La Cámara de Representantes aprueba el proyecto de ley agrícola con reformas históricas en el desarrollo de la fuerza laboral

Washington-Hoy, tras la aprobación de H.R. 2, la Ley de Agricultura y Nutrición, el presidente de la Cámara de Representantes Paul Ryan (R-WI) emitió esta declaración:

"La Idea estadounidense es tan distinta: la condición de tu nacimiento no debe determinar el resultado de tu vida. Con la aprobación de este proyecto de ley, nos estamos moviendo hacia un sistema de lucha contra la pobreza donde este tipo de movilidad superior es alcanzable para más estadounidenses. Este es un gran problema.

A medida que el control de la canciller Merkel sobre el poder sigue pareciendo cada vez más frágil, Bild Zeitung informaque el partido de la Unión Social Cristiana de Alemania le dará un plazo de dos semanas para cumplir con sus demandas de revisión de la política de asilo.

De ser cierto, los informes representarían un desafío sin precedentes para la autoridad de Merkel y los riesgos podrían sumir a la nación aún más en el caos, ya que Der Spiegel no escatima esfuerzos para explicar: “La cuestión alemana … ¿Cómo lidiamos con los inmigrantes? Pone en peligro la cancillería de Merkel”.

Como informa Bloomberg, el ejecutivo de la fiesta bávara – un aliado en el gobierno de Merkel – Aprobará el lunes una resolución que aprueba el plan del ministro del Interior rebelde Horst Seehofer de rechazar a más refugiados en las fronteras de Alemania, informó el Bild Zeitung, citando a asistentes del partido. Merkel tiene dos semanas para obtener el apoyo de los socios de la UE o Seehofer ejecutará el pedido unilateralmente, según Bild.

Si el informe es cierto, el ultimátum de Seehofer sería intolerable e “indignante”, dijo la legisladora Ingrid Arndt-Brauer de los socialdemócratas. – también en el gobierno de Merkel – en el teléfono el domingo. “No se le puede hacer eso al Canciller: las relaciones entre Merkel y Seehofer parecerían irreparables”. El SPD respalda la postura de Merkel sobre la reforma de las reglas de asilo.

Compromiso

Las dos partes han logrado alcanzar un compromiso después de cada conflicto anterior. Las oberturas podrían comenzar el lunes, cuando el ejecutivo del partido CSU se reúna en Munich. Seehofer podría darle a Merkel lo que quiere: dos semanas para forjar acuerdos bilaterales con países como Italia y Grecia para regresar a los solicitantes de asilo registrados.

Merkel también podría ceder terreno, como por ejemplo el periódico Die Welt aboga. Ella podría presentar otra propuesta para calmar a la CSU que pueda producir un compromiso. Pero si se rinde ante las demandas bávaras tal como están, sería una pérdida de autoridad sin precedentes que la convertiría en una líder de dudosa reputación.

Sin compromiso

En ausencia de un acuerdo para salvar la cara, el verdadero enfrentamiento podría producirse el lunes. Es entonces cuando Seehofer ha indicado que comenzará a implementar su plan en la frontera. Como ministro del Interior, Seehofer tiene la autoridad para hacerlo, incluso ante el rechazo de Merkel. La única forma de que el canciller evite una decisión unilateral de su ministro sería despedirlo. Saquear a su mejor aliado bávaro sería una primicia histórica. Si sucede, es difícil ver cómo continúa la coalición.

Incluso si no se llega a eso y se otorga a Merkel hasta la cumbre de la UE del 28 al 29 de junio para llegar a acuerdos bilaterales, solo puede retrasar el enfrentamiento, ya que no hay garantía de que pueda lograr acuerdos con otros estados de la UE. Ella ya ha llamado al prospecto ambicioso.

