Many are attaining the goals of their Ascension process, which co-creates new realities to be available to the collective. This is an act of Wayshowership; creating the paths which others may follow by choice. Our experiences are Divine, and often bizarre, as we expand the parameters for our realities.

We continue to expand into new experiences, consistently releasing the grip of the old illusion. The past is disappearing. Time becomes very fluid as the emotional attachment to the past or the future dissolves. All becomes the Now, in order for us to become pure conduits in the Now of absolute Presence.

Be the Gatekeeper of your own Heart

To prepare for a new experience in the higher realms of consciousness, we apply core Ascension principles in pursuit of Divine Neutrality and Pure Service. This keeps us open and aligned with the New as it presents.

Every Soul has an agenda for their Ascension, which often depends on how awakened the lower Self becomes along the journey. Once the Lower Self consciously chooses to participate in an Ascension process, the journey accelerates to accommodate higher and higher levels of consciousness. Willingness and active participation keep us available to the New as the Shift progresses.

The key to every Christic Ascension process is Love; the frequency of pure Light and its application across the multidimensional realms of experience. We are consistently challenged to raise our vibration, the level of photonic light within our cells, fields and Heart center throughout the process.

So how do we know if we are accomplishing what our Soul set out to do here?

Questions for Ascension Preparedness

The following Mastery questions serve as a guide or gauge for where we are in our process. These are questions which every initiate asks themselves as they level up and prepare themselves for Ascension. The answers are a deeply personal experience; take care to meditate on them, feel them, and adjust your path where necessary.

Do you love and honor Source/Creator/God completely, realizing that Self-Love and Source-Love are One in the same, and express this in every thought, word, deed, and interaction?

Acknowledgment of the Creator, and yourself as a fractal of that, ends separation. Experiencing reunification is a profound, glorious sensation; this is not a mental exercise. You heart opens completely to serving and honoring that which joyously creates all that is.

Do you honor all of creation as reflections of Source? This includes the kingdoms, elementals, Gaia, Humanity, other beings, races, timelines, positive or negative experiences … all of it.

Do you see the big perspective and respect all experiences and creations, regardless of how they appear to the lower Self? This heals all that has occurred here, both individual and collective journeys.

Do you love your neighbor as yourself?(The lesson of Unconditional Love)

This classic question challenges us to love one another as a primary function of Divinity, and a key to the Gateway of Higher existence. However it also demonstrates a full comprehension of discernment rather than judgment. Judgment is the dualistic habit of deciding what is right/wrong, good/bad, yes/no. Discernment utilizes wisdom to choose what serves the highest interests of all concerned, including your own Ascension experience.

The lesson of Unconditional Love demonstrates if what is within will be reflected in your external reality. The Universe of Ascended SourceSelf you are creating revolves around the pure vibration of Unconditional Love.

Have your surrendered all old operating systems of duality; the lower dimensional negativity, fears, doubts, belief systems, repetition, personal akashic and collective past?

This is a question for dimensional-shifting preparedness. Many are addicted to the old reality, old beliefs, old fears and use it as their default experience. When you disconnect from old programs, your reality becomes a completely different experience.

There is a profound sense of freedom, and a tremendous clearing of cellular structures, which opens us for DNA transmutation. This is the *Walking in this world but not of it* state.

Review your remaining entanglements and agreements. Your lifestream is energy – monitor where that energy flows; Do your thoughts, activities, purchases, conversations, relationships flow to the New structures rather than the old?

Have you unified with the mission of your Higher Self, choosing Ascension as your primary goal, exercising your higher wisdom and Divine Love in every situation, every challenge?

Ascension is a choice. Are you actively challenging yourself to connecting with your True Self, being the Presence of Source, willing to speak your truth, feeling and expressing the divinity emerging through all expressions of Self? This is a feeling – it does not matter if you cannot *see* your Higher Self. Knowing oneself and exploring the True Self’s desires and path is a sensation; an intuitive, feeling state of beingness.

Are you completely dedicated to Service to others and the mission of Divine Love?

Divine service activates the Creator Self, pure Love, and releases the old dogma of martyrdom or savior dynamics. This is dedication on a cosmic scale; you experience freedom from the waiting game, engaging with Divine patience, neutrality, highest interests of the collective and Gaia, and an active participation in the creation of new realities. At some point in your journey, Service to others and Source will be the only thing that makes Sense.

Maintaining Focus on Stability and Expansion

The questions are intended to give perspective on what is being accomplished here on Gaia. They are basic to the Ascension process. With the distractions of the current frequency influx and timeline shifts, it is good to realign with the nigher intentions often.

We focus on stability to balance the collective angst, we send forth more LoveLight and Unity to raise the collective into the New realities available.

