Maintaining Peace

As the energy begin to rise for the next phase, butterflies and tremblings of anticipation are increasing as well.  Because some of you have been raised in a less than ideal environment, it may be mistaken for anxiety or fear.  One of the things being introduced now is a way to clearly identify your emotions.  Today, rather than relying on your ‘old ways’, you are being invited to take a step back, breathe and really feel what is coming in.  The world may appear to be in chaos, this does not mean that you must participate.  Know that The Universe will always guide and support you through your personal progress.  In maintaining the peace and love you so richly deserve, you are radiating to your world in the best possible way. ~ Creator

En diferentes momentos, has comenzado a experimentar las nuevas energías que te están acelerando hacia adelante, de modo que tus conceptos y comprensión se mejoran. Donde anteriormente había un nivel máximo que se esperaba que fuera el límite de expresión aplicado, ahora su futura expansión está abierta a grandes avances. Según su nivel de progreso, tiene derecho a tener la oportunidad de ir más lejos que nunca. Descubrirá que el progreso no es impulsado o apresurado sino que se establece en niveles que se perciben que están dentro de sus capacidades. Claramente, no tiene sentido proceder demasiado rápido, ya que debe darse tiempo para que la nueva información sea absorbida y comprendida por completo. Tenga en cuenta que a la larga se está preparando para un gran paso adelante en la evolución para convertirse una vez más en seres galácticos. Mike Quinsey’s Higher Self: Initial Announcements

Your authorities have been trying to speed up the changes that have been set in place. They have obstacles to overcome and there is a feeling that the time is approaching when some initial announcements can be made, that will settle those who are running out of patience, and in general will be accepted as a sign that the Forces of Light are finally pushing for completion. The first real steps forward should soon be followed by announcements that will so to say “get the ball rolling”. On the other hand decisions are bound by moment to moment actions to completely put the dark Ones out of action, so that they cannot impede or prevent the inevitable changes that you have long awaited. So the situation is very much fluid but the time for change is here, and the Lightworkers are doing their best to speed up the outcome. The crux of the matter is that we can assist you because there is sufficient support to warrant it and the circumstances do lend themselves to positive action being taken. When it has you may rest assured that nothing will stop the ultimate outcome that is desired. The delay has of course helped those who have been slow to awaken and of recent times they have been greatly helped by the increase in vibrations. However, some souls have no interest at all in Ascension, because they are not ready and also have lessons to learn before they are able to think in terms of lifting themselves up. Every soul that reaches a level where Ascension can take place can ascend at any time, but as the present opportunity comes at the end of the cycle, added assistance is given to encourage as many as possible to try and be prepared. Slowly but surely the people with different ways of life and religious upbringing are mixing with others of different beliefs, whilst it has resulted in some friction the overall gain is a more tolerant relationship. It is true to say that the differences seem much less when you understand another person’s beliefs are not far removed from your own. There is only the One God and God’s spark is inside every living creature, and experiencing side by side teaches tolerance and the realisation that human beings are very much the same the whole world over. You have a saying “but for the Grace of God go I” and if you bear in mind that you have incarnated into many different Races to further your experiences, you will realise that “All is One” in ways that may not have occurred to you previously. There is no reason why religion should create such problems providing it is not forced upon another soul and the differences are respected accordingly. Things are already changing even if it is a slow process, and there is absolutely no way of going back even although some souls are trying all they can to hold onto that which is familiar to them. The Human Race is destined to become One Race with the same objectives, and as is now starting to occur, some individuals are already of the understanding that they have potentially all within that they need to fully evolve. When the time is right you will be helped to take another step forward. There is always help on hand and all you have to do is ask for it, and it will surely be given if not exactly as you have envisaged or desired. You are never without help even in your darkest moments, but you often forget that help is always there, but you must ask for it first as otherwise it cannot be given. You have left the dark Ages behind and are cutting your ties to it. A new vista lays ahead full of promise and your release from attachments that no longer serve your purpose. It is all laid out before you and all you have to do is to claim it. Think of the promised changes that are soon to come into view and put the problems of the past behind you. All is progressing well even if slower than you would have wished, and nothing can stop your onward march into the Light that grows stronger and stronger. It is already bringing about a new feeling of peace and happiness that is open to all souls, even if at present their experiences are still of the old vibrations. It will pass quite soon and absolute peace will descend upon Earth. It has to because it has already been ordained by the Creator. At different times you have started to experience the new energies that are speeding you forwards, so that your concepts and understanding are enhanced. Where previously there was an ultimate level you were expected to make that was your applied limit of expression, now your future expansion is open to great advances. By your level of progress you are entitled to have the opportunity to go even further than ever before. You will find that progress is not pushed or hurried but set at levels that are perceived to be within your capabilities. Clearly there is no point in proceeding too quickly as time must be given for the new information to be absorbed and fully understood. Bear in mind that in the long run you are being prepared for a great step up in evolution to once again become Galactic Beings. Although you are quite a long way from such advances, know in your heart that reuniting with your Higher Self is returning to the level that you were at previously. A long, long time ago you answered the call for souls to drop into the lower vibrations, to help lift up those who needed aid to assist their evolution. It meant leaving your true identity behind, but your Guides were always on hand to help you back to your original level. It is only now that you are beginning to feel the expansion of your consciousness and through it a greater understanding of your true selves. In reality you are powerful beings feeling your way back to the higher levels that you came from. Do not limit your potential and think big because you are now on the path back to the realisation of your true selves. You who are the ones awakening are going to create a pathway that will make it easier for others to follow. Having come this far the future is everything you would wish yourselves, but first the higher vibrations must be established upon Earth. As you do so the Light will become more powerful until the darkness is fully eliminated and complete peace and serenity settles upon the Earth. Never again will you be called upon to go through the same experiences, but you will use them to help others who follow in your footsteps. I leave you with love and blessings, and may the Light brighten your days and path to completion. El arzobispo de la Arquidiócesis de Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Fabio Martínez Castilla, declaró que es más grave que una mujer aborte que un sacerdote abuse sexualmente de un menor.