Voto de confianza

Para que una coalición se disuelva, la constitución alemana dice que la cámara baja del parlamento, o Bundestag, debe convocar un voto de confianza. La CDU y la CSU, con un total de 246 escaños, y el SPD con 153, tienen una mayoría de 44 escaños en el Bundestag de 709 escaños. Tal movimiento sería la última medida de apoyo para Merkel como canciller. Incluso si no puede confiar en la CSU, o en todos los votos de su propio partido, en el tema específico de su postura sobre la migración, Merkel podría atraer el apoyo de los Verdes, que tienen 67 escaños.

La sueca Sueddeutsche Zeitung dijo en un artículo de opinión el viernes que Merkel debería cortocircuitar las disputas y poner a prueba su apoyo parlamentario con un voto de confianza. Es una táctica que su predecesor, el socialdemócrata Gerhard Schroeder, usó para forzar el apoyo militar de los EE. UU. Después de los ataques del 11 de septiembre. Merkel renuncia

Separar a la derecha

La CDU y la CSU son partidos hermanos, con un caucus parlamentario conjunto y un programa electoral. Piense en la CSU como el capítulo bávaro de centroderecha – La CDU opera en todos los 16 estados de Alemania excepto Baviera.

Entonces una brecha sería drástica, pero no sin precedentes.
En 1976, el presidente de CSU, Franz-Josef Strauss canceló el caucus conjunto, pero la división fue efímera. Para los bávaros, ir solos teóricamente abriría un camino para que la CDU haga campaña en Baviera, debilitando la posición de la CSU.

Presentó una cita falsa del primer ministro de Hesse, Volker Bouffier, diciendo que su partido debería prepararse para establecer un capítulo bávaro para las próximas elecciones nacionales. El portavoz principal de Merkel, Steffen Seibert, intervino rápidamente para decir que el informe fue inventado. “Todos debemos mantener la calma”, dijo.

Sin embargo, la disputa ha puesto al descubierto los límites de la autoridad de Merkel en un Gobierno rebelde que asumió el cargo en marzo después de casi seis meses de regateo después de las elecciones.

Seamos sinceros, ERC y el PDeCAT no nos llevarán a la independencia. Hay que crear nuevas formaciones republicanas

Los catalanes republicanos sufrimos dos 155: el del Estado español y el del Govern de Quim Torra.
Voy a decirlo tranquila y rotundamente: no habrá independencia en este 2018, ni en el 2019, ni en el 2020, ni en el 2025...

ERC y los exconvergents han pactado seguir siendo autonomistas y repartirse los cargos (que son muchos y bien remunerados).
Ellos nos aplican su particular 155 avisándonos que con Arrimadas o Iceta sería peor...
Quizás sí...

Por eso, ya que en una década no creo que consigamos reimplantar la República con estos líderes, hay que inventar una nueva y definitiva formación. Algo no tan complicado, tenemos ejemplos en el unionismo. Podemos se formó hace 4 años y su marca catalana En Comú Podem fue el partido más votado en Catalunya en las elecciones generales del 2015 (y en las del 2016). En un año consiguieron eso y tener la alcaldía de Barcelona.

Algo parecido pasó con C's, nacieron en 2006 y en el 2017 ganaron (sí, ganaron) en las elecciones autonómicas de Catalunya.

Es curioso cómo la desaparición del bipartidismo han triunfado en Catalunya, tanto Podemos como C's son las formaciones más votadas.

Antes de seguir me gustaría recordar que este artículo no tiene nada que reprochar a la CUP y a Junts per Catalunya.
En el caso de la formación presidencial hay que reconocer sus buenas intenciones, pero, cada día que pasa, Puigdemont va cayendo en el olvido igual que sus RT...

En Catalunya hay más de 2.000.000 de votos independentistas que no merecen la inacción de ERC y del PDeCAT, con sus ideas secuestradas debido a los presos políticos y a los exiliados.
Por eso precisamente no sirven.
Sus últimas ocurrencias son enviar cartas al rey o amenazar con no presentarse a la inauguración de los Juegos del Mediterráneo.
Uyuyuy, qué miedo..

