "the past" is more or less what you put your attention on now, and you project that reality "into the future," and therefore experience it over and over again.

Therefore, the structure of time is very specific (and limiting) in the 3rd dimension, but your experience of time is very different (and empowering) as you move to higher dimensions. 

Everything in a 3D consciousness is also very conditional. The concept of, for example, 'unconditional love', does not exist in the third dimension. If you experience 'unconditional love' or 'unconditional peace', you have actually passed into a fourth dimension consciousness (4D). 

You see, in today's earthly experience, we have access to both 3rd and 4th dimensional consciousness, but most of us rarely get out of routine habits of 3D thinking and feeling.

The third dimension also offers no possibility of choice. We do not choose our thoughts, feelings and actions at any moment (that is a 4D and 5D ability), but we react from unconscious beliefs and conditioning to the people and situations that appear in our space. 

Duality offers another rigid structure for the 3D experience. Up and down. Left Right. I should / should not. At this time we already have the potential, all the necessary equipment and the wiring, to be fully aware of all these dimensions. But our habits of thinking and feeling, engraved over many lifetimes, incapacitate us and limit us to the 3D experience. Our rational mind left brain only knows what it knows, and does not know what it does not know, and works tirelessly to keep us within a narrow range of thinking and objective 3D possibilities. And we, mostly, have followed the flow. But not anymore.

The increasing energies of light and frequencies of Change are rewiring our brains to allow us to access a much wider range of information and possibility than is available in the 3rd dimension. These energies of light are preparing us for the 4D and 5D experience, while eliminating the rigid 3D "rules" of our consciousness. 

And what is the 4th Dimension? 

The "rules" of 4th dimensional consciousness provide a greater sense of ease, possibility, and ability than 3rd dimensional structures.

The time in 4D, for example, is always present time. The focus is only ever on this moment, what is happening right now. Our bodies already know only this present time; can not know 'yesterday' or 'tomorrow', and as conscious beings in our natural alignment in the fourth dimension, we function absolutely in this 'Now' of the consciousness and attention of the present time. When our point of attention becomes awareness of the present time, the choice becomes again possible. We can observe any and all events with a sense of detachment, simply as information to consider, and from that quiet and clear platform, we are then, and only then, free to choose our answer. In the fourth dimension we are "able to respond".

A concept and possibility known as paradox is also available in the present time of 4D consciousness. Paradox simply means that what was true a moment ago might not be true now. And what was false a moment ago might no longer be false. Instead of applying rigid and pre-existing definitions to any experience, we choose our preferred version and vibration every moment. 

Thus, as we move into 4D consciousness in the present tense, with the power of choice and responsiveness, and the flexibility of the paradox, the ability to alter play to enhance our happiness and well-being becomes available.

Interestingly, 4D consciousness will not be a long-term option after the shift clears the rigid structures of 3D consciousness. 

The fourth dimension is serving as an essential - but short-lived - trampoline or vibratory platform from which we all move on to 5th dimensional consciousness. 5D is the goal for Earth and all its inhabitants. The archangels have said that all Earth consciousness will be fifth dimensional consciousness by the year 2015.

Each of us is 100 percent in charge of the process. The more weight-patterns of words, thoughts, and emotions of lower vibration-we eliminate, the more we rise in the expansive experience of the fourth dimension. Here, it is as if we look beyond the limits and limitations, which were always just a habit of 3D observation. It is a broader vision, a quieter vision, and a quieter vision. In the 4th higher dimension you can choose fear or worry, and descend to the 4th lower dimension ... but you will not.

As you begin to align with the heart, naturally - "I Like Me" - you will find that there is no reason or obligation to choose an uncomfortable point of attention in the lower 4th dimension. It comes naturally and easily, since it is the language and vibration of your natural well-being - if you allow it, and if you focus on it. 

It is a choice. 

As the change accelerates and time collapses and everything is in the present moment, you could still choose your thoughts and feelings unconsciously, for a third dimension habit, and you would have the opportunity to experience that discomfort immediately and fully in your experience. 

Or you can choose your thought and emotion at every moment, with focus and awareness, and live the fullness of that experience.

In other words, it is beneficial for you to practice and integrate the ability to choose the content of your consciousness right now, before it really matters - and that moment is not far away. 

All up to you. 

So far, the center of your head, the place from which you can choose your thoughts and point of attention, has been pre-occupied by the thoughts of others. Your Mom-Dad-Teacher-Pastor loved you and had your opinion about the best way for you to live your life, and as your thoughts entered to reside in your head, "You" left.

Now is the time to regain ownership of the center of your head. As you recognize and release unnatural thoughts that say, "Oh, I can not do this" and "I can not do that" and "I have to do this", you'll find that soon all those thoughts, with their sticky connections in the 4th lower dimension disappear. 

Simply putting your attention in the present time in 'beauty' and 'well-being', or simply being 'happy' being 'at ease', eliminates the lower vibrations stored in the lower astral fields of the 4th dimension.

Start by playing with the vibration of what I call Living Words. The Archangels very deliberately and precisely chose these words - words such as Safe, Able, Aweful, Present, Grace, Senior and Happy - so you can more easily clear all the unconscious vibrations of your space. 

Choose a word every day and live with it all day, think about it and feel it often. 

If you practice thinking and feeling these vibrations now, when they do not count yet, they will become a habit when they do count. 

You begin to realign yourself gracefully with the fullness of "You," and your natural state of well-being elevates you to the 4th higher dimension. 

Easy? More or less. 

Simple? Yes.

Is consciousness and choice necessary from a present time space? Definitely. 

Can you sit on the sidelines and expect everything to work out? No. 

Increasing levels of electromagnetic light from the higher dimensions are now flowing into all of us. Many people in the 3rd dimension can not handle this increase, and are choosing to leave their bodies. 

And many, many more will continue as the Shift accelerates. 

You see, everyone is going home to the 4th and then the 5th dimension, but not everyone is going home in the same timeline, and just as easily and gracefully.
