També ha despertat de la seva plàcida somnolència al ramat intel·lectual que pastura al pessebre de les subvencions i de la indústria político-cultural, perquè, a cor, carregui contra els vostres drets, que són els de tots. Com vam dir en la Diada, la piconadora i la trituradora estatal de les que parlàvem al Fossar s'estan activant al màxim. 

No obstant això, per raons que seria llarg exposar ara, moltes persones de bona fe creien que l'avanç a la democràcia, a la sobirania i potser a la independència, seria bastant tranquil, sense problemes, perquè al final l'Estat espanyol acceptaria la voluntat catalana pacíficament expressada.

I tingueu en compte que ara mateix parlo de «democràcia» i «sobirania» en abstracte, sense dir res del seu contingut i essència de poble treballador oprimit nacionalment, de dones sotmeses a la triple explotació, de joventut popular empobrida i precaritzada, etc. , perquè estaros segurs que les violències de l'Estat picaran fins als racons més amagats d'aquesta Catalunya treballadora segons l'independentisme desenvolupi el seu contingut socialista, i colpejaran amb el suport decidit de la burgesia autòctona anti independentista i reaccionària fins a la medul·la.

Tenint tot això en compte, no podem deixar passar aquest gran acte de masses per reflexionar públicament sobre les lliçons de la història especialment vàlides per al present català. Veurem dos processos bascos diferents però idèntics, i que per això mateix poden il·luminar cada un a la seva manera el present català. 

Veurem la repressió del procés pacífic de masses que es autoorganitzar per recuperar les llibertats basques en l'estiu de 1934 sota la repressió de la II República, i després veurem el conegut com a Pla Ibarretxe de començaments del segle XXI que s'inscriu com una maniobra sectària i oportunista per treure partit partidista en l'huracà repressiu llançat pel PP contra Euskal Herria des de 1997.

La II República no va fer res per facilitar el diàleg amb els partits i institucions basques per reinstaurar els drets del País, al contrari: per exemple, el 1932 un jove donostiarra va ser condemnat a 21 anys de presó per parlar en euskara en un judici. Pitjor encara, en 1934 el Ministeri d'Hisenda va intentar aplicar impostos al País contraris a la legalitat del Concert Econòmic.

A més, la II República seguia mantenint la interinitat de les Diputacions malgrat les rondes electorals que s'havien celebrat. Les forces, organitzacions i partits bascos havien comprovat de nou que tres anys de democràcia republicana estaven endurint les repressions. Hi ha una inquietant semblança de fons entre els controls coercitius de la II Republica sobre les Diputacions i el Concert Econòmic i l'actual Art. 155 aplicat contra Catalunya.

Davant aquestes agressions cada vegada més greus, 200 municipis d'Àlaba, Biscaia i Guipúscoa, que representaven 823.216 dels 881.000 habitants dels tres territoris, es autoorganizaron en Comissió Interina i el 5 de Juliol de 1934 van decidir celebrar eleccions el 12 d'Agost per resoldre els dos problemes aleshores crucials: la interinitat imposada per l'Estat que anul·lava de facto la sobirania de les Diputacions basques, i mostrar la defensa del Concert Econòmic. 

La II República va declarar il·legal les eleccions del 12 d'agost i va posar en marxa totes les seves forces repressives materials i culturals. El 6 d'agost, la Comissió Interina es va reafirmar en celebrar les eleccions del dia 12 tot i l'ocupació militar del País.

Les forces armades espanyoles van entrar als Ajuntament, van detenir més de seixanta alcaldes i gran nombre de regidors. La resposta popular va ser organitzar les eleccions al carrer, en locals o en altres llocs. A Biscaia havia 115 ajuntaments i es van aixecar 100 actes electorals ja realitzades, de manera que l'alcalde de Bilbao va ridiculitzar en un comunicat la versió del Governador Civil de Biscaia que assegurava que les eleccions havien estat un fracàs. 

El 21 d'Agost la Comissió Interina va publicar tots els resultats, demostrant la rotunda victòria tot i la implacable ocupació militar. La Comissió d'Alcaldes de Nafarroa no va poder reunir-se a l'Ajuntament de Lizarra per estar ocupat per la Guàrdia Civil, amagant-se en la muntanya per llançar un Manifest de protesta i de suport als drets populars.

La Comissió Interina es va transformar en Comissió Municipal Permanent del País Basc, per avançar en el doble objectiu dalt vist. La repressió espanyola es va obsessionar amb detenir la Comissió Permanent que va haver d'actuar en la clandestinitat perquè membres seus eren detinguts i traslladats a presons, inclosa la de Burgos. 