Está muy bien que basen su política en intentar conseguir que salgan de la cárcel. Pero eso no nos traerá la independencia, más bien al contrario... Y, en todo caso, sería tema de otro post el analizar los motivos por los que están unos entre rejas y otros exiliados.

Dicho eso, Catalunya necesita una nueva formación republicana limpia de pasado; limpia de vividores, de traidores, de presos políticos y de exiliados.

Un partido que no necesite el lazo amarillo para tomar decisiones.

Lo ideal sería que esa organización política tuviera como padrino a la ANC, aunque mucho me temo que está contaminada por el PDeCAT y, sobre todo, por ERC.

Estamos viendo como esas dos formaciones no quieren oír hablar de hacer primarias en listas conjuntas. Pues..., muy bien, allá ellos.... 
Eso no debe impedir que en las municipales se intente en todas las poblaciones que se pueda. Y esas agrupaciones de electores deben ser el embrión de una nueva formación transversal y republicana,

Recuerden que esas elecciones municipales coincidirán con las europeas. Debería ser allí también la puesta de largo de esa nueva formación catalana (tal como hizo Pablo Iglesias hace 5 años).
Sí, ya sé que es muy caro estar en Europa, pero si los de la esquerra y los "pedecatos" no tienen capacidad de ir juntos, quizás nos merecemos no tener representación.

A todo eso me gustaría añadir que en estos momentos tan trascendentales, la CUP debería presentarse a todas las elecciones, empezando por las europeas y siguiendo por las españolas (desgraciadamente no seremos independientes en el 2020...). Su voto regalado a Podemos es más inútil que el no coger el acta de diputado.
Aunque preferiría que su actitud fuera como la de Bildu. 
80.000 votos en Barcelona dan para un diputado y los "cupaires" sacaron en esa circunscripción 143.711 apoyos en el 21-D catalán).

Basta ya de romanticismos, solo el pragmatismo nos devolverá la República.
ERC y PDeCAT crearon Junts pel Sí para monopilizar el independentismo y quizás les saldrá el tiro por la culata.
Y los SI, Laportas, Reagrupament o Demòcrates son más de lo mismo...

Dicen que es malo concurrir con muchas formaciones. 
Mentira, ha quedado más que demostrado que eso pude quitar o -atención- dar algún diputado más.

Los catalanes independentistas necesitamos más que nunca el sentirnos representados. 
Tenemos a la CUP como auténtica izquierda.
Ojalá Junts per Catalunya fuera un escisión del PDeCAT.
Y ojalá también saliera un formación de derecha liberal independentista.

Aunque, ojalá-ojalá, sea una única, y transversal, que arrase con todo.
No podemos tardar mucho más en crear ese partido político.

By pushing fake money onto the financial class, the feds have increased the share of national income made by the “One Percent” to three times what it was in the 1970s. The bottom share had to go down. There are 2.3 million people, for example, who earn more than $1 million per year and the top 0.1% earn more than $6 million per year.
But the bottom half of the population has an average income of only $16,000 per year. Seven out of 10 Americans, says USA Today, have less than $1,000 in savings. How is it possible that an economy can be doing so well, when most people in it are worse off?
What are the rich doing to deserve twice the total income share? Are they producing twice as much? Of course not. It is because the system is rigged, against the lower and the middle class. The bottom 90% got 35% of national income as recently as 1980. Now, they only get 25%.
In America, the low unemployment rate is almost a miracle. At 3.5% nationally, it is at a 17-year low. In California and in Hawaii, apparently, not a single person could be found in a recent survey who admitted to being jobless. These cup-half-full figures don’t take into account the 102 million American adults of working age who really don’t have jobs.
It is said that Inflation remains below 2%, but that is only if you follow the official bogus numbers and don’t take into account the rampant inflation in the asset and housing markets. The stock market, too, requires a special caveat emptor. It is no longer a place where you can discover how much companies are worth. It is apparently part of a grand wealth redistribution system, due to the fake money that is dumped into the markets. Assets go up and the people who own them find themselves with a greater share of the nation’s wealth.