Hilarion: Ascension Symptoms

Beloved Ones,
I come on the wings of love! You are becoming fully integrated Divine humans. The energy fluxes continue on relentlessly as you try to adjust to the shifting timelines and realities that you experience as they happen. Many unusual symptoms appear in your physical body such as a twitching in your eye as your inner sight (third eye) is opened more fully or sharp stabs of pain as though a pin or needle is jabbing at you – these come and go throughout various energy points in your meridian system. There may be the sensation of heart palpitations, pains in various muscles and joints, a dimming of eyesight in one or both eyes as more mucous is expelled, and intense itching on various areas of your skin.
You can also be experiencing fuzziness of the brain function, drowsiness and excessive feelings of tiredness that comes upon you suddenly, bringing on the need for sleep or rest. There may be phantom pains that arise from previous injuries to the bones in one’s body, or pain that travels throughout the body, appearing first in one area and then the next day in another. Your teeth may become sensitive to hot or cold or sweet or sugary foods. Your ears may feel as though they are filled with fluid and there can be sharp pains that are periodically felt. The spinal column and neck region where the skull joins the spine may be painful as you move your head in any direction. Also your spine may be feeling pain and tenderness along its length. There can also be a sensation of powerful energy coming through your crown chakra at the top of your head. This can bring on a temporary feeling of dizziness or even nausea.
Many chronic illnesses seem to flare up during this phase and it can be most challenging to endure. These symptoms vary from person to person as their human operating system is being re-calibrated and re-attuned so that each person can embody greater and greater amounts of spiritual Light that allow one’s higher aspects to manifest in and through them. Along with the physical symptoms, the emotional body is also trying to release old feelings from the past and sometimes it is surprising to the one experiencing these what comes to the surface. The mental body also joins in the momentum by bringing forth thoughts from the cells themselves and even from one’s DNA. The one experiencing this begins to understand that it is their spirit or soul that seeks to achieve wholeness and total integration in all aspects of their human operating system.
This painful and confusing period is necessary in order to purify one’s being of all that is no longer of use in their current and evolving reality. Humanity as a whole is venturing into previously unknown areas of exploration and this activity in its higher aspects helps to stretch, broaden and expand one’s consciousness and understanding of the purpose of life in a physical body. It leads to the comprehension that one is, in actuality, a spiritual being having this experience. Once this is realized, progress continues as the soul moves into the service to others phase of learning and evolving.
Viewed from the higher perspective of one’s soul and Oversoul, these experiences are seen as stepping stones to freedom from polarity and duality experience known as the wheel of karma. This process of purification and alchemy allows souls to move from one level of awareness to another. As they change and raise their frequency level, they reclaim their sovereignty as a spiritual being of the universe worthy of this freedom. This is the ultimate purpose of the initiations that each soul goes through – the achievement of Mastership of Life through a cycle of physical experience – transcending the need for further exploration of such and moving on to a different form of experiencing and learning. Certified Master Hypnotherapist Michael Newton developed a technique to regress his clients back in time to recall memories from their past lives. During this process he stumbled upon a discovery of enormous proportions. He was able to bring the souls back to the place where they go before their next life — a life between lives. Out of 7,000 regressions, a large majority had eerily similar recollections of a place that many of them called “home.”

One of the most fascinating aspects of Newton’s work was that it didn’t matter who he was working with or what their previously held beliefs were in regards to the concept of “a soul” or reincarnation–in fact, many didn’t believe in these concepts at all. After coming out of a session, many of these people were changed forever. They were able to recount some of their past lives and feel and clearly see the relationship those previous lives had to their current life.
The Life Between Lives

In the world of hypnotherapy, past-life regression is almost common, but what’s unique about Newton’s work is his ability to get his subjects to recall memories from being in the womb, and then from before that point as well, to the place between each life. This was a place where, often, all of the soul family was waiting and welcoming with open arms. Many of the subjects were often surprised to see who was there as some of these people had provided a challenging experience for them in their previous lives.

According to Newton, the hypnotic responses from his subjects in regards to the afterlife provided credible information because of the consistency in their reports. Often the subjects would even use the same words and graphic depictions of where they were and what they were seeing. Newton had no reason to feel that anyone had a motive to fake their stories, and treated each case as if he was hearing the information for the first time. In other words, he was not suggesting words or ideas to them, but rather giving them the freedom to express these lives on their own. The similarities between the subjects was quite astounding. Some of these similarities included,
People’s memories of the initial activities of the soul just after final death on earth parallel the recollections of people returning from a near-death experience (NDE).
Souls are generally anxious to move away from the earth after death, and in many cases may stay a few days for their funeral.
Most souls initially pass through a tunnel towards the light of heaven.
The appearances of physical structures or other familiarities from Earth on the entry of the soul into heaven are intended to ease their transition.
Souls have the capability of projecting former life forms in communication with other souls.
Immediately after their death on earth, souls are met initially in heaven by their spirit guides or someone with whom they were close in their previous life. They meet others that were important to them previously.
Spirit guides continue their protective role in heaven.
Communication in heaven is done through telepathy.
A private form of consciousness between spirits exists through touch.
Ghosts are spirits who have chosen to remain within the earth plane, generally with a high degree of discontent. They can be dealt with by various means, such as exorcism, to get them to stop interfering with human beings.
Souls who were unable to turn aside a human impulse to harm others will go into seclusion upon entering the spirit world and remain for quite a while. The following reincarnation may be as a victim in a karmic cycle of justice.

Again, not only is this level of similarity and detail fascinating, but many of the thousands of people who were put under this hypnosis had no previous belief of reincarnation, the soul, or source consciousness. Their experiences here changed their minds.

In one instance a woman who had always faced challenges with her father in her current life saw that his soul had actually inhabited the body of the man who was the one who killed her in a past life. She was able to see how the members of the soul family aren’t always who you might expect. Some people who have caused us the most grief may have been doing so for our soul’s best interest, in order to help us grow.

For some of us, this work may resonate on a deep level. I know for myself while watching a documentary on this subject called, Flipside: A Journey Into The Afterlife, and hearing the people recount their previous lives or the place that was often described as “home,” no part of me doubted anything they were saying for even a second. This information resonated to the very core of my being and just happens to go along quite nicely with my previously held beliefs in terms of reincarnation and the afterlife. Of course, we can never know for sure, but the topic of past lives and life after death is truly fascinating and can be fun to explore. I highly recommend the book on this subject, Journey Of Souls: Case Studies Of Life Between Lives by Michael Newton himself. It goes into much more depth and provides transcripts of actual sessions with the hypnotized subjects.