La II República no podia tolerar la democràcia municipal basca. La Comissió Permanent va demostrar l'eficàcia dels seus mètodes de seguretat i el seu poder de masses quan va convocar una Assemblea per al 2 de setembre a Zumárraga en la qual es oficializarían les Comissions elegides el passat 12 d'agost.

L'Assemblea de Zumárraga va ser prohibida, però la Comissió Permanent va assegurar que es realitzaria de qualsevol manera. Hi va haver algun intent de negociar amb les forces repressives per evitar mals majors, i fins i tot una reclam de concessions de l'Estat a canvi de la seva suspensió. 

Però mentrestant s'havia endurit l'atac al Concert Econòmic amb dotze lleis i decrets vigents contraris al Concert, el que demostrava que Espanya seguia atacant les llibertats. La II República estava aplicant en silenci l'Art. 155 avant la lettre el que va irritar encara més al poble que no hagués acceptat una marxa enrere de Comissió Permanent, desconvocant l'Assemblea de Zumárraga.

La ciutat va ser voltada, carreteres, vies fèrries i camins que portaven a Zumárraga van ser tallats per les forces armades. Es detenia a gent en estacions tan llunyanes com la de Bilbao. Però moltes persones van sortejar els controls i es va realitzar l'Assemblea enmig d'un clima de tensió per l'amenaçadora presència de forces repressives que, però, no van atacar. Catalunya va estar present a Zumárraga mitjançant una delegació de solidaritat internacional que va assumir els mateixos riscos que els bascos i basques.

La repressió no es va aturar després de l'Assemblea, sinó que es va endurir en quatre aspectes: un, múltiples prohibicions d'actes; 2, advertència del Govern que «Si el poble s'aixeca la Força té ordres de disparar contra els parlamentaris, no contra el poble»; 3, detencions de dirigents, alcaldes i regidors que van ser traslladats en quatre camionetes a la presó de Burgos; i quatre, el assassinat d'un altre dirigent del PNB, Manuel de Andrés, per terroristes de la Falange. 

A l'estiu de 1934 la II República va estrènyer les clavilles de la seva doctrina i del sistema repressiu contra Euskal Herria, integrant tàctiques, mètodes i recursos, fins i tot canviant d'estratègia quan fos necessari per obtenir els mateixos objectius. Faltava menys de dos anys per a la revolta franquista.

Mentre els conjurats organitzaven la imminent massacre gairebé sense ser molestats pel Govern que començava a disposar de suficient informació, aquest carregava contra les classes i pobles explotats: aixafar a canonades la Revolució d'Octubre de 1934. Poc abans, el 1933, la II República havia massacrat al poble gadità de Casas Viejas. 

Des de 1997 la repressió va donar un altre salt en el procés d'il·legalitzacions de l'esquerra abertzale, arremetent des de 2003 contra les seves organitzacions electorals, contra el que sempre es denominava com Herri Batasuna, i que després va haver de buscar altres «franquícies legals» per seguir fent política institucional .

Va ser en aquest context de destrucció de drets iniciat manifestament amb el tancament del diari EGIN el 1998 i el 2003 del diari Euskaldunon Egunkaria, complint el pla de «Tot és ETA» dissenyat per Baltasar Garzón, quan la facció llavors dominant en el PNB i el lehendakari Ibarretxe van pretendre culminar un pla de reforma de l'Estatut d'Autonomia de la CAV amb tres objectius: 

Un, el PNB creia que l'esquerra abertzale s'estava diluint després de tants anys de persecucions i que podria quedar-se amb molts dels seus vots esgotats o desil·lusionats si els prometia com a esquer un nou Estatut, més ple de contingut.

Dues, adequar l'Estatut a les noves necessitats d'una economia relativament industrialitzada amb mitjana tecnologia i mitjana productivitat del treball, en un capitalisme estatal que havia optat per supeditar la indústria creadora de valor al turisme, al totxo i els serveis, a l'economia submergida , la corrupció, etcètera. 

I tres, tancar per sempre l'esperança i la consciència d'amplis sectors populars que la independència era l'única sortida, era una necessitat, abandonant aquesta reivindicació «superada» i rebutjant tota possibilitat de referèndum fent de l'Estatut i d'un «nou foralisme» la solució permanent.