En declaraciones al diario local Noticias voz e imagen de Chiapas, el jerarca católico sostuvo que cuando un niño es abusado sexualmente por un sacerdote “se muere su futuro”. En cambio, enfatizó que cuando una mujer interrumpe su embarazo comete “un asesinato”.

“Entonces, cualitativamente es mucho más grave el aborto, pero cuantitativamente las dos cosas hacen mucho daño y merecen castigo”, dijo a la reportera Itzel Grajales.

El obispo de la capital opinó que los sacerdotes que cometen pederastia no deben ser solapados, sino encarcelados y expulsados de la Iglesia católica.

Entrevistado en la Catedral Metropolitana de San Marcos, el prelado apuntó que los abusos sexuales a menores de edad no son perpetrados únicamente por clérigos: “aquel maestro, político, médico y todo aquel que atenta contra la bondad y libertad de un niño debe ser penado”.

Judge orders top Michigan health official to stand trial for Flint deaths

A state court judge ruled Monday that Nick Lyon, the executive director of the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, will be brought to trial for two counts of involuntary manslaughter, as well as other felony charges related to the Flint water crisis. This ruling marks the first time anyone has been ordered to stand trial for the criminal conspiracy committed against the population of this working class city north of Detroit. Lyon was appointed by Governor Rick Snyder and still holds the position as head of the state health agency.

The maximum sentence for the involuntary manslaughter charges could be as much as 30 years in prison, plus another five for misconduct in office. In a packed courtroom with standing room only, Judge David J. Goggins of the 67th District Court took 160 minutes reading through pages of his detailed notes before giving the decision.

The charges against Lyon stem from his role in concealing the outbreak of Legionnaires’ disease in 2014-2015 that killed at least 12 people and sickened at least another 79 people. No warning was given by Lyon in spite of residents’ protests about foul-smelling water producing rashes and other illnesses. Flint’s water source was switched from Lake Huron to the polluted Flint River in April 2014 without adding anti-corrosion controls, as part of a state-encouraged plan to move towards privatization of the water supply.

The state investigation of the Flint catastrophe, under the direction of Attorney General Bill Schuette—who is the Republican candidate to succeed Snyder in the November eletions—has been winding slowly through the legal system since January 2016. No political officials have been charged, including Republican Governor Snyder and State Treasurer Andy Dillon, a Democrat appointed by Snyder who authorized the Flint water switch.

Susan Hedman, the top federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) official in the Midwest, was aware as early as April 2015 that the water being piped into the homes of Flint, Michigan residents was not being treated for corrosion control, yet said nothing. This despite the fact that it is common knowledge among water professionals that the lack of such treatment, especially with highly corrosive water like that found in the Flint River, will cause lead to leach into tap water from pipes and fixtures.

Testimony before Judge Goggins revealed that although health experts warned of the danger of Legionnaires’ disease and the possible link to the change in the city’s water source as early as October 2014, their efforts to investigate the situation were blocked by high-placed officials in state and federal agencies. Documents made available through FOIA show Lyon was aware of the outbreak as early as January 2015, but it was not until January 2016 that Snyder announced the outbreak of Legionnaires.

Today’s decision had been delayed until after the Michigan primaries, in which Schuette was opposed for the Republican nomination by Lieutenant Governor Brian Calley, who had Snyder’s backing. Schette used the prosecution to try to distance himself from the much-hated outgoing governor, suggesting that he would be “providing justice for the people of Flint.”

Already, evidence is emerging that the Flint water crisis caused more than just lead poisoning and Legionnaires’ disease. A PBS Frontline report released in July of 2018 indicates that, during the same period that the Flint River was used, there were 119 deaths caused by pneumonia. This is a 46 percent increase from the previous year.

Of these 119 cases, 47 occurred between May and October of 2014. During these summer months, one would expect a decline in deaths from pneumonia, which normally spikes in the winter. Epidemiologists interviewed by Frontline indicate that this is circumstantial evidence that some of these deaths may have been caused by Legionnaires’ disease, rather than pneumonia. Epidemiologists told Frontline that Legionnaires “is misdiagnosed as pneumonia in about 40 percent of cases.”

Another study by researchers David Slusky and Daniel Grossman found fetal death rates increased by 58 percent and fertility rates decreased by 12 percent after the April 2014 change in the city’s water source. The researchers’ study demonstrated that 250 babies were not born due to the lead-in-water crisis. Less than six months after the water switch, the General Motors engine plant stopped using the Flint River after its parts became corroded, and yet no warning whatsoever was issued to the residents.

John Bursch, one of Lyon’s three defense attorneys, already plans to appeal the decision to bring him to trial. He claimed that Judge Goggins never referred to defense witness statements during his decision. If filed, the appeal will be heard in Genesee County Circuit Court. Immediately following Judge Goggins decision, Governor Snyder, according a tweet by his spokesperson Ari Adler, claimed that Lyon “has been a strong leader.”

The criminal conspiracy has continued for more than four years. All levels of government are working together to hide the vast criminal conspiracy that produced the Flint water crisis and still impacts the population today, more than four years since the switch. The decision to put Lyon on trial is significant. While he may be offered up as the sacrificial lamb, leaving those such as Snyder, Dillon, and others untouched, the political establishment is fearful of that the growing anger of the working class in Flint will join with the emergence of working class struggles in the US and internationally