The end of the dollar-system
The world economy and its financial structures have never recovered from the great financial meltdown of 2008. Soon people will realise that the economy has sunk into a classic debt trap. What is now looming over the global financial system is a crisis that could spell the end of the post-1944-dollar system.
After a decade of unprecedented low interest rates to bail out the financial institutions, creating new asset inflation bubbles in stocks, bonds and housing, Central Banks are in the early stages of what some call QT or Quantitative Tightening.
Interest rates are rising and have been for the past year, so far very gradually. The Fed however, is continuing to raise rates. The Fed Funds stand at 1.75% after nearly ten years at effectively zero percent. Were they to stop now it would signal a market panic, revealing that the Fed knew something far worse than they admit to.
Never in its history have the Central Banks indulged in a monetary experiment with such low rates for so long, the effects of reversing this are going to be as unmatched as well. At the beginning of the 2008 financial crisis, the interest rates were around 5%. That is what they are aiming for now as being the return to “normal.” However, with rising interest rates, the lowest credit sector, the so-called non-investment grade or “junk bonds” face domino style defaults.
Countercyclical fiscal policy
The difference between the next crash and the last two is that this time, the central banks have less room to manoeuvre. At the end of an expansion cycle, like the one that has been experienced for almost ten years, governments should be running a surplus.
The idea of countercyclical fiscal policy is; When the economy is hot, it is supposed to have budget surpluses. When the economy cools down, you then heat it up with more spending.
But currently, conducting a pro-cyclical fiscal experiment, late in the expansion cycle, while governments are still borrowing heavily, is economic suicide, bearing in mind that annual deficits are presently programmed to reach in the trillions and this figure is based on a situation without a crash or a recession.
Elites run the system for their own benefit
In a small government, citizens can run the show. They know what is going on, and have a say in what happens next. But, in a global Deep State Empire, citizens play largely symbolic roles. They vote, but their votes don’t really matter. They voice their opinions, but no one really cares what they think.


The real power now is in the hands of an elite cabal, who “work the system” for their own benefit. This is The Swamp that Donald Trump campaigned against. The inside deals, the bribes, the sweet sinecures, and the greasy campaign contributions. The elite get farther and farther ahead. Their interests and those of the rest of the people increasingly diverge. They get richer, while 90% of the population loses ground financially.
The masses have no idea what is going on, how the game is played, or how they are being ripped off. As the scale increases, gradually and then suddenly, a big gap opens between the “leaders” and the “people” – between public policy and private consequences, and between real news and “fake news.”
The elite insiders – in business, government, academia, religion, and media, whether it is the centralised government from the left or the right – have become the parasites.
A total of 75% of government spending is economically non-productive including military, debt service, social security. Unlike during the 1930s’ Great Depression, when the levels of government debt were almost at nil, today on average, the debt is over 105% of GDP and rising.
Spending on national economic infrastructure in the 1930s resulted in the great economic boom of the 1950s. But now; for example, spending $1.5 trillion on a dysfunctional F-35 all-purpose fighter jet program won’t do the trick.


