Burundi abandona definitivamente el Tribunal Penal Internacional

El viernes Burundi abandonó definitivamente el Tribunal Penal Internacional, convirtiéndose en el primer país africano en salir de esa gran farsa, creada para lavar la podrida conciencia de las grandes potencias, cuyos crímenes siempre quedarán impunes.
El anunció lo hizo el vicepresidente burundés Gastón Sindimwo, quien declaró que estaban dispuestos a soportar las consecuencias de la decisión.
Hace un año el gobierno anunció su retirada del Estatuto de Roma, el tratado internacional que creó el Tribunal que, hasta ahora, cuenta con 122 Estados miembros, de los que 34 son africanos.
Desde abril de 2015 Burundi está sacudido por una crisis de desestabilización, provocada por las potencias imperialistas, con el aval de la ONU.
En setiembre la comisión de investigación de la ONU sobre Burundi pidió al Tribunal la apertura de un sumario contra el gobierno de Bujumbura, al que acusa de “crímenes contra la humanidad”.
Desde hace años Burundi es un país destruido por el imperialismo y, sobre todo, por sus ONG, que son un caballo de Troya. En abril de 2015 los burundeses salieron a las calles a protestar contra la pretensión del presidente, Pierre Nkurunziza, de repetir mandato después de las dos legislaturas de cinco años cada una que permite la Constitución.
En julio resultó elegido tras un fallido golpe de Estado en unos comicios sin oposición real y después de haber reprimido las protestas violentamente. Fosas comunes, ejecuciones extrajudiciales, asesinatos, desapariciones forzosas, detenciones ilegales, torturas... Es el repertorio de crímenes cometidos por la policía burundesa y, en algunos casos, por los grupos armados de la oposición.
Al menos 250.473 personas han huido de Burundi en el último año. La mayoría están en Tanzania y Ruanda, aunque todos los países vecinos acogen a refugiados.
Las tensiones políticas en el país amenazan con una escalada hacia la guerra civil. Asegura que se cuentan por cientos los asesinados, miles los detenidos, cientos las denuncias de torturas y decenas los desaparecidos.

British government is involved in sexual harassment scandal
British Prime Minister, Theresa May, is involved in a sexual harassment scandal, a case that the media is accused of having allowed.

Parallel to these two charges, parliamentarians shared stories about a conservative deputy who allegedly taking photos of young men in compromising positions and then used to obtain sexual favors. They also accused a Cabinet minister, who did not identify, had grabbed the thigh of a woman and having made a racial slur.
The newspaper The Guardian has indicated Monday that May has asked the president of the Chamber of Deputies, John Bercow, to launch a system of care to employees of Parliament who need to report inappropriate political behavior.
MPs warn that risks to the young staff are intensified because of the many hours of work and the fact that many politicians lead a double life, with a house in London and another in his constituency.
The Labor Party (PL) has accused May of "wash their hands" on the complaint of harassment against Garnier, after she has asked the Cabinet Office to investigate the circumstances in which he asked his exasistente to conduct a inappropriate purchases.
