La Presencia Divina es una energía omnipotente, presente en todos lados y con una infinita capacidad para el bien. Esta energía fluye a través de tí y te rodea en todo momento.

Nunca hay un momento en el que no seas parte de este flujo de energía de Dios, que es el Amor Divino. En él puedes confiar. Puedes estar seguro de que sin importar dónde te encuentres o cuál sea la situación, todas las energías fluyen para el mayor bien de todos los involucrados, en todo momento.

Practica.-
Puedes fijar una intención en tu mente o escribirla en un papel diciendo qué deseas ver manifestado en tu vida. Esto le da una dirección al flujo universal de energía. Es como sostener una visión de tu blanco en tu mente, y luego apuntar con el arco y la flecha.

Cuando liberas la flecha, confías en que irá a tu blanco. El poder de Dios es la energía detrás de la liberación de la flecha, pero tú eres quien apunta.

Cuando sabes claramente qué cualidades quieres en tu vida, esta energía universal fluye adonde quieres que fluya, siguiendo la dirección de tu intención.

 Las cualidades a las que nos referimos son las cualidades de la conciencia — tal como la Paz, el Amor, la Armonía, el Gozo, el Orden Divino, y la Abundancia.

Todas estas palabras se usan para describir cualidades del Poder Más Elevado según se manifiestan a través del flujo universal de energía en tu vida y crean el perfecto reflejo de la expresión de tu ser en cada situación.

Dios desea que experimentes la felicidad, el amor y todo lo que es bueno. Tienes el derecho divino de pedir que estas cualidades se manifiesten.

Sin importar tus circunstancias, empieza ahora a tener muy en claro qué cualidades quieres en tu vida, escríbelas. Ponlas en algún lugar donde te lo recuerden. Puedes fijar el rumbo de tu vida de esta manera.

Revisa tus intenciones frecuentemente y permanece consciente de ellas cuando las circunstancias sean enervantes. En esos momentos de malestar es donde puedes pedir claramente que se manifieste el Orden Divino y la Armonía.

Después de esto, necesitas dejar ir y confiar. Cuando dejas ir, dando la situación a un Poder Más Elevado, ello permite que se manifieste una Solución Creativa que nunca te hubieras imaginado.

El ministre d'Economia, Luis de Guindos, anunciava un decret exprés que facilitava el canvi de domicili social sense haver de convocar per votar-lo en una junta d'accionistes. CaixaBank ho necessitava i la contesa no estava per esperes. El que antiavalots, lleis i amenaces no havien estat capaços de fer ho estava aconseguint el canvi de domicili de dos bancs: fracturar l'opinió independentista.

Per Cutillas, que va viure de prop aquells dies com a part de l'auditoria del deute grec, aquesta afirmació del ministre alemany correspon al disseny d'una Europa que encotilla el poder d'actuació de qualsevol democràcia. 

• "Els nazis pensaven en una Europa molt similar al que és ara la Unió Europea, amb institucions tecnocràtiques que, per disseny, allunyin el poder i la sobirania de la població", explica l'economista.

En el mateix llibre, Varoufakis explica la seva reunió al seu despatx ministerial amb el ministre de Finances holandès i president de l'Eurogrup, Jeroen Dijsselbloem. En aquella trobada, mentre el grec li deia que no acceptaria treballar amb "els homes de negre", com es va batejar als directius de la Troica encarregats d'orquestrar les reformes estructurals i privatitzacions, Varoufakis observava per la finestra la plaça Syntagma i el Parlament . 
Segons narra en el llibre, veient aquell paisatge ple de manifestants i on els coronels grecs van donar el cop d'estat fa 50 anys, amb Dijsselbloem assegut davant pensar: "El 1967 van ser els tancs. Ara pretenen fer el mateix amb els bancs ".

Tractats escrits pel capital

Abans de la utilització del polèmic article 155, el PP ja va usar un altre article de la Constitució per intervenir Catalunya, un article d'índole econòmica i que havia estat modificat a petició del gran poder financer: el 135. 
En el llibre El dilema: 600 dies de vertigen (Planeta, 2013), l'expresident d'Espanya José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero va publicar una carta que l'expresident del BCE, el francès Jean-Claude Trichet, li havia enviat el 5 d'agost de 2011. A la carta, a més de demanar-li una dura reforma laboral i retallades, li exigia que les comunitats autònomes començaren a publicar els seus comptes trimestralment i que la regla de despesa s'apliqui en un futur a tots els subsectors governamentals.

• Tan sols 16 dies més tard, el PSOE i el PP van presentar de manera conjunta una Proposició de Reforma de l'article 135 de la Constitució Espanyola. Es va tramitar i va aprovar pel procediment d'urgència. La imposició del BCE perquè es prioritzés el deute per sobre de tot hi havia tacat el document que fins aleshores semblava sagrat i que, encara avui dia, s'ha fet servir per intervenir l'autonomia de Catalunya.