Financial Perception
In an attempt to control people and perpetuate the current system, Central Bankers and government officials make deceptive statements about how “under control” or “anchored” inflation is and how solid the economy is looking for the years ahead with a cumulative GDP growth, etc. This grand deception is necessary for them to manage tightly, not just the fraudulent monetary system, but it is of the utmost importance for them to manipulate the public’s perception, which is one of the markers to look for when distinguishing a fiat currency system from one based on sound money.
During the millennia when currency was gold-based, and therefore sound, there was no need, actually no way to manage expectations about future price levels. Inflationary expectations seldom changed because the price of most things, in terms of gold, seldom changed. But in a fiat currency system, where money is not redeemable into a tangible asset and circulates solely because the governments say one kind of paper is valuable and other kinds are not, perception isn’t just another tool of monetary policy – it is the policy’s prime directive. When perception-management fails, the next option is direct intimidation in the form of capital controls and asset confiscation!
Debt reflation has now become impossible
The Khazarian crime mafia invented and implemented the perpetually growing debt spiral, but now something has changed. A change of this sort is enormous as it signals the trend to get out of debt. People are deleveraging by paying down debt. That is, of course, a contraction. A contraction means a depression.
The world is slipping into a depression and it’s going to get very nasty. The end result will be; nations’ governments are going to have to revalue gold because that is the only thing they will have left.
They will have to resort to that to keep trade going. No country is completely independent economically. All nations need things that others produce. In order to keep the world trade going, there is no other solution than going back to gold.
For at least one hundred years the financial system has been manipulated to the hilt, bringing the world to its knees through the financial engineering of the elite, which should have been alarming enough in and of itself for every well-educated expert. But the majority has been masterfully kept in the dark about the hidden agenda, not taking heed of the bells ringing loud and clear. In-depth analyses reveal that the whole monetary system is in its final stage of self-destruction.
The excessive currency printing of debt-money has arrived in its final ‘reflation’ stage of self-destruction. Because the debt in the world has grown so excessively, the credit-system has gone into reverse mode, as a result of the invention of the perpetual debt spiral. By not issuing enough money to be repaid with interest, an absurd situation arises in that not enough liquidity is created to repay all debt, while even more ludicrous, when all debt is paid off, there is no more currency left in circulation.
Reflation is no longer possible at this point and it would seem that the deflationists are being proven to have been correct all along. They are correct in regards to a credit system working in reverse with a negative feedback loop, stoking a deflationary death spiral.
Debt Reflation is the deflation of debt that is making the economy even worse
Reflation is a fiscal or monetary policy, designed to expand a country’s output and curb the effects of deflation. What we are seeing now, is the reverse of this. The economy is moving in the opposite direction. In fact, debt reflation is the deflation of debt, weakening the economy, leading to contractions in the economy, propelling it into a collapse.
Clearly the Khazarian mafia is getting scared and running out of ammunition. The fact that the Khazarian mob controlled Bank of Japan, like the ECB in Europe, was forced to resort to negative interest rates, proves their fake fiat monies are worth less than nothing. The US Federal Reserve Board will be forced to do the same thing.
The more people put money in their banks, the more that money is vanishing.
It’s a remarkable time right now. This is all taking place before we are able to identify and decipher what is happening, what the world is going through or where it is headed. People who are AWAKE have long seen this coming, and now we find ourselves in the middle of it all.
There are really two converging worlds – the vibrational changes from beyond are attacking the Khazarian Mafia-controllers that block these positive energies, and jam the beneficial signals bestowed on the people, by instilling fear, disunity and insecurity, meanwhile bombarding us with a toxic cocktail of electromagnetic, chemical, genetic, nuclear and techno-trans humanist influences.
There is just one small problem, what will happen to the currencies of these central bank issuers including and especially those of The Fed, who also are caught up in the negative feedback loop? These will vanish as a result of their own intentional flaw in the financial system of not putting enough money into circulation to pay back all the outstanding loans plus interest payments.


Collectively we must stand together
It’s time for us all to collectively stand together and address the root cause of our problems. To put this into perspective: There are a billion people being enslaved and just a handful by comparison doing the enslaving. The way out of this is to come together in mutual support, love, kindness and understanding. Put aside the manufactured irrelevancies that divide us – religion, politics, race, culture, and income.
This is not to say people have to reject their beliefs; just don’t let them be weapons of division, but instead embrace all differences with respect.
We are all in this together, and we need to face this challenge together, not steal from each other, loot, or riot, or look the other way because of something happening to someone else, with a ‘not my problem’ attitude.
The Deep State is seeking to enslave all of us, whatever one’s religion, race or colour of one’s skin. They are crossing off different groups one by one, just like the Nazis did in Germany in WW2. The cabal’s worst nightmare is our non-compliance – the refusal to pay taxes, refusal to leave homes when banks foreclose on them because of an economic collapse caused by these same banks. Stated simply: the refusal to comply with our own enslavement in any shape or form.


