Maybe the name  Kushner  did not say anything. And that  alone will sound for being the husband of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner- Groom  top model  Karlie Kloss Joshua Kushner-. 

But in reality  Jared and Joshua  belong  to one of the richest and most powerful Jewish families in New York. 

His grandparents,  Joseph and Rae  came to the United States in  1949  after surviving the Holocaust. As a good entrepreneur,  Joseph  started from nothing and ended up creating a real estate empire with more than 4,000 homes in  New Jersey,  where they lived.

His second son (and father of the boys),  Charles , inherited the smell of his father's business and the builder created  Kushner Companies . When started, he had only one employee, his secretary.  They are now more than 800. 

Jared and Joshua today are those who have collected the family witness . 

Besides being at the head of  Kushner Companies, Jared , 34, bought in 2005 the newspaper  The New York Observer , after his father saw embroiled in a fraud scandal and ended up in jail.

When in 2009 he married the daughter of tycoon Donald  Trump  ( Ivanka converted to Judaism to marry him by the Jewish rite ) joined two of the most powerful families in town. The couple has two children, Arabella and Joseph . 

For his part  Joshua,  30, graduated from  Harvard  and worked at  Goldman Sachs . In addition to investor in  Instagram , it is one of the founding partners of  Oscar Insurance,  a modern health insurance company.

In 2005  Charles Kushner  was sentenced to two years in prison for tax evasion and making illegal donations to political campaigns and pressuring a witness. 

It was his brother, the husband of his sister Esther, whom Kushner recorded having sex with a prostitute luxury which he himself had financed . 

"The prison food is like dogs. I basically fed peanuts and sardines , "said  Kushner  after his departure.