El 15 de setembre d'aquest any, Montoro anunciava la intervenció dels comptes catalans perquè no es "gastés ni un euro per fer activitats il·legals" , amb clares al·lusions al referèndum. Però la veritat és que l'anunci al BOE no parlava d'urnes ni delictes de secessió. El 2012, sis mesos després del canvi en la Constitució, i tres des que el PP aconseguís el Govern, el Ministeri d'Hisenda publicava la Llei Orgànica d'Estabilitat Pressupostària i Sostenibilitat Financera, coneguda com la Llei Montoro. Al juliol del mateix any es va presentar el Fons de Liquiditat Autonòmica (FLA). 

• I questes legislacions i mecanismes han calcat les exigències de la carta de Trichet: posar el deute per sobre de tot, afavorir a la banca i centralitzar un poder que permet al Govern central intervenir a qui se surti del camí marcat.

Unió "de mercats" Europea

Europa també va intentar colar d'amagat la supremacia del poder financer en un procés democràtic. La jugada, per aquesta via, no li va sortir bé i, un cop més, la banca va guanyar la batalla fora de les urnes. Al maig de 2005, un referèndum a França va dir no a l'intent d'establir una Constitució Europea. Un mes més tard, els holandesos també es van negar. El projecte proposat per les elits europees era frenat per la democràcia i la decisió sobirana de la ciutadania de dos països. Dos anys més tard, el Parlament holandès i el francès aprovaven el Tractat de Lisboa, un text pràcticament calcat a la Constitució rebutjada que havia de substituir el Tractat de Maastricht.

"L'aprovació del Tractat de Lisboa és la violació més flagrant de la democràcia que conec, una traïció a l'opinió dels més de 20 milions de francesos i holandesos que havien rebutjat la Constitució en referèndum que, en essència, era el mateix text" , opina Jérôme Duval, coautor del llibre La construcció europea al servei dels mercats financers (Icaria, 2016).

• L'article 104 del Tractat de Maastricht és calcat a l'article 123 del Tractat de Lisboa: prohibeix el finançament de les administracions públiques a través dels seus bancs centrals. El poder de tota política econòmica recau en el BCE. El de distribuir, moure i prestar aquests diners quedava en mans del sistema financer privat.

• Les elits financeres van obtenir el control absolut sobre el flux de l'euro. Les institucions de Brussel·les van cobrar vida pròpia i es van atribuir el poder de sancionar els estats membres que es sortissin de la cotilla econòmic dissenyat.

Per Duval, la raó fonamental per la qual es va passar per sobre de la voluntat popular era "per no retardar l'agenda neoliberal que marcava l'elit eurócrata i, entre altres coses, aprovar el 123 era necessari". La guerra començava a ser totalment desigual. L'avançada liberal tenia les eines per enderrocar qualsevol govern i posar a un "dictador" econòmic.

 Tecnòcrates: presidents als quals ningú ha votat

"No em presentaré a les eleccions, però no descarto tornar a governar". Aquestes van ser les paraula de Mario Monti, president tecnòcrata d'Itàlia per encàrrec després de la dimissió de Berlusconi al novembre de 2011, quan li van preguntar si s'anava a presentar a les eleccions en finalitzar el seu Govern de transició. L'excomissari de Competència europeu va ser triat per ser apartidista. 
La cosa no anava sobre partits polítics. Ningú va votar a Monti, però el van nomenar senador vitalici, càrrec que li dóna la possibilitat de ser president sense concórrer a eleccions. 
El primer que va fer en arribar al seu nou despatx va ser autonombrase ministre d'Economia i arrencar l'agenda de reformes estructurals -sempre retallades i privatitzacions-que li dictaven des Fráncfurt i Brussel·les.
El 2011, el primer ministre grec, el socialista Geòrgios Papandreu, va tenir la idea de convocar un referèndum perquè el poble grec decidís si s'acceptava el pla de rescat i les reformes estructurals lligades a ell. Les pressions de la Troica el van obligar a fer marxa enrere ia dimitir. La proclamació de Lucas Papademos, exdirector del Banc de Grècia i vicepresident del BCE, va fregar el surrealisme. Ho va dir clarament al sortir del palau de la Presidència poc abans de ser proclamat president en una cerimònia celebrada per l'Església Ortodoxa grega: "No sóc un polític".
Des de Brussel·les es van justificar aquestes imposicions antidemocràtiques com "una solució transitòria per a l'aplicació dels ajustos que permeti a tots dos països recuperar la confiança dels mercats". Les manifestacions en els dos països no van ser mai escoltades, van ser reprimides amb duresa. Aquí sí es va usar la força.

• Les reformes estructurals, retalls i privatitzacions no podien esperar que la ciutadania triés a les persones encarregades de dirigir el país en les urnes. Recuperar aquesta confiança dels mercats estava per sobre de la democràcia, una altra vegada.