En les eleccions de maig de 2001 l'aliança PNB-EA va aconseguir 604.222 vots, l'aliança espanyolista 580.128, i l'esquerra abertzale només 143.139. La burgesia creia que forçant les promeses estatutàries acabaria per dessagna a l'esquerra abertzale i podria atreure a sectors de la joventut que dubtaven entre l'Estatut basc i la Constitució monàrquica. 

Els resultats electorals així ho suggerien. El PNB no va perdre el temps i el Pla Ibarretxe va ser anunciat al Parlament al setembre d'aquest any, presentant-se en octubre de 2003 i sent aprovat amb majoria absoluta al desembre de 2004. Una mena de fruita del paradís lentament rebregada per extreure-més suc.

Al gener de 2005 el Pla va ser portat al Parlament espanyol que el va rebutjar amb 313 vots en contra, inclosos els d'Esquerra Unida, 29 a favor i 2 abstencions, les d'ICV. L'argumentari dels que es «van raspallar» a Madrid el projecte del Parlament basc avançava les mateixes tesis que dels que ara neguen la legitimitat democràtica de referèndum català de l'1 d'octubre: arruïnar l'economia, «trencar Espanya», impulsa l'independentisme més radical, és unilateral perquè no respecta la democràcia espanyola que és de rang superior, s'escindeix en dos a la societat anul·lant els drets de la majoria que no és independentista, trencar amb la Unió Europea, etcètera.

El Pla Ibarretxe va ser abandonat sense contemplacions al poc temps per la burgesia autonomista al veure el seu doble fracàs i la seva relativa victòria: malgrat tot, l'esquerra abertzale no es va desplomar, ia més l'Estat espanyol no només va enfonsar el Pla, sinó que va advertir que imposaria forts càstigs econòmics i polítics si el PNB no es tirava enrere. 

La intransigència de l'Estat va arribar al nivell d'amenaçar amb el processament en 2006 d'Ibarretxe i dos dirigents del PSOE, López i Ares, per les seves reunions amb membres de l'esquerra abertzale. La victòria relativa consistir en que la reivindicació independentista va ser definitivament esborrada de la consciència de la major part de la base del partit, encara que no de les bases de l'esquerra abertzale.

Hi va haver una aspra lluita interna al PNB que reflectia els canvis en la burgesia basca que al seu torn reflectien la financiarització del capitalisme mundial, i la permanent duresa del nacionalisme espanyol. 

Des de feia uns anys i com a part de l'auge del capital financer, dins de la cúpula del PNB havia anat ascendint la facció més oportunista i cínica, més d'acord amb el neoliberalisme, representada per Imaz que va arribar a la presidència del partit al gener de 2004, que va depurar Ibarretxe i va enviar a Arzallus a l'altar dels ídols inservibles. En aquells dies, més i més sectors de la mitjana i petita burgesia que havien optat per EA es plantejaven ia tornar de nou al PNB, com es demostrava en cada procés electoral.

La burgesia va donar la puntada al Pla Ibarretxe implorant la protecció espanyola a més de pels serveis econòmics que li atorga l'Estat, també perquè el protegia de la força del sindicalisme basc, per la seva ancoratge creixent al poble treballador, per l'afebliment imparable del sindicalisme reformista i espanyolista. 

Al marge dels alts i baixos electorals i superant una a una totes les repressions salvatges, el poble treballador, és a dir, l'independentisme amb consciència nacional de classe proletària, resistia a l'estratègia de desindustrialització, de liquidació de la "cultura del ferro» que havia estat el seu oxigen des de finals del segle XIX.

No detallem ara la planificada destrucció de les bases objectives i subjectives del poble treballador de la fase de la segona i tercera revolució industrial, i els seus efectes en la lluita nacional de classe, entre ells el gir estratègic d'una part de l'esquerra abertzale. 

El desmantellament industrial aplicat des de finals dels '70 obeint ordres de l'imperialisme no aconseguia a inicis del segle XXI liquidar definitivament la consciència obrera i popular. La gran burgesia feia més d'un segle que se sentia espanyola, i la mitjana i el gruix de la petita burgesia van comprendre que l'abandonament del Pla Ibarretxe era beneficiós per a elles.