Non-compliance Action on a massive scale:
The system cannot cope if this is done on a massive scale and that makes the point that we should undertake this action together, united. Instead of compliance, we need non-compliance, this being a peaceful protest without violence. We should not comply with what is unfair or unjust, or simply because it targets our freedom and that of others. This approach differs substantially from non-compliance in a spirit of hostility, rage or violence. Instead the weapons deployed are those of love and laughter – and an unshakable determination to not cooperate with our own enslavement.
The Next Recession Is Going to Be Horrific
Please take note of the well meant advice, in being prepared for a rough ride through life. Make sure you have food, fuel, water, and shelter, next to gold, silver and crypto.
The importance is who will have the narrative, the Deep State or President Trump. One thing is sure the housing bubble is going to pop this summer, and that will be the end of the Central Banking system if Trump has the narrative. Otherwise expect WW3.

The latest guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elementals, Faery Elders, Angels and Archangels known as the Collective:
Greetings, dear ones! We are very pleased to have the time to speak with you again today.
We see that you are, as you enter this solstice time, in the throes of what might be called birth pains for some, and what feel to be closer to transfiguration for others.
Please know that you do not go through this process alone.
As you feel surging up within you the pain, shock, anger, or loss of past experiences, whether from this incarnation or another, you are guided at every moment by your spirit guides, Angels, and higher self.
Speak to them as you walk this demanding path, which though needed to cleanse your energies for your Ascent into fifth dimensional life, can feel to be a review of some of the worst aspects of the third dimensional life.
We are aware that many of you are judging yourselves harshly for even having these feelings.
You are thinking that perhaps now as you are Ascending, all should be a matter of Light and higher realization, of Joy and fulfillment.
And indeed, it can be.
But the release of the lower density vibrations from the Earth requires the release of that which you too have carried, for many centuries, in many Earth lives.
And so, as these feelings of shock, pain, or anger arise—let them.
Return to your breathing, to your heart-based inner self, look at the feelings, see them for what they are–vestiges of the old–and let them go.
Know that you are not alone in your journey of cleansing, renewing, and releasing all that you cannot carry with you into this new realm.
Compounding these experiences of release is your increasing awareness of the crimes being committed by those who answer to the lower order, now being exposed in the stealing immigrant children from their families and the incarcerating of both parents and children, who are being held in unacceptable conditions.
You are coming into your mastery increasingly now, and so you will not be shocked when we caution you to remain as calm and centered as possible while taking in information regarding how both parents and children are being treated in these situations.
Recall our Message of June 6, in which we explain that these children and youth are powerful Emissaries of Light.
They have come to anchor the energies of liberation and Truth, and to aid in expelling and expunging all that must be released and dissolved now, as Earth enters a new era and increasingly, a new and higher dimension.
The shadows must be exposed even as they are expelled–that is what you are viewing now.
And so be careful not to inundate your senses with news stories and images that will lower your vibration and send you into a spiral of shock, sadness, and despair.
You wish to assist these children and their families, and lowering your own vibration is the last thing that is needed at this time.
Instead, several times a day and before you sleep at night, surround and fill yourself and all of them in the highest Light possible.
Call upon and visualize all of the Angels of the higher realms, all Light Beings now assisting Earth, including Galactic family members.
See them surrounding and uplifting the vibration of this all similar situations, flowing encouragement and Love all those being held, and exposing those who are perpetrating this upon them.
Surround and fill the whole of Washington, DC and its government buildings (particularly the White House, Justice Department, and halls of Congress) with that same brilliant, empowering, and uplifting Light.
Intend and visualize clearly that those who in the past have not had the courage to speak up and act with conviction, do so now, actively supporting, protecting, and freeing these ones who have come forward to bravely anchor Light into the issues of imprisonment, racism, and child abuse.
Affirm in that moment, that the entire tide of Divine Justice now begins to flow into issues and into places in the United States and the entire planet, where it has not flowed for many centuries.
Yes, you are this powerful. Yes, Now is that time.
For this you came.