Vosaltres i vosaltres coneixeu millor que jo com va la lluita de classes a Catalunya, la lluita de les dones, del precariat, de les i els assalariats encara fixos, de la força de treball submergida i emigrant, de la joventut sense futur, de les i els aturats, de la «tercera edat», etcètera,

Com i per què s'ha trencat l'extinta CiU, per què el sector autonomista i d'ordre del CiU no ha pogut subjectar en curt al sector de l'Puigdemont. Per què aquest sector format més per la mitjana i sobretot petita burgesia no s'ha plegat a Espanya com sí ho va fer la majoria d'aquestes mateixes fraccions de classe a Euskal Herria, que han anat abandonant EA per tornar al PNB. O dit d'una altra manera, per què Puigdemont dirigeix ​​una força que manté la seva dignitat i la seva consciència i per què el PNB segueix protegint-darrere de l'Estat, del qual fins i tot forma part en alguna de les seves estructures burocràtiques.

La resposta passa per conèixer les diferències entre els capitalismes basc i català, les seves respectives històries de lluites de classes i consegüentment les maniobres i tàctiques diferents que aplica l'Estat contra cadascuna de les nostres nacions. Recordem per exemple, que l'Estat va airejar una part petita de la corrupció de CiU, limitant-se al clan Pujol, i que ara com ara calla gairebé tot el que sap sobre la corrupció a la part dominant d'Euskal Herria, sobre el PP i UPN a Nafarroa, i sobre el PNB i el PSOE a la CAB. A què espera? Guarda aquestes i altres bases per a quan les necessiti.

No obstant això, les diferències desapareixen quan vam arribar al fons del problema: els beneficis que extreu amb l'opressió nacional dels pobles expliquen que, com hem vist en 1934, 2005 i 2017, s'apliquessin essencialment les mateixes mesures repressives que van més enllà de l'Art . 155 com volen fer-nos creure els reformistes per rentar la seva imatge.

Una d'elles és la negació de Catalunya i Euskal Herria com a subjectes polítics dotats del dret inalienable de regir-se per si mateixos, negar que som nacions capaços de governar-nos a nosaltres mateixes. Negar-nos la nostra identitat és infantilizarnos, fer-nos dependents d'un poder superior, estranger, inaccessible, que controla el nostre present i futur, que dicta la nostra història, que ens protegeix i ens castiga amb «amor de pare». Els discursos de Felip VI són un exemple d'això. 

Hem vist molt ràpidament una de les crisis irresolubles que podreixen a Espanya: la debilitat estructural del seu Estat-nació com a espai material i simbòlic d'acumulació ampliada capaç d'integrar els pobles oprimits.

No ens estenem en altres formes d'aquesta fallida interna, com el menyspreu obert o soterrat cap a les cultures i llengües dels pobles oprimits, l'incompliment sistemàtic dels acords signats amb les burgesies «regionals», el reforçament del nacional-catolicisme i el poder de l'Església més tridentina, l'essència nacionalista de la indústria político-mediàtica espanyola ... 

Hi ha una altra tres crisis més. Una i fonamental és l'endarreriment tecnocientífic i en la productivitat del treball. A mig i llarg termini la productivitat del treball és la clau per al desenvolupament socioeconòmic i cultural. A Europa, només Grècia, Moldàvia i Sèrbia van més endarrerides que Espanya en la productivitat del treball i en la formació tecnocientífica de les empreses.

El pitjor és que la distància s'engrandeix amb el temps i l'única manera que coneix el bloc de classes dominant a l'Estat és la d'augmentar l'explotació laboral, reduir els salaris, liquidar la despesa pública i social, incomplir els acords internacionals que obliguen a inversions no productives, etc., per compensar així l'agut i permanent retrocés en R + D + i, en ciència i en educació. 

Una altra i molt relacionada amb l'anterior és el pes plomís de la corrupció, de l'economia submergida, dels diners il·legal, bruta sorra gruixuda que obtura l'engranatge socioeconòmic perquè és consubstancial a l'abúlia burocràtica, a la inoperància administrativa i al conchabeo clientelar.

Les empreses de l'Ibex-35 han triplicat el desviament de capital a paradisos fiscals durant la crisi, tenint ara 1.285 filials. Tenim la massa de diners bruts, d'economia corrupta, de frau fiscal en totes les seves formes, que es mou fora de qualsevol control. Un informe recent xifra aquesta massa en el 17,2% del PIB encara que altres ho amplien alguns punts més segons quins criteris s'utilitzin.

Un altre estudi indica que molt poques grans famílies españolísimas i patrioteres de «Santiago y cierra España» evadeixen el 12% del PIB. Tenim la ineficàcia de l'Estat a l'hora de superar la crisi financera, que ha suposat una pèrdua d'almenys 40.000 milions d'euros, mentre que Alemanya, Gran Bretanya i França han estat molt més ràpides, eficaces i estalviadores, entre altres raons perquè la banca espanyola és putrefacta però totpoderosa, és intocable per al bloc de classes dominant.

Finalment, tenim la «costum» espanyola de preferir la repressió a la reforma, el pal a la pastanaga per a la resolució de qualsevol problema seriós. L'Assemblea de Zumárraga i el Pla Ibarretxe tornen a confirmar-ho: fins i tot quan es tracta d'aixafar mobilitzacions pacífiques, que només actuen en les àrees institucionals i que supediten les mobilitzacions de masses a aquest institucionalisme pacifista. Ara passa el mateix amb la repressió contra Catalunya que està sota un estat d'excepció, anul·lats els seus drets i esperant nous cops repressius.

Hem de ser conscients que, arribats a aquest nivell irreversible, a partir del 2 d'Octubre començarem una etapa nova en aquesta llarga lluita. Si fins ara hem lluitat braç a braç, el seguirem fent des del 2 d'Octubre a endavant. I va concloure amb el que vam dir al Fossar: aquí no s'agenolla ningú.

Queridos Hijos del Amor del UNO:

Si se permiten moverse al ritmo de sus vidas, percibirán a la espontaneidad de su flujo, adoptarán una actitud neutral desde el corazón, no estarán sujetos a las ataduras de los pensamientos y sensaciones temerosas de la mente.

• Imprimirían naturalidad a sus existencias, se expresarían sin palabras, se facultarían para permanecer en tiempo presente siendo ustedes mismos, en cada oportunidad fluirían sintonizados con su voluntad de Ser, observarían sus vidas sin predicciones a futuro y sin retrocesos al pasado.

• Se capacitarían para recoger los frutos del Árbol de la Vida, crearían armonizados con la Geometría Sagrada de sus estructuras internas, entenderían que el cumplimiento de sus sueños está aunado con la Abundancia, Intención, Causa y Efecto del UNO.

Las Energías de este tiempo están destinadas a potenciar lo que acabamos de mencionar, así construyan su nueva realidad moviéndose al compás de sus vidas, e identificando a los impulsos inconscientes de los deseos del ego.

• Nos referimos a una potenciación genuina desde el corazón, no de la mente subterránea y distorsionada del Yo inferior, que les dispara en sus propósitos creativos, secuencias de pensamientos y emociones negativos, donde la duda es el principal ingrediente.

• El desarrollo de lo nuevo no requiere del acostumbrado temor que los invita a sopesar a cada elemento, como si sus vidas fueran un ensayo que necesita de planificación de los movimientos, para lograr un resultado concordante con lo que desean.

Sus vidas fueron diseñadas desde el comienzo por ustedes mismos, para ser ejecutadas con espontaneidad desde las profundidades de su Ser, cómo un medio para poder experimentar la ilusión, pero en algún momento el peso de la densidad distorsionó sus mentes.

• Esto es lo que vinieron a limpiar en este Ahora, para nivelar la existencia humana con la Verdad del Amor, de manera que vuelvan a sentirse vivos e intensificados desde su propia Naturaleza Divina, en completa conexión con la Mente y Consciencia del UNO.

• Si están pensando que estas palabras son maravillosas, pero que no les sirven de mucho porque toda espontaneidad en sus vidas queda desactivada rápidamente por las dificultades de cada momento.

• Les recordamos que cambien las perspectivas en sus actuales existencias, ya que están facultados para tomar los Frutos de la Siembra Divina, no para ceder su Poder, quedando sujetos a la aprobación externa de cosechar las migajas que otros les dejan.

Este es un poderoso periodo del despertar de la Consciencia de su Ser que han aceptado escuchar, entonces vayan a su interior a conectarse con su real Naturaleza Divina, así disfruten en cada acción, de un coraje y seguridad provenientes del reconocimiento de su verdadero valor como el Creador que Son.

• Mientras no se identifiquen con su Esencia Divina del Ser, no se estimarán como un Dios Creador, seguirán reconociéndose a través de las creencias limitantes que les inculcaron, continuarán olvidando e ignorando los propósitos de sus actuales Misiones, en esta encarnación.

• Bellos Niños, enriquezcan sus vidas con los Códigos de Luz del flujo superior que les llegan, aprovechen las ventajas que la Fuente está enviándoles para la transmutación interior y la recuperación de su Memoria del Ser.
